Yesterday
I
sent
my
child
with
special
needs
to
one
of
the
doctors
hospital
pedia
neuro
doc
Velayo.
He
waited.
For
6
hours
from
10
am
since
it
is
a
first
come
first
serve
basis.
AFTER
WAITING
FOR.
MANY
HOURS..
Ofcourse,
he
was
restless
and
was.
Already
crying
in
the
clinic.
He
was
crying
but
its
really
loud
and
ofcourse
they
asked
my
child
together
with
my
parents
to
step
out
of
the
room.
While
waiting
outside
of
her
clinic
other
patients
guardians
told
me
patients
that
maybe
they
can
ask
the
secretary
to
let
my
child
in
for
consultation
since
its
like
everybody
in
the
hospital
who
can
hear
his
loud
cry
and
other
people
passing
by
so
they
tried
to
ask
the
secretary
but
they
were
told
that
with
patient
with
tantrums
should
be
the
last
one.
After
waiting
again
the
child
continues
to
cry
outside
and
this
doctor
went
outside
of
her
clinic
with
raising
her
voice?
If
we
cannot
wait
go
look
for
another
doctor?
Seriously
after
6
hours
of
waiting?
Is
this
how
you
treat
your
patient
with
special
needs?
The
child
waited
for
6
hours
already,
to
our
dismay
my
father
got
mad
because
he
did
not
say
anything
like
that,
he
did
not
say
they
were
impatient
already...
And
responded
to
the
doctor.
In
bacolod
we
only
have
two
pedia
neuro
doctors
and
she
was
arrogant
and
it
is
not
right
to
treat
patients
this
way.
My
child
is
supposed
to
have
his
checkup
but
we
were
told
that
our
last
checkup
was
2014?
Seriously?
What's
the
point?
I
was
disappointed
on
what
had
happened
and
I
dont
expect
doctors
to
be
arrogant
to
child
with
special
needs.
1.
Waited
for
6
hours
2.
Raised
your
voice
and
was
arrogant
3.
You
even
let
the
child
with
special
needs
crying
out
loud
out
of
your
clinic
without
any
concern
on
his
situation.
4.
Is
this
how
you
treated
patients
with
special
needs?
5.you
did
not
even
show
any
concern,
care
for
the
patient
during
the
time
inside
your
clinic
while
he
was
waiting
there
for
many
hours?
