My brother's girlfriend is only 5 Months pregnant and she's bleeding so earlier this afternoon they went to Vicente Sotto and had her checked. The doctor did an I.E. and told them that she needs to be admitted as she's already having premature labor. They came home to get their stuff and ask which hospital should they go that wouldn't cost much. I advised them to inquire there at Miller Hospital. They arrived at the ER and ask how much it would cost them to have her admitted there. The doctor said, he'll check her first, and did an I.E. and that's it. (Doctor never mentioned of any charges) After so, the doctor told my brother, it's gonna cost Php 100,000 so my brother said no, and that they would go to another hospital. But then they were asked to pay for a fee which cost Php 1,200. For a simple I.E. ?! All the doctor did was put some gloves on and stuck his/her fingers into the cervix. And that's already Php 1,200??? My brother is already stressed out of the situation that their baby might not survive and trying to look for a hospital that doesn't cost much. Going to Miller just to inquire and that's what they get. That really didn't help at all.

No response from VP operation, Joel Aganan, to whom we escalated the incident about our lost money. We requested a CCTV recording but heard nothing for more than a month. It happened September 20, 2022 around 4:15pm at the hallway across Billing dep't where the janitor intentionally picked the money pretending to be cleaning specific to the area where we unknowingly dropped the money. We asked for assistance from the guard and his co-worker but said the person we're looking have gone home already. We made a follow up numerous times through phone but to no avail. Going to the hospital didn't work due to VP personnel not being present, tried 3 times already but failed. Secretary just said they're going to update to our phone number but no action was taken. Worst escalation experienced..

My bro was hospitalized and COVID procedure was followed before he was admitted. The room is clean and comfortable. The security guard strictly implements visitation procedures also.

My experince with their ER is annoying. There ER nurses are so slow to act on a situation. It tòok me one hour to be entertained by a resident because the nurse forgot because he was busy. But there were several doctors sitting just which he could have just assigned easily to assist the increasing number patients. Inefficient system

If you want an excellent service then go to this hospital. They observe good hygiene, all the staff during admission & my hospital stay were friendly, professional and caring. The best nutritious meal you can ever have in a hospital. They charged fairly. All the way 5 🌟

They have good and accommodating staff. All basic laboratory offered, with endoscopy, colonoscopy, stress test, 2d echo, doppler studies. They now offer CT Scan But whats the best? They are known of producing the best Soya Milk in Cebu province! You can buy directly at their Vegetarian Cafeteria, freshly made ;)

Be careful about the extra billings of the doctors you visit even if it's nothing to do with your visit, it's supposed to be after 1.5k and then ask for a checkup twice.

I am not here to review on the hospital because I have actually never been inside this hospital. I would just like to point out on the Miller's food products. They are really good especially when you are health conscious. They sell vegan products like: veggie meat in a can, skim milk, tofu, soya milk and whole lot of variety. You might wanna try to buy there for your healthy food finds as their prices would be at a reasonable cost.

Adventist Hospital Cebu is a well-known hospital in Cebu City. The Doctors assigned in this hospital are well experienced doctors. They will attend to your needs regarding the condition of your health. The staff or nurses are also experienced of their jobs. This hospital serves the public for a long time & there is a history for this hospital. The facilities of the hospital are complete. Mostly the attending Doctors or nurses working here in this hospital are christians

The hospital seems nice, but if you get admitted on a Friday be careful because the patient business office will not stop the billing if you exceed your deposit until Monday.

The are a lot of things I hate about this hospital. First, the parking space. IT IS HORRIBLE! How they are not able to make a solution regarding this problem after all this years is beyond me!!! Second, the cafeteria! Avoid the cafeteria around 11 am - 1 pm. You'd die of hunger. It takes them forever to serve and ring up the total payment for the food. You stand on queue for more than 10 minutes. They pride on serving healthy food but everything is swimming in oil. Yuck! Again, nothing is being done! Third, their business office. Takes forever for you to pay your bill; staff has long lunch breaks (sobra pas gobyerno!) They resume work at 2pm. WOW! That is all for now!

The hospital is clean and the staff response courteously to their client requests. Their canteen also serve vegetarian foods.

If you have an insurance provider i highly suggest that you go somewhereelse because staffs here are not so helpful and friendly at all. One of the doctor there were kind of rude to me who were actually not the doctor who examined me in the first place she did not even bother reading my med exam results properly she initially said UTI when infact its clearly printed on my med cert that it's desentery. If you guys is looking for a good hospital go somewhereelse not at this hospital.
