My family function was held at this hotel Last Sunday ( 03.04.2022). Positive points: 1) The perfect place for all the guests to come and go. 2) Spacious car parking. 3) Spacious air conditioned hall with excellent seating for 350 persons on top floor. Enjoy the city view. 4) There is a lift facility. very clean and hygiene toilets. 5) excellent foods. All the guests who came appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff and the quality and taste of the food. The mind was full, very satisfied. Negative points: The buffet party was organized so there were not enough seats for the elderly. The plate was so heavy that it was difficult to hold it and eat it while standing. Overall the best hotel.

This place is very good for a complete non veg lunch. They provide 20 dishes for the Kari Virunthu for 400 which is very good when compared to other restaurants in salem. This is more than enough for a heavy lunch with lot of varieties included. A perfect spot for lunch. Pros: 1. Good ambience 2. Quality food 3. Perfect spiciness 4. Lot of varieties included 5. Very good service Cons: 1. Parking 2. Very less desert apart from 399 menu 3. No prawns in 399 menu 4. Fish can be better

Restaurant is located in prime area of Salem. Shanmuga Vilas special Kari virunthu is famous. They offer variety of items in this Kari virunthu at affordable price. Taste of the food and quality of the food is good. In Kari virunthu they serve a soup, chicken leg piece, fish fry, biryani, poori, mutton, nattu kozhi, chicken varieties, white rice, mutton kulambu, chicken kulambu, fish kulambu, rasam, curd, payasam and ice cream. They are also offering other combo offers for biryani. Vegetarian foods also available here. Panner varities, mushroom varities, Gobi varities available here. Fast food items also served here both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Parking area is also spacious.

A decent place to spend a night. We were on the way to Munnar so stopped By Salem for the night and made the booking via Agoda. The rates were reasonable but that's what it would be worth. The rooms are actually small in size and looks quite cramped. Location is good as it is close to the highway and safe open and secure parking is available. No major complaints as such as staff were quite cooperative as well.

It's worst experience, they take multiple dish for order and in that they miss to deliver one dish, but they will not forget to add the missing order in bill! Service was very worst and they are in sleep mode, in their own dream. Food are high price. This is my experience and i don't recommend.

Visited this place for first time on my drive from Kerala to Bangalore. Other than the cleanliness inside and parking space didn't find anything good. Tried ala carte lunch and we were 2 adults and one kid. Ordered Mutton Rogan Josh, Chapattis, Veg Manchow soup, Egg chilli and Egg Podimas. I don't know what they made of Rogan Josh, it was rather an oily onion curry and the soup was not tasty at all. Only thing which felt fine were Chapattis and egg chilli. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for ala carte stuff and will not visit again as there are other good restaurants in and around Salem.

Recently we have made a function with around 200 people, the ambiance and food were arranged in such a wonderful way, everything taken care by the hotelier, it very worth n budget, I strongly recommend this Greenridge, Special thanks to Raj Kumar have taken all the efforts to make customer easier
