Had dinner and breakfast. All was good. However, we left the dinning area smelling like the cook... Something should be done with the grill venting system; or relocate it.

The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. They made good recommendations for dinner. The room was clean.

if your car breaks down on the way and you spend an evening in the city of Irun, I recommend this very nice place and is low prince the room i payd 50€ / night

Great staff but Airconditioner not working (and the management are fully aware) it was like a hot box. The EV chargers are ridiculously located on the disabled parking and one unit isn’t working. If you offer a feature make sure it works! (All credit for having EV chargers though. Many hotels don’t)

Good hotel for its price. The location is perfect - not very far from the main road. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Close to the train, if y don’t have a car to go to San Sebastián city. AC pretty good for the summer heat. The staff here are efficient. Breakfast if included on your stay is very good.

Front desk person was rude and allowed the person behind us to cut and ignored us when we addressed her. A lovely staffer than came and took care of us. Parking is secure. Room was somewhat clean but bathroom has decay. The AC did not work. The Wi-Fi didn’t “reach our room”. For a roadside/overnight it’s bearable for the most part.

Worse ibis I have ever stayed in they refused to turn on air conditioning yet room so stuffy we couldn't sleep loud people drinking outside until 4.00 in the morning we had to open the window which was a joke as it had a safety catch on it so no real air coming in. Food just so so very very disappointed

Dirty carpet in room. Lift took forever to come (8th floor). Front of house staff miserable. Quiet rooms, near airport.

We arrived after 12 hours of travelling and everybody was very friendly and helpful. Our Room was comfortable, we slept well and had a modern bathroom. Would come back for a second time.

This hotel is a typical Ibis chain property except for the Staff, who are exceptional. The front desk staff service is the equivalent of a 4 star hotel. “Front desk” is mentioned, but they all do everything. They work in coordination, as a good team should. They are quick and efficient in everything they do. The property allows pets. We felt so at ease that we extended our stay for one day. There are two electric charging stations for hotel guests that unfortunately, our Hybrid Kia was not compatible with the cables. This property is highly recommended. We encourage the Staff and Management to keep up the good work.

Good hotel, quiet and very clean! They have parking spots on premise, but it might be wise to come early to be sure you get one!

Hotel has electric car chargers for Tesla and other brands. Breakfast was standard like in any other Ibis. Kind receptionists. Recommended.

The room decor is a bit tired, and would benefit from a redo. But the place is clean and the people are friendly, which is what counts. A negative is the breakfast. 7 euros for a buffet of processed cheese, bread and croissants is not good value.

Room good size, bed comfortable air-conditioning not very good . Some reception staff quite miserable and not very helpful. Good cocktails though. Will not be staying again

The team here were very helpful, knowledgeable and during the height of the Covid crisis did a brilliant job. The Hotel is basic but clean and well presented offering excellent value for money. We stayed for a couple of nights en route to southern Spain . Will definitely visit again if in the area .

Room clean apart from bathroom vent which was full of dust. Breakfast buffet was very good.

The worst Ibis hotel I have stayed. In the middle of a pandemic, the room seemed to be not even basically cleaned. There were hairs even around the bathroom sink. Definitely not a good place to stay.
