This shop used to be in Causeyside Street but now here in George Street. An excellent and interesting shop with some really great reptiles including geckos and snakes. I was only in for fish food and of course it has this and tropical fish and the paraphernalia that goes with these hobbies. The girl serving was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me a great tour of the shop and the other residents of the shop

Friendly knowledgeable staff with a fantastic selection of animals and accessories and all at really competitive prices, so they dont rip you off like some other shops ! All animals in store are extremely well looked after , so if your in the market for something a bit different from a cat , dog or hamster then get along and have a look ! You will not be disappointed!

Top class lads! My partner ordered me a male Pituophis Catenifer Affinis (Sonoran Gopher) & I got myself a female Avalanch motley both for future projects! Snakes arrived today and are in tip top shape and I even know their record of feeds & sheds thanks to the cards that came with. The wee corn already tried to eat my hand during health check 😅 Highly recommended no mater what part of the countryyour in as they also courier& animals arrive in awesome condition!

Very impressed during our visit to Dragon Aquatics. We've been studying up on getting a tortoise for some time. Looking into everything that's required long-term, care and equipment. It was great to speak today at length with the staff member who was very knowledgeable and only too happy to chat and give advice. Great shop, will be purchasing our tortoise from here.👍

Person who was there was rude and condescending. Also showed a surprising lack of knowledge about reptiles. My wife is a herpetologist who worked with Dr. Haast in Florida and she was not impressed at all.

I recently bought a 1yo male Western Hognose from the guys at Dragon Aquatics. I couldn't be happier. Their shop is great and, as they breed the snakes themselves, they know exactly what they are talking about. Our snake is happy, healthy, very active and loves to be handled. Great wee shop, staff know every animals needs and welfare and the sale comes last to them making sure the animal they are handing over will have all the correct equipment to be cared for correctly is paramount to them, if you're not sure on what the full equipment is then they'll tell you and allow you the time to get it. Wonderful little shop for all your reptile needs. It's definitely my go to for reptile food. Matthew and Pauline are very friendly and helpful, they are able to answer any questions you may have and they provide fantastic advice for new reptile owners! I bought my first crested gecko here around 4 years ago and he's doing great!

I love Dragon Aquatics, I got my wee geckos from here a few years back, and I love coming down and looking at all the lisards. One of the best places to go for lisards

We travelled from Mull to Paisley to pick up our daughter’s Leopard Gecko. I’d previously had long chats with Matthew about what we would need equipment wise, and he checked we had everything we required. He’s very knowledgeable and it was great to know that he breeds all his animals, and will only let them go to new homes if everything is just right.
