....just had an example of excellent customer service at the Paisley store. Having not found a test pot in the colour of paint I wanted on the appropriate shelf the assistant went out of her way to check all around the paint section looking for the colour and actually found it at the back of another shelf. Thank you!! 🙏 😊

Really enjoy a walk around this shop with my wife and kids. Loads of great deals every week, fantastic hobby section in the upper tier that we get loads of inspiration to do fun activities from with the kids. Has something for everyone and every occasion and great parking. Never fail to get something good 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👍

Great place for art materials the staff there were really helpful I couldn't find something I was looking for and a lovely lady called Tina helped me

Daryl the store assistant on sun 26th October in the Paisley store was of great assistance to me today. I bought a flat pack desk and asked him to take it to counter then my car. He was very pleasant and obliging. I tried to give him a tip and he refused and said it’s all part of the service. It’s very encouraging to see very polite young people working in the store

Great prices and decent range, cheaper than a lot of places for the same products

Staff helped us find what we wanted. Some isles cluttered with stock. Cafe good value with friendly service and good food.

From the moment we walked in the doors there was a terribly awful smell and it continued as we walked around the store. The only way I could describe it was a mixture of bad body odour and curry. We heard other shoppers talk about it on the way round the store. We purchased some bathroom accessories, there was a lovely range, but then we quickly left.

Went there for lunch at Dee Dee's. Not a huge menu but it was plenty of choice for me. Quiet and food (meat feast pizza) was good. Very nice staff and good price.

I was not impressed with the condition of the plants in the garden centre area here, doubt any would survive as they clearly hadn't been looked after, would not advise going here for the garden stuff. It does have a large section of freezers and food which I didn't expect, but is a massive shop so space for those and loads of household items, furniture and general decoration bits.

when you walk intk the range its nice, and warm even the, staff are warm and pleasant all I can say it's a pleasure to shop at the range in Paisley Charlie

Nice store well laid out,great prices,lots of stuff to choose from,free parking outside, even has a small garden centre,food hall as well , plenty of Christmas items at this time of year

This is an excellent store. Lots of parking, wheelchair accessible . Carries huge amount of stock. Homeware, lighting, food, small furniture, mirrors, paintings, wallart, seasonal gifts and decorations. Great cafe to refresh you while shopping.Unfortunately my experience was marred by the checkout lady who had a very unfortunate manner. We began to explain that certain items were to be paid for separately, which we held back, she thn pushed those items forward and stated WE were mixing it up. It left quite a nast taste in our mouths and spoiled what had been a pleasant few hours shopping. Staff review is definitely needed and this persons ability to understand and comply with what the customer wants needs to be reinforced by management. She let your store down.

Such an amazing selection of just a bit of everything from home decorations to curtains, bedding, lighting, paint, kitchen wares, pictures, gifts, seasonal items, huge craft department with items from all crafting/hobby's genre. It also has a cafe and an Iceland store inside I live spending time here if I'm looking for just about anything I try here first

Very busy on the first Friday of December at 2pm . Helpful staff, good selection of craft items. Quick friendly checkout. Car park congested o took a while to leave as lots of other dtivers blocking exits and not giving way.

We are not complainers - BUT. We had a great time at The Range, Paisley - until we went to the till. I had a coffee upstairs and was served by three delightful ladies while my partner shopped. I then picked up some things I needed on the way to the till. We tied to explain to the lady on the till that we wished to pay separately for our items. She simply didn't understand, and far too quickly grabbed each item to process them while we again tried to explain we wished to pay separately. She then said: 'You keep mixing them up." Well all I can say, madam is: If you listen when people are trying to explain something to you before you start grabbing things and flying them across your little beeper, then you might not get reviews like this for the great company you are privileged to work for. And if I may say so: YOU were the one who mixed up our separate goods because of the hurry you were in while we were explaining something to you. RESULT OF YOUR RUDENESS. The Range will in future be used by us for a bare minimum instead of an afternoon treat including a meal. I refuse to remove any of the 5 stars I give for the most amazing store, but if you worked for me, madam; you would be fired - re-hired, and fired again. Sorry 'Range,' but you have a bad apple there.

Fantastic range of products. Lighting, ornaments, bedding, electrical goods, gardening etc plus they have an Iceland inside too. Only downside are that some staff seem to have missed the, 'how to engage with customers' class

Good selection of home goods, including furniture delivery. Did have some issues regarding our order that for some reason the customer service team won't help with, so had to return to the store in person to sort it.

Disappointed have had two emails saying christmas has arrived in store, been to two different stores. First one last week had nothing today went to the Paisley store thought as it was larger it would be sorted. But it was cordoned off so you can not get down aisles and lots of boxes waiting to be emptied. I realise its a bit early but please dont tease as i take my christmas very seriously.🤶🤶🤶

Good selection of item from food to diy items they have an eating place upstairs but it's not for me I find it far too expensive for what it is but the different selection of items in the store is fantastic.

Great range of stock at this larger store, with lots of choice. Reasonable prices as usual from The Range. Staff extremely helpful with my wheelchair using partner.
