I don't leave bad reviews unless it's that bad so let me tell you my story. I made an appointment online and showed up on time. I wanted a strept test since my throat was hurting and I work with small children. We sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes before being called back along with another lady who had arrived about 20 minutes after us. The nurse was not friendly. She directed us to stand along the wall and wait while she took the other lady patient in the back. We were taken into a room that just had some chairs and was unclean with dead bugs on the floor. I will attach photos. I was swabbed for strept and covid and was informed she would be back with results. I am normally a patient person but after being in that room for another half an hour, I started to get annoyed. Rapid tests only take 15 minutes and it had been over a half an hour since our arrival. I finally walked out and told the nurse we had to leave soon as my boyfriend had to work and he drove me there. I was finally put into an exam room and was given some excuse that my covid test had popped up with a 3rd line. Now I am not a doctor, but I have a Veternarian background. I have never seen any tests with an extra line. There's the control and the test line. My test was supposedly negative and they don't know why there was a 3rd line. I was told it was probably viral and left with no medication and basically wasted two hours there. I've never had such a poor experience with an urgent care.

Do not go there!!! I waited an hour for a simple pre-employment drug screening. Although I was proactive and made an appointment, they cancelled it and told me to just walkin. Sick people were sitting next to healthy people, in a very small waiting room. The toilet paper was on the back of the toilet in the collection room. If you know anything about drug screening samples, you know that every person collected and then grabbed the toilet paper roll with dirty hands. It was repulsive. How is this place still open?

Receptionist was short and rude. It was my first time filling out paper work for my daughter. They tried having us take her to children’s because she had a cough? Had to get stern we weren’t doing that. The lobby was gross there was flys everywhere which to me means it’s unsanitary. The doctor we had was great he was quick and professional. The doctor was the only good part of this visit but me and my family won’t be returning.

I had to come in really early and quick for a job drug screening and the staff and manager were incredibly helpful and speedy with getting me in and out. I was nervous I wouldn't get everything done in time so I'm extremely grateful for the manager getting me in. They were all very friendly! :)

Very shady billing practices. Keeping my credit card number on file in case I don't pay a hypothetical bill I haven't received yet. That's ridiculous, absolutely not standard practice, and makes me extremely uncomfortable. There are a ton of signs about wearing masks yet the receptionist is not wearing one over her face. Water in the bathroom is barely a trickle to wash your hands after testing. The whole place makes you feel like you are going to be sicker when you leave than what you went there for in the first place. Nurse was nice, doctor was nice, got the care I needed but will never go back.

This is by far the best urgent care I’ve ever been to! Cindy in check in was so helpful and friendly! The nursing staff. were wonderful and took the time to make sure I was properly assessed. Even though they were super busy the staff was super attentive and the PA was so thorough and took her time, thank you so much for that! I will definitely be coming back! Thanks Tina and barbi !!

I went to another urgent care and it was terrible, i felt like death forever. This urgent care is quick and actually figured out what was wrong with me. Thank you!

The only urgent care I choose to go to. Megan is an amazing tech and I have to say doc is the best doctor they have. Always a quick in and out with great answers to my problems. 10/10 recommend.

Loved the staff and the environment! If it was just based on them, it’d be 5 stars all around. They did get me in and get me out efficiently and with a smile. The doctor however, was incredibly old school. I understand there’s a crowd for that, but I’m not the one. I felt like he dismissed everything I told him. He basically was like, you’re negative for strep - here’s an antibiotic… didn’t even ask if I wanted to send a culture out, which I thought was strange… I wanted to send one, but I was uncomfortable to even ask him. I asked questions about if the cough drops I took could have contributed to high blood pressure - he just shrugged and gave me a lisinopril Rx…. Said he could only go off of what I presented… which I mean, I get - but bedside manner was not to be found lol. I got more information from the techs that helped me than the doctor. I also got more information from THE PHARMACIST I went to than this doctor could give me. Wanted to say - Suzie was great! She deserves a 10/10. So does the rest of the support staff. Every support staff member I encountered was lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor however - if you don’t care about patients or how you present yourself, just retire. Listen I get having burn out and compassion fatigue… I promise I do…and I have a lot of patience with medical staff because I know you guys go through hell on the daily.. But seriously - the “I don’t give two hoots about you” the dr. projected was next level and highly unacceptable in my opinion. Thank you to the rest of the staff who made me feel comfortable and cared for.

The doctor and nursing staff were great! The doctor has a sense of humor, and I needed it. The only thing I would recommend is removing the very strong plugin in the lobby. When a sick person comes in with a headache or nausea, that's the last thing they want to smell. It makes them feel so much worse.

Always a positive experience here! Whether it’s a Covid test, pre employment drug screen, or unexpected broken bone, the staff is always very friendly and ready to assist! This last visit, I came in spur of the moment, and was treated as quickly as possible and by a very friendly staff! Any time my family is in need of urgent care, but not ER worthy, Eastside Urgent Care is our first stop!

