Stayed 1 week in a raw, didn't had the chance to see the spa neither the gym or the pool so no opinion abt that 🤷🏼‍♀️. The service (employees) is nice, responsive quick and helpful. They took 3 days to pick my laundry 😩 I was gonna rate them 1 star but when they did they really cleand and ironed them 5 star service 😅. The food choice is limited they definatly can do better but it's still okay. Overall compare to oran hotels it's a 4 for me, it was the best out of them.

Very old hotel, poor mantenance.everything was worn worn, dirt stained paint. a 5 star hotel that is not worth going to. I will not return again having other better options in the city.

The rooms are really clean and luxurious. You can find a lot of food in the open buffet breakfast. The employees are friendly and smiling. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

I’ve passed 2 nights, so many different issues started at the security check in the entrance of the building, security staff are so rude and keep asking u after “ are u resident in the hotel or a visitor “ give you the first impression of go back and change the place then at the reception ppl are kind , the room is good , now the restaurant waiters are kind and nice but the cook is so rude specially with young people , the pool is good also and the staff are friendly, now the Bar which is the place that chocked me bartenders are so rude and unprofessional , standard drinks almost only beers , and when u asked for a cocktails the bartender answered that there’s not because of the missing of some ingredients like if u want a mojito he answered sorry we don’t have mint 🤯are u serious this is a 5 starts hotel unbelievable and when he serves you he will never come back u have to go to the bar to ask for more or something else, the experience was okay but for sure i won’t take it back.

Im a guest at a suite and was shocking that lunch buffet was closed only for the protocol of whatever whoever is visiting!

It is an amazing hotel, really very impressive. - the rooms there are very clean, with a spectacular design and a magic view; - the food and restaurants is amazing also and various. - the reception group are very kind and try to help you at maximizing they can. - the prices also are regular and good compared to the location, the services and view. I have bad experience in this hotel , in the summer the air conditionning is broken for more than a week ,so i sould open the window in the night but the mosquito get in and i sufred all the night .

The hotel is a great choice for a comfortable stay in Oran. The services are worth the price. The premium rooms offer a great view on the sunset and if you get the chance you can ask for rooms with access to the lounge at the 17th floor to ensure beers or wine (included in the price). The structures offers massage and other wellness services. The rooms are wide and bathrooms have a bath. The see is very close. The staff is very professional and ready to help at any moment. There is just a bit too much noise coming from the big avenue in front of the hotel.

I don't know why they call it hotel .horrible hotel . dirty. all the material they use is cheap . service is 00 .and they lie for the price and for booking . I don't recamnd it at all. you will regret if you book in this hotel

You will get great hospitality from Miss Aouda Benaiche, the Algerian Beauty. She has made room upgrade ans give me club lounge accessibility. She always give me warm smile and ask me what she can do more for my convinience.

Service has declined, rooms maintenance as well. Restaurant is awful. This is no more a 5 stars hotel
