    Good place to unwinds, party with family and friends. With poll and beach to enjoy for kids, Rooms for overnight, cottage's, and function hall. Let go and enjoy Precia Villavert Beach Resort a good place to go.

    Booked for my spouse and her family who are from a location about an hour away. It was filthy. Deep nasty rust stains in bathroom sink, cobwebs in all corners of room, total lack of cleaning and maintenance. There is only one pool, not two as the pics show. The one pool looks dirty on bottom, poorly maintained. Also, no TV as shown in pics, and their answer was because people break it!.....? WTH? Most surprising of all.....no wif! That means not in room, not in public areas, nothing anywhere. My spouse her and family will never go back! Please clean up your rancid, disgusting hotel!
