It's an excellent place to spend a day with your friends and family. Have been there several times and it has always met our expectations. Lately, we went with some friends a few days back. The arrangements and the food were excellent. The service was prompt. The boys Subhash and Shaheed are very kind and well trained. They are very polite and pleasant by nature. They were quick in serving us the food on time (Enclosing a pic taken with Shaheed - third from the left). Your restaurant is at par with today’s trending times. Keep it up Aparna. And hats off to you as to how you are managing the whole thing by sitting in a different town. Looking forward to visiting again and again.

This is such a gem of a spot in the Nilgiris. Be prepared to not have a ton of vegetarian options so I would recommend going here only if you eat meat. I've been here a couple of times and if you're interested in eating authentic, non-spicy food and really enjoy mutton then this place should be on your bucket list. Beautiful rooms, amazing food ( they're in the process of setting up a multi cuisine restaurant as well) and amazing ambience.

Excellent, well maintained & spacious room for our family of four.The service is exemplary and the front office is always eager to help and assist. The restaurant serves Kashmiri cuisine which is on the expensive side and not worth a second try. I think they need to perfect their roganjoshs & yagni dishes to make it appealing. The prices are certainly unbelievably high for such amateurish food. So we had to drive 5 - 6 km to Coonoor Sims Park area for our dinner & lunch,which is a cause for concern. But the restaurant serves homely south Indian food in the breakfast buffet. There is a small play room with TT & Foosball. Car park area is limited and parking is a challenge at times. Overall a good place to stay with family and enjoy the nilgiris weather.

Indulged in the sumptuous delicacies of Kashmir here, along with the mesmerising views of the hills. The restaurant vibe takes you straight into the numinous valleys of Kashmir. Excellent service is being provided at the restaurant! Special compliments to Shahid & his team for their wonderful hospitality!

Place was a WOW. Right from the checkin to the check out, their service was amazing and it was indeed worth every penny. Breakfast was superb..their spread was really good. They would be at your service asking and serving your requirement.

We visited the restaurant from DSSC wellington and we were amazed to discover this hidden gem in nilgiris! The ambience is warm and tasteful. Being from jammu.. i must validate that the kashmiri cuisine served here is absolutely authentic .. The owner was courteous to extend their lunch timings to accomodate us. However the portion size is small, smaller than most Wazwan restaurants we have been to . Shahid was extremely warm and went out of his way to make our experience worthwhile.

We went to the restaurant. Overpriced. Their wazwan does not include kebab or Tabak Maas, but has soms sad chicken curry! Not worth the price, and the food was obviously reheated. No one can make Rista in 15minutes from scratch.

A small group went to the Restaurant. The vegetarian Kashmiri Dum Aloo was bland not completly cooked and did not have the required spices. The mutton dish was also salty. Overall our lunch was quite a let down. I think the restaurant is over hyped.

Loved the stay here! It was a last minute booking but the place was cozy and compact ! People were very friendly ! If u guys wanna try Kashmiri food then u could try their restaurant too! Try to ask for a view when u choose the room I personally loved the diwan set up ! ❤️

We booked it through Agoda. Prices are a bit on the higher side as it’s during Christmas season. Location is 15 min away from Coonoor city. The stay and services are great. They provided a complementary breakfast with live dosa counters and tastes good. They provide a valet parking, which is very helpful here. Good hangout places on rooftop and in garden area. Overall it’s a great experience staying here.

It was nice experience staying here. I like the kashmir style welcome. inside room also have a touch of kashmir lifestyle. I like the ambience in room and food area with soothing music.inside the room there is a fire place to warm us.

Exceptional hospitality by the whole staff. Rooms are very neat and clean. Food quality is excellent. There are no negative comments about the hotel
