Yesterday I sent my child with special needs to one of the doctors hospital pedia neuro doc Velayo. He waited. For 6 hours from 10 am since it is a first come first serve basis. AFTER WAITING FOR. MANY HOURS.. Ofcourse, he was restless and was. Already crying in the clinic. He was crying but its really loud and ofcourse they asked my child together with my parents to step out of the room. While waiting outside of her clinic other patients guardians told me patients that maybe they can ask the secretary to let my child in for consultation since its like everybody in the hospital who can hear his loud cry and other people passing by so they tried to ask the secretary but they were told that with patient with tantrums should be the last one. After waiting again the child continues to cry outside and this doctor went outside of her clinic with raising her voice? If we cannot wait go look for another doctor? Seriously after 6 hours of waiting? Is this how you treat your patient with special needs? The child waited for 6 hours already, to our dismay my father got mad because he did not say anything like that, he did not say they were impatient already... And responded to the doctor. In bacolod we only have two pedia neuro doctors and she was arrogant and it is not right to treat patients this way. My child is supposed to have his checkup but we were told that our last checkup was 2014? Seriously? What's the point? I was disappointed on what had happened and I dont expect doctors to be arrogant to child with special needs. 1. Waited for 6 hours 2. Raised your voice and was arrogant 3. You even let the child with special needs crying out loud out of your clinic without any concern on his situation. 4. Is this how you treated patients with special needs? 5.you did not even show any concern, care for the patient during the time inside your clinic while he was waiting there for many hours?

DEFICIENT, DISTRESSING MEDIOCRE, UNACCEPTABLE health service. I'm not sure if the Clinic Central is a hospital clinic or what. The staff was lazy and the IM doctor was beastly arrogant. The staff never checked our vitals while waiting. I've waited for five hours for eight patients to be finished. I was having diarrhea for days and I'm lethargic already. I was shocked when it was my turn to enter her clinic, her first greeting was "What? Do you just need sick leave certificate?". What kind of doctor greet their patient like that? She never even used here stethoscope or touched my stomach to check. She just immediately guessed it was amoebiasis. I even asked her if do I need to be tested first to be sure it's amoebiasis? She said that it's no longer needed and it will just be gross to transfer the stool and it's very hard to check amoebiasis because it will die once exposed to air. She then gave me prescription for medicines that are only available in her clinic without explaining the purpose of those medicines. She also kept removing her FACE MASK and kept howling to remove my face mask because she can't hear me clearly. Is she really a doctor? Why is she not following health protocols? Also, she kept blabbering with the telephone and another patient. She was very rude and haughty. The waiting area for patients don't even have fan or air-conditioning. I will never come back to this doctor and clinic.

Worst hospital I've ever been! Most people there including doctors are terrible. There are also doctors who are also selling naturopathic medicine. That is in fact, conflict of interest. It's either you practice medicine or naturopathic medicine, not both! How can you believe what you're practicing is working when you are selling naturopathic meds on the side? Nurses there don't know what a catheter bag looks like. After one day of bringing our own catheter bag (which is much thicker and better, can hold more urine), which we brought from another country and should've last for a month, they changed it back to their own and threw ours. Then charged us for a new bag. They also lose patients records. They charge you for anything and everything and lose them! So watch out for all the charges, make sure you know what you're being charge for. I feel bad for those who can barely afford and getting charge for things that they don't even need or probably the nurses or doctors have lost.

the worst hospital ever. all they think is income. they don't have care forbthe patients. they do things without consultation from the family. they also canceled the room reservation without telling the patients and the family. the nurses and doctors are arrogant. I think the DOH should intervene. this hospital should be closed. the doctors and nurses must be evaluated

The customer service in charge in the admitting section , 5:10 Am, March 24,2017 -C. Mendez, is not good when it comes in accommodating patient. Please give importance to this matter to avoid negative feedback in your institution. Thank you.

No appropriate information desk number. The number provided does not answer at all and rejects the calls intentionally which seems unprofessional, not to mention that their information desk number is not even a landline number but rather a cellphone number. I tried to call the first time and then it answers but hangs up after a few seconds without them saying any word and after that, every time i call back they keep rejecting my call. You cant even get a simple response to your inquiries, especially when you have to ask about the number of your doctor's clinic. The number that is provided here in google is the number of the laboratory only, which is not really helpful if you have other inquiries concerning the doctor's clinic because even their laboratory doesn't have any idea what is the landline number of their information desk where in fact they are just in one building.

the hospital cares more about making money rather than taking care of patients. asks for payment every 2 days else they'll stop treatment.

I have good experiences in this hospital. Emergency personnel are nice. Some rooms are not that new but the nurses are courteous. I always choose this hospital when I need medical care.

A nice lab and it has pretty much everything that I need. Services are affordable, too. It's near hospitals so patients can proceed to their doctor's clinics after picking up the lab exams. With what the lab is earning, I think they can afford to provide toilet paper in the toilets.

Some of the nurse aides or what do you call them, does not take immediate actions to the needs of the patients and also gives unsure answers to the inquiries of the patients. Specifically, a question like "when is the doctor be here?"

Stuff is not as friendly as they should be, especially those in entrance. Plus they should update their site especially their number. They should have cellphone number too cause not everyone here got landline!

😠 When a hospital refuses an emergency patient simply because they don't have "down payment," you know that the hospital no longer cares about life. Shut this hosptial down, you don't deserve to be operating on this earth.
