My partner and I (from Sydney, Australia) stayed here for three nights at the end of our trip to the Philippines. It was one of the most incredible hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything was exceptional, our jaws literally dropped when we walked in the room. It was beautifully furnished, the unobstructed view of the ocean was incredible and the room was huge. As for the service, we felt like our every need was anticipated by the staff, from dinner recommendations, to organizing activities and transfers. We felt incredibly well looked after. This place will exceed your expectations.

I had the chance of spending 3 nights at Epic Suites by Bohol, and what can I say.. From the pick up arrival at the airport, until the final drop off before departure, everyone, from the owner Alessandro, his wife, until the driver, everyone goes the extra mile to make your holiday a dream come true. I have travelled to many countries in my life, but never, never I had experienced such a warm, friendly and professional service from the whole staff, for the whole stay. On top of that, a magnificent room with private pool facing the ocean. (Just 3 rooms available, privacy and tranquility guaranteed) Extra notes: - a cellphone is left in the room, with the possibility of instant connection with the staff, which always answers straightaway. This is a real plus - the price for the room in perfectly understandable, considering the quality of amenities and service received. - massage is great! Suggest everyone on trying the service - food quality and price similar to the price you pay and food you get on the island. Gorgeous suites with private infinity pool facing the ocean. Modern facility with highly attentive and professional staff. Had an awesome 3 nights getaway there. You literally get to see perfect sunrise once you open your eyes every morning as the bed is facing the infinity pool towards the Ocean. Service is top notch throughout our stay. Every single staff there made an endeavour and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible - butlers, receptionist, driver, you name it. The owner Alex is very nice and has been exposed to the highest quality hotels worldwide, hence he was able to exert the right tone at the top as management and ensure his staff execute the best service possible. To be honest, the service I received at this suite is better than most 6-star hotel that I have been to. Cannot recommend this hotel more to anyone who is visiting Bohol!

We inquired about the place mostly through text, they were polite, prompt, and easy to talk with. The drivers were cheerful, so from the start a positice standard was already set. We were welcomed by the staff with smiles and drinks in hand. The environment was peaceful, perfect for couples looking for a place to unwind Then the main attraction, the room with great facilities and magnificent view. I shall let the pictures and videos do the talking. And to top it all off, the food was great!

The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a king-size bed, a cozy sitting area, and a fully-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom was also a highlight, with a large, spa-like shower and plush towels. Overall, Stay at the hotel suite was nothing short of delightful and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a comfortable and relaxing vacation or business

This was the most amazing resort, the staff and owners were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The owner is an animal lover and has rescued dozens of friendly cats as well as dogs. The view was breathtaking and it really felt like an oasis. Can’t recommend enough

The view is amazing! Staff are remarkable in their customer service, very accomodating. The room is cozy, spacious and clean. And the food is very delicious. This place is great for staying in Bohol. Glad to booked in this incredible hotel. Definitely go back to this hotel!

This was one of the most perfect stays you could find in Bohol, or anywhere for that matter. While we were initially curious about the high rates when booking, as soon as we arrived, we understood why. From the moment of the car pick-up (which was included), their enthusiastic attitude captured the essence of Filipino hospitality. The added bonus of meeting their adopted dogs and cats made the experience even more special. Privacy is paramount here, and the sunrise at your private infinity pool is simply breathtaking. Despite being 15-20 minutes away from Alona Beach, the property offers a plethora of activities. With Netflix, on-site dining, massages, and the option to sign up for tours, private car or motorbike rentals – it's all incredibly affordable, the breakfast are amazing delicious too! The added convenience of WhatsApp contact with the staff made everything even better. As we reluctantly bid farewell, we're already missing this place and can't wait to return.
