Disappointed ....waited approx 10 minutes to be served and had to clear a table myself prior to sitting down coffee was very bitter when you got to the bottom of the cup however the cake was very moist and fresh and very enjoyable.

Nice place for a quick refreshment from our road trip. We were here during the non peak hours. The place was clean and there was no queue, service was quick and the coffee was was good.

I was wondering where to go for lunch. I looked at the food places there, but nothing really caught my attention until I was passing Caffe Nero, and this amazing smell of a mixture of coffee and toasted ciabatta and rosemary filled my nostrils. I got a strong coffee, a toasted ciabatta with brie and spinach, which had rosemary on top and a slice of sicilian lemon cheesecake 😋 The ciabatta was warm and crusty on top, and the brie was melted and oozing. The cheesecake was tangy but not overly. I finished it off with an invigorating smoothie. Everything was delicious and comforting 💗

Very relaxed and comfortable place to meet for coffee. There is also a good selection of pastry; cakes and muffins. Not so much choice for those who must go gluten-free. Very helpful staff who will deliver drinks etc to the table. Big help to me in a wheelchair. It’s a bit tight for space at the entrance to get the chair past the drinks queue, but great coffee makes it back to the five stars for me. November 2018; dozens of visits have gone by, and really it’s still five-star coffee and food! The staff here are friendly, efficient and very competent. Same little bottleneck as you pass the till and the service point. However, in the main, the customers can be accommodating. Chocolate Brownie oh yes!

Maybe everyone was taking shelter from the rain, but this branch of Caffe Nero was particularly busy when we visited. The staff coped well, however, and were helpful and quick when the line had moved and it was my turn to be served. I ordered our favourite cold brews and despite the bustling atmosphere, we even managed to get a seat.

Slightly pricier than Costa and Starbucks but the Coffee/Latte's etc. taste a lot better. We visited the Cafe Nero branch in Braehead, the service was quick and friendly, it wasn't too busy so we managed to get a few comfy seats to sit in. Two large lattes and two cakes came to around £12.

My favourite place to come with my family and I. So many memories and good times spent at Caffè Nero. Lovely inside and out with an Italian themed vibe. Comfortable seating and great atmosphere. Good pricing for what you get. My go to order is the Belgium hot chocolate! Would recommended to anyone looking for a cosy cafe and delicious coffee and cakes.

This was my first ever visit to cafe Nero breahead, and have to say, came away very impressed. Upon entering all the empty tables had been cleared, there was a queue of about 7 people, but with 4 staff serving, the wait was very short... The staff were very polite, and welcoming, and was very helpful, we ordered 2 hot chocolate drinks, with cream and marshmallows... wow were they big, lots of cream and marshmallows with chocolate on top. The restaurant was very clean and tidy, the spoons were clean, the toilets were clean too. Upon leaving a member of staff thanked us and wished us a nice day, what a nice touch to end a visit. Would I recommend they coffee shop , I can whole heartily say 100% yes, will I visit again, yes 100%

Friendly staff. This is on the top floor of intuBrahead Shopping Centre. Variation of hot and cold drinks and pastry snacks. The seating areas are quite close together for my liking; this is ok if youre not looking for an intimate coffee date as quite hard to hear conversations.

Cant comment on the food, I only dropped in for a latte and a read... This proved impossible, as the music being played was diabolical and way too loud!.. It consisted of some no mark screeching "Ah-ha yay hay, wanna be my lover" it was like being at a rave in Ibiza!...I thought coffee shops played unobtrusive background music.. After all, people come in to relax, not to have thumpy thumpy trashy dance music blasted in their ears.... God help anyone trying to study in here!....PLEASE NERO, CAN THE MUSIC, OR AT LEAST PLAY SOMETHING SOOTHING!

Delicious hot choc. We didn't have food. No service. You queue up for your own. Not much atmosphere. Tables seemed to lie dirty for a while before being cleared. In saying that I would still go back. I was meeting an old friend, so it was more about the company for us. Plus the hot choc was nice 👍🏻

I like this small cafe. I love the coffee and selection of cakes as well as pastries. The fact that each season they offer different taste of the coffees e.g. pistachio latte - makes this coffee shop even better.

Always love Café Nero. Sadly, as this one is located within a mall, dogs aren't allowed. It gets really busy, so if there are more than one of you in your party, best grab a seat while others in your group order.

Staff is really polite and helpful. Service is good and variety of food and drinks are good as well. I recommend trying a piece of carrot cake with cappuccino with chocolate. Really nice 👌
