    I really want to thank the efforts and assistance of Oj cure throughout the training, they are very professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga. I have learnt a lot about advanced yoga poses, alignment, how to enter into a pose using various techniques. The method of teaching is very easy so anyone can learn easily. I felt active and fresh after yoga class.😊 Everyone should have learn yoga from here so you get a healthy and disease free life 😊

    I took the personal training from Sri Narendra prasad. He was explained every asanas according to my health ishus. Now I am cured from my knee pain ishues, and his yoganidra class also given much benifit to my stress relief. It is a very useful to everyone.

    Encouraging and dedicated instructor, different exercises every day to train your body and mind. My mind is calmer, My body feels flexible and strong, I like that we are taught about benefit of every posture we practice, this helps to understand the purpose of exercise and also creates deeper connect with self.

    I have known Narendra Ji since last 7 months and have been taking his classes regularly. He is very knowledgeable, dedicated, sincere, and kind as a teacher. Not only he knows Yoga (Masters in Yoga from Dev Samskriti Vishwavidyalaya), but also practices Accupressure, Accupuncture, Panchkarma practices, etc for Backpain, Naval misalignment, Sinus, digestion etc. He has keen interest in health and well being overall. With his dedication and sincerity, I am sure he will reach great Heights and patients or his students will get greatly benefitting from him.

    Dear Narendra Sir, I'd like to express my gratitude for the wonderful yoga practice. Your class was a rejuvenating experience. Your guidance was clear, and the flow of poses was well-balanced, enhancing my flexibility and strength. The ambiance and music set a peaceful tone. The final relaxation was a highlight, leaving me refreshed and centered. For future classes, a slightly extended warm-up and occasional personalized adjustments could enhance the experience. Nonetheless, I greatly enjoyed the class and look forward to attending more. Thank you for your dedication to creating a welcoming yoga environment.🙏

    I have joined prenatal yoga with Prity from my 2nd Trimester and it has been a good experience, as I had back pain with laziness of both body and mind. But upon consultation and regular classes, Happy to share that I could overcome my problems & waiting for a safe delivery. Kudos to prity!!

    I have enrolled for online post pregnancy yoga under Prity and she is good at the job. Understands our requirements and makes us to do asanas accordingly. She is flexible and punctual with timings.

    Priti is very good in yoga. I have vertigo and migraine and she helped me in minimising both through yoga therapy. You must try it also recommended for weight loss. She is very positive and teaches the same in the sessions.
