Disappointing experience ! I recently visited the Raymond showroom with my family for a purchase of materials and tailoring for a marriage function. Despite the staff's insistence on in-person measurements and the disallowance of using clothes for reference, the final products – stitched shirts and pants – were disappointingly loose and baggy. We had to visit the showroom in the last minute to get it altered, still the altered products was not satisfactory. This experience fell short of the precision expected from Raymond. The fitting, a crucial aspect of tailoring, was unfortunately overlooked in our case.

I had a very disappointing experience at Raymond tailoring shop, Lulu. It's disheartening that the shirts had misaligned collar buttons and poorly stitched pants, leading to an overall unsatisfactory fit. Additionally, the subpar quality of the bow, coupled with overcharging, added to the negative experience. It's crucial for tailoring shops to uphold quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction, especially for special occasions like weddings. Very unsatisfactory experience

I am a regular customer here, for suiting and formal wear needs, for both my husband and son. I have to say special thanks to Master Tailor Arshad and salesman Shabir, who have always delivered high quality bespoke wear and impeccable, timely service. They have catered to all our customization requests and moreover, their suggestions are top notch when it comes to fabrics and designs. They make our shopping experience very enjoyable and I am certain this will remain our one stop shop for all things bespoke.

I have been a customer here since 2018 and have to say, the best decision I made for my wardrobe. Arshad is an amazing bespoke tailor, perfect fitting - my suits and shirts look and feel incredible. He has also altered some of my older, ill-fitting suits for a better fit. In addition, the sales team is fantastic and a shout out to Shabir - they are willing to go the extra mile, even offering to deliver items just outside the mall if the traffic is too intense. Suffice to say, I will be coming here for all my formal wear, both professional and personal.

I have been a customer of this Raymond showroom at Lulu Mall since 2017. Their clothes and quality have never disappointed me- not once. Their tailor is the best I ever found. He’s truly 100% professional and superb at his job. I tried 3 Raymond showrooms and their tailors in Bangalore after relocating. But never ever close to Raymond experience at the Lulu Mall. So what I do is, I make my purchases for formals every time I visit Kochi, at this Raymond showroom. You will definitely get what you pay for.

Worst experience ever in my life. I purchased an expensive suit for my Engagement. The suit looked nice and it fit perfect and wasn’t too tight. However, it had cheap quality button. Right when I got out of my car when the whole crowd and photographers were looking the button broke and it really ruined the moment for me. I had to get back in my car and wait for someone to come fix my the broken button while the whole crowd was waiting for me to get out. At last, my friend fixed my button using a thread and needle and I got out. Then again, it broke when I stepped in to the reception stage while I was on spotlight. It was very humiliating and disappointing.

Friendly and knowledgable staff and average collections in store. However, with no discounts, it was a bit overpriced, I feel.

Collection wise is ok, but customer service is bad, don’t even offer water. Bad experience