My 13 year old has been sick for a while now. We took her to another doctor and they said it was just allergies. After 3 days of still not feeling well and getting worse, we brought her here. Dr. Hasan is amazing. It's an urgent care, so it's busy but the wait wasn't too bad. He examined her and and diagnosed her with a Sinus infection and Bronchitis and prescribed her antibiotics, a steroid and cough medicine. Within 3 days, she was almost back to her normal self. Thank you Dr. Hasan!

This place is AMAZING! I cut my finger pretty bad and went to another location first and they glued it. It got infected, and the glue fell off 2 days later. I came to Eastside urgent care cause I didn’t want to go back to the same place. I was in pain and very irritated and they knew. When I first saw the doctor he said that should not of been glued :( it was way too deep of a cut. What should of been a fast healing process turned in to weeks. Thank you to Eastside Urgent care for cleaning up the mess of another urgent care 💗 thank you to your whole staff! They made me feel welcomed, and cared about from the minute I walked in the door. They will make sure they give the best care, they explain everything they are doing and make sure you understand and get you healing quickly and correctly! Thank you again Eastside Urgent Care!!!!! I highly recommend this place

Don't accept anything this clinic offers you. You will receive a bill for it several months later for an overpriced product you could get for 1/4 the price at Walgreens. They also won't do their part for workers comp cases. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for something that should have been 100% covered.

Nothing negative, everything was good. I got seen pretty fast. It seems a lot cleaner in there now then it was a few years ago. The only negative thing actually was the bathroom sink water hardly had any pressure at all it was like it was just drip dropping out and took forever ever to rinse the soap off my hands.

Hands down best place around!! Staff is incredible! All of them go above and beyond every visit. They were able to find a diagnosis many other doctors ignored. Will be forever grateful to their amazing team for being so thorough!!

Staff was very disrespectful and rude. Was told to come in with my daughter after calling only to be turned away after waiting an hour because it showed another insurance. Wouldn't even let me pay out of pocket because it was to inconvenient for them since they were "closing". What a joke. I will find a place that actually values people.

I know for a fact I left this review with pictures attached and I have the feeling someone is removing my review. Back in June, I contracted Covid. I provided my job with an image of my at home rapid, but was told HR required a positive test from a doctor. I went online and scheduled a covid test at this location because they had plenty appts available that day. Please keep in mind that I felt TERRIBLE and live 5 mins, if that, from Bethel…so maybe 20 mins away on a good day. I get confirmation emails and texts, and the text asks me to reply within the thread to confirm. I submit all the required information and make my way to the clinic- appt was for 6. As I arrive at the clinic, I pull up to the covid testing area which is empty. So I double back around so I can go inside, but there’s a paper on the door stating that they closed at 3 that day and won’t be reopening till the following day. The office needs to be allowed to turn off their online scheduler because I can only imagine how many people showed up after 3 to find the office completely closed for the day. I had to find another urgent care, which was the little clinic in the Anderson Kroger, 15 more mins out of the way and walk thru the supermarket covid positive. To this day I have guilt about that even though I took all the proper precautions. The only reason I even give two stars is because some things are beyond control…like having to shut down early. But someone higher up needs to do something better about their online schedule being readily available when the office is not.

Excellent experience - understood my situation that was out of the ordinary with billing and insurance - caring and considerate staff as well as fast! I will definitely come back if the situation calls for an Urgent Care!

I am visiting from Iowa and had a bike crash yesterday. I wasn’t sure where to go or what to do. I found this place and was very grateful for their kindness. They were incredibly reassuring and empathetic. So glad I ended up there!

I fell at home and put a gash in my head. I walked into the office and said I had a head laceration and they turned me away. They said they do not have a protocol for head injuries and told me to go the ER. I went to a different urgent care and was fixed up in under an hour. I would have given this place 1 star but they offered to call an ambulance. I thought it was a silly request considering I was coherent and no longer bleeding but they were considerate.

I just received very serious, inaccurate test results from this clinic based on an error in reading my lab results. This caused significant emotional distress and was easily identified as an error when I explained the results to my primary care provider. I had to call this clinic back to clarify, the incorrect results were again confirmed, I had to insist that this might be an error before the staff member checked with the medical director who clarified the mistake. I received a single “sorry” for the “typo”. Truly unacceptable to be so irresponsible with a serious diagnosis causing serious emotional distress and anxiety. The overall experience here was bad. The office has paper thin walls - I was able to hear every word of the patients in the room next to me as well as the staff talking to each other about the patients. The walk-in appointment took nearly 3 hours to draw blood and do a brief exam. Echo previous reviews that staff were rude and unhelpful providing very little information about my test results and prescriptions. I will be visiting my primary care doctor to verify all information given by this clinic as I do not trust the care or information I received. Waste of time and emotional energy. Update: after incorrectly telling me I have a serious, chronic illness, they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. This place is traumatic and inconvenient. I look forward to managements response.

I called Eastside Urgent Care trying to get a last minute rapid covid test after calling many places and being turned down.I was told to come in, no appointment necessary. My husband and I showed up. We were taken care of immediately. I was even able to wait for printed results. The receptionist was courteous and pleasant. Tina, the lady that I spoke with who also did the tests, was super helpful, kind, and professional. Thank you!
