Y’all…I ordered 2 everything bagels with cream cheese. They only handed me 1 everything bagel with cream cheese. I say, “oh actually I ordered 2 everything bagels with cream cheese.” They look at me and then walk away for a moment, no biggie, they’re gonna go make it for sure. A couple more folks walk toward the window and ask what I’m missing, I say, “an everything bagel with cream cheese.” The original barista comes back and says, “what’s in that bag?” I hold up the bag and they say “no not that bag the other one.” I proceed to show her the one everything bagel with cream cheese. They leave. Then another barista hands me a bag with an everything bagel in it. Finally I have my two everything bagels with cream cheese. I get home and settle in, only to find 1 everything bagel with cream cheese and 1 everything bagel with eggs and cheese. I am not upset, in fact I giggled to myself. Working in food sucks, I understand, I also work in food. This stuff happens. However I must be honest, I wish I had my other everything bagel with cream cheese.

Friendly service, good variety of donuts even in the afternoon, great coffee!

Ordered online drive was packed so walked in to pick my order I ordered 🍩 doughnut holes and 2 doughnuts I would have thought they would put the doughnut holes in the box, but no they put them right on top of the doughnuts and everything was stuck together. Or they would have gotten a 5 probably

I had came into Dunkin’ Donuts this morning just to charge my phone! & It’s clean ! & they’re employees are sweet & professional. It was a girl with blonde & black hair maybe she was really sweet !!!!🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

I love this Dunkin location in Delhi. I’ve had to go to other locations on occasion and have been disappointed because they aren’t as great as the Delhi Dunkin. I order through the mobile app and my food is ALWAYS ready to go when I walk in 5 minutes later. No matter how busy they are. The employees are friendly and I love starting my day here at Dunkin Delhi. Good job guys! Thank you!

Sean in drive through , is a God sent man ! He is polite he’s nice and he makes people days me and my girlfriend are having a rough day and he did a kind thing and it just made us realize that there are good people out there . So thank you !

This location has slow service. Drive thru or inside. it doesn't matter, it's slow. The restaurant is kept clean and the service is friendly. The food is always fresh when I visit. This will be a great location once they work on their speed of service.

Kevin is literally the best employee ever. We love him. I would give my life for this man, I’m not even joking. Kevin is always so happy and respectful and he makes the best coffees. I’m considering naming my first born child after him. Kevin is 100% the reason this Dunkin gets 5 stars all around.

This place is okay. Drive thru is great, but the inside ordering is a night mare. I suggest if you have more than 5 people waiting at the end of the bar, you need to pause order taking and get them cleared. An older man and his kid were waiting for their food/drink longer than I was. They also did not call out my drink when it was ready… some people did but the person who handed out my drink did not. It would be great to put a name on inside orders so you can just call a name and m what they ordered. I know it gets busy, but this leaves everyone else less confused and your line moving.

Why do the donuts taste day old and dry? In addition, the breakfast sandwich was served cold. The servers were more focused on getting a tip rather than listening to the customer's order. Although I went inside, I noticed that the drive-thru had 11 cars in a waiting pattern. I only ate half of my donut before throwing it and the cold breakfast sandwich away.

It was ok it took to long to get my food and service wasn't very good.

Acted like I was inconviencing them by asking for a straw, stating, "there are already straws in your bag but here's another one." There were two straws for three drinks in the bag. As well, a frozen coffee and a frozen hot chocolate look nothing alike, so why does my clearly labeled "Frozen Coffee" taste like chocolate and have no pumpkin spice in it? I will never be returning here after this experience.

Can't beat the coffee and food. As always this place always hits the spot. The only downside to this location is the parking lot. Too smaller and poorly designed for the location it is in. Parking in a spot to go in is a bad idea. No matter where you park the drive through line stayed backed up and people wouldn't let anyone in or out.

Kind of irritating how they have discontinued a LOT of donuts, including French Crullers. DD used to make EVERYTHING, and for some reason, they can’t seem to make one of the simplest donuts.

Always packed and the last three avocado toasts we got were wrong and when I told them they just said ok

Drive thru at night is so slow. Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes before I ordered. They take one order at a time and make it then take another when that car pulls off. Would have went inside but they locked the doors. Would have have a zero but day shift rocks. Wouldn’t have sat in drive they for 15 minutes it would have been 2 minutes. Why can’t they find more people like day shift. This was at 645 at night.

It was so nice I got jelly donuts and a vanilla iced coffee for me and my baby pup pups got pup cups they love them if you want to take your doggie out for a sweet treat this summer stop by and enjoy a pup cup :-)

Let me start out by saying that your employees are very friendly when you walk in and order, but it seems as if your employees focused more on the mobile orders and forget that they had customers in the store waiting. While I was there this morning, there was a gentleman in the store before I came in and after 10mins of me being in there he walked out, because none of your workers asked him what he was waiting on and he ended up with nothing. Even with my own order, I received my coffee, but had to wait more than 10 mins before I received my croissant. Even your drive thru is moving slow.

I picked up donuts, a small coffee and an ice water. The items were just plain nothing special except; I got custard filled doughnuts with a chocolate glaze topper, they put them in a bag upside down no wax paper with either donut (what a mess). Coffee was fine I guess and did you know they charge you for water, wow that blew my mind. I won't be stopping here anymore.
