We had a very comfortable stay in this centrally located accomodation. Very modern and well equipped rooms and very friendly and helpful staff giving good recommendations to explore the city. It is behind the railway station, but without any disturbing noise, through the underpass and crossing the river you are right in the very central part of the city. For the car a multi-day-ticket is available for the very close underground parking at a fair price. Good breakfast in close by art center. Highly recommended place to stay in Donostia!

Lovely, comfortable hotel located right next to the bus and train station. The staff were extremely helpful. There were so many little extras that very helpful - maps, bag, use of an umbrella. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the ac was excellent. Use of a coffee machine was lovely. We had a great stay and will visit again.

Would definitely stay here again. If you book direct you get breakfast included. Shared area with coffee machine, water cooler and fridge. Air con, TV and safe in the room. Cleaned daily. Great location.

The service here is so great, we arrived a little late, so we didn't get to meet them, but they had everything ready for us when we arrived, and a handwritten postcard with the information we needed. The rooms are very nice too. 🌸

Very good value for money indeed, with the friendliest hotel staff ever. Every small detail in the room has been thought about, and the service that Alba and team provide is personal and considered. The overall affect is that the person(s) behind Atotxa Rooms really care a great deal about this hotel and its success, and therefore the guest experience. The room was modern and surprisingly stylish for the price. Spotlessly clean throughout. Only criticism is the location (perhaps a touch further from the Old Town/the beaches than I'd like) and the room faced into a dark internal courtyard.

Very clean rooms with big tv but thr rooms are very compact, almost too small. Ours didn't had a window to the outaide world but one that leads to the inner building's hall. Prices are reasonable to the city but higher than avarage comparing to the rest of spain.

Lovely pension to spend a few nights in. Located right by the train station, very convenient and yet still very quiet. Rooms are very small but there is an excellent use of space, lovely attention to details. We really appreciated the filtered water service. Rooms are spotless clean, beds are comfy and the air-conditioning is superb. The attention from the staff was great, helpful and with much care.

Such a nice place! We stayed in room 104 and it was big! Bathroom and room had nice deco and felt very modern. No sounds from the square outside. Nice muffins in the morning and one free coffee a day. Very short walk from the train and bus station. Loved that. Best of all the staff! Super nice girls in the reception. They gave us plenty of ideas of things to do in San Sebastian. Thank you so much! We will come back.

Great clean rooms. Best staff and lots of added extras which wasn't expected. Short walk to shops, train and bus. We even walked to a cider house from here. Great experience. Keep up the good work!

Outstanding and friendly service, very attentive to the customer, more than reasonably priced, even the littlest details should also be well acknowledged by the customer.... Extra mile (Complimentary coffee, water, umbrella, chocolate on towel :-) ) Well located too. Far better than many "4* establishments" out there.

Super nice, clean and comfortable small hotel with very helpful staff that tell you exactly where you need to go in San Sebastian. Slightly out of the way perhaps for some but ideally located by the train station, with good parking and a supermarket nearby and the location makes for nice morning wake ups and walks. Also highly recommend visiting the neighboring bar, Kaioa Taberna for a great lunch or dinner and some drinks.

We stayed two nights in this clean, nice and well situated place. The personal service was excellent. It is within walking distance to everything you want to visit in San Sebastian and we loved the Cristina Enea park so close, just within few minutes.

Absolutely awesome little hotel, great staff who went above and beyond and even arranged airport transportation on our behalf. Amazing value for money, and I would go out of my way to stay here again if I ever find myself in Donostia-San Sebastien again.
