Expectation vs reality. Rooms were alright but toilets were leaking. Not well maintained property Cant even use a hair drier as the power keeps on triping. Overall if you are looking for large space than quality then this is fine otherwise hotel rooms are always the best.

I am my family stayed here twice in the last two months. It's a really nice property with spacious rooms which are kept neat and tidy. If you want to stay safe and away from crowds during covid this is the best option in Calicut. Owner/host is very polite and we had a seamless check in experience. The caretakers on property also managed all our requests promptly. It's also located in the heart of the town so you can get groceries, bakery and restaurant items easily.

Visited Kerala for vacation and stayed at Prithvi & Ganga Appartments. This is an ideal place to stay for families, couples was very much pleased to see the 5 STAR facilities. Definitely to recommend who is visiting Kerala.

Such a wonderful home stay , I felt I was staying in my own house , the rooms were very clean, spacious and moreover the service was excellent, my family was very happy staying there and I definitely would come again with my my family..love this place..great stay..the best in kolikode.

Very average stay. The owner gave too fancy commitments, but when we reached nobody was in the couner, had to wait for 20 min to check in. No toiletries were available, had to request. Surroundings were bushy, no ambience as he claims. 4k for two rooms was highly overpriced.
