Been having hard time losing weight, and I have this condition called PCOS, and my doctor advises me to focus on my health diet and yoga. I know it's not easy at first but I am grateful to the staff that they're super approachable. The area is conducive for relaxing. I stayed almost 2 weeks now and I already lose 5 kgs. I am so happy. I feel very light and energized. Meditation for 20 mins everyday is amazing. It helps you to focus and think positively. There are also activities you can do. There are cooking classes. Thank you Ananda Marga. Thank you Dada Dharma, and to all the staff there. It is such a rewarding experience and achievement for myself. ❤

Great place to relax from the crowded city and have a good detox.

I am so grateful to learn so many valuable and practical health tips from Dada Dharma . It has helped me to deal confidently with my weak liver and optic neuropathy health issues. Great approach in dealing with diseases. Holistic approach!

My wife and I had been trying to get pregnant for several years. She has had PCOS since she was a teenager, and had a very irregular period. I was in full health but I wanted to support my wife through an 9 day gradual fast, so I did it with her. We succeeded in getting pregnant within a few months, which we mostly attribute to the detox, suggested natural 'medicines' and lifestyle changes. Also, to my utter surprise, my long term lower back pain completely subsided for 3 months after the detox. I felt like I had a new lease on life! Unfortunately it gradually returned as I resumed my old habits! I could not recommend the center more highly.
