    Results takes days and they only issue LOA MWF? Staff does not even inform you about time when to get results when asking for labs. Do not get 2D echo in this site. You will probably have complications already waiting for them to schedule your next available schedule. Maxicare office should have the best availability and speed vs other hospitals for their members.

    Open 24 hours and accepts walk ins for consultation and lab. I think LOA is not needed here. As far as I remembered I just input the maxicare card number in the kiosk and we will be called by Station1 for screening, then laboratory/consultation. I had my daughter’s urinalysis, cbc, stool exam taken here since the pedia is not available in Robinsons cybergate. Results are released the next day. I had a difficulty collecting urine from my baby so the doctor suggested to put the diaper inside out. If i only knew! They have pedia here usually in the afternoon 1 to 6 pm. Specimen should be given within an hour. I had difficulty submitting since the road is repaired. You have to go around and access the place from the back entrance. Across Ayala Terraces.

    They gave us hard time giving our reimbursement. You have to email them to get your pic for the card. They response time is worst we had to wait 3days for the response and the difficulty. They will ask you to go to a certain website that you can't login if not you will have to email again to another email address with your photo copy of id's. Imagine the difficulty you will be doing in this Service. This is the worst Medical Provider Ever... All members has to suffer.

    I went there earlier this afternoon for my Urinalysis. I informed them that I was pregnant, yet I waited for 48 minutes before I could get a vial. The patients who came later than me finished their transactions earlier. If I had continued waiting for my name to be flashed on the queue, I might have waited longer. I went to the front desk to request a vial myself. When I went to the females' toilet, it was very filthy. There is no flush, and pieces of tissue are on the floor. I needed to put a dipper in the sink for water. I informed the front desk about this, and she just agreed that it is indeed filthy. The kind of service I received is very dissatisfactory. I hope that appropriate action will be done regarding this matter.

    ✅ If the world is ending, you should stay here because TIME IS VERY SLOW here. Eternity is here! Tl,dr: NO RESPECT TO TIME, understaff, poor service, loooong waiting times, need multiple visits as the waiting time just eat up your day — easy, not worth the membership ❌ Schedule is 9-10 AM for ultrasound. The queue started accepting only at 9:35 AM. Constant update request from the frontdesk, “TAWAGON RA”. We waited for 2.5 hours. 2.5 hours wasted. No sense of urgency whatsoever. And even then, we still waited long. Also, THEY MADE THE SCHEDULE and it was two weeks after our first visit. Overfast nalang kahihintay. So even if we came in earlier, we will still overfast. We now have to go back to try again the next day “to be accommodated” within the fasting period. Unbelievable. ❌ If not for constant follow-up to the frontdesk, we will not be called for ECG which we waited for another 1 hour. ❌ CR for PWD and M/F don’t flush. And when an old lady on a wheelchair tried to open and it was locked, the guard even have the face to make a joke about it — “hulog-hulog piso man gud ni maam” — while opening it. ❌ Queue screen is always covered with other programs or pop-ups. Its not as if they do not know. They know and they don’t care about it even if people are staring at the screen. ❌ Clients are left to stand-up when no chairs are available. And often clients themselves organize waiting seating arrangement because staff didn’t just care (or not paid enough to care). The waiting area outside the clinic is just a tarpaulin tent with monobloc chairs. Awful when hot or raining. ❌ Some clients will also just try to approach the staff in the labs and catch the staff just chatting instead of calling in patients. Some of these patients are now overfast. So this is one of the reason pf the delayed “TAWAGON RA”. Not worth the membership to be honest or better yet go to other affiliated clinics. I think this could be the poorest service of them all. Even community hospitals are better for a fraction of the price you are paying.

    LAB Results as per advise by the staff there is released after 24 hrs which in itself is too long. Major clinics and hospitals release results within 3-5 hours. It's been 4 days since my lab was taken until now Not Yet Available. DONT GO THERE!

    Asked me if my mom could stay in the hospital while they deliberate what they can cover after I told the representative that we need to discharge since my mom passed away. What great service. No one answers their phones. Teleconsult lines are always busy.

    Early closing time since pandemic. Queue takes time though your intentions may be very simple like lab test, LOA (yup). Clean. Staff are fine. Limited slots and time for specialists.

    Kudos to the Lab Extraction Team for a fast and painless procedure. I’ve been visiting the clinic for almost a week now and they never fail to smile even when their busy or whatnot. Keep up the great work team! 🫶🏻🥰😷

    My wife had some rashes and the diagnosis from the doctor is inconclusive. Our company doctor easily diagnosed it as shingles.

    Clinic is pretty clean and their queuing system is efficient. They are open 24/7 for check ups and laboratory is open during office hours. Staff are also friendly and there is free coffee.

    the nurses were accommodating and friendly. Very clean and has a good ambiance place. The phlebotomist was very professional and I am very comfortable during extraction. laboratory staff were smiley, nice and kind. Keep up the good work.

    Worst clinic ever!!! From bleeding to complete miscarriage happened to me due to non urgency of the service. They don't seem to understand who the priorities are. Lack of communications from the contact center who made the appointment for me but when i arrived there, my appointment got declined because as per staff there was no schedule for OB that day. But when I complained about that issue, suddenly they were able to find ways to prioritize my case. Lastly please train your doctors to be more understanding with their patients, especially with cases like mine. Don't make your patients feel like you are doing your job as charity because we are PAYING your services even if the membership is from our company benefits still you are being paid by your members in any way. Still waiting for my case to be completed and close and maybe filing a case against this clinic. @MaxicareBusinessPark

    The security is more kind than the female staff who was so rude when I approached her, she was being unprofessional and made me stuttered while asking her because I was scared the way she responded disrecpectfully, I know we're all tired but atleast be kind!

    WASTE OF TIME. HOPELESS PLACE. NO SENSE OF URGENCY. ❌ You will miss your fasting period just waiting. Queue system is useless when you get here the wait is awefully long. “Tawagon lang maam”, yeah like 1.5-2 hours after you get in. ❌ No noise control. Many people inside just blast their phone audio and no one from the clinic staff can impose controlled noise. If you did not have stress going in, oh you will surely be stressed inside and coming out.

    Went there on a sunday. Was hesitant since the main road is being fixed. When we arrived, they assisted us right a way. Taught us how to register. Was consulted and got cbc right away. Received all smiles. My youngest daughter has asd, no sweat in getting her cbc. Got extracted in less than a minute. Eldest had cbc too, didnt compalin of any pain. JV YOU'RE THE MAN! Sharp shooter! Thank you to all the staff! Highly recommended!

    My daughter had cough and fever. Was advised to nebulized her for 5 days. I didnt see the progress instead it went worse so visited back the clinic for another consultation. Dr gave me another prescription (SYRUP). I told her that my daughter can no longer sleep well at night because of her condition. For a total of 10 days, i still see no improvement. FOR THE 3RD TIME I visited back the clinic to tell the same scenario and MUHATAG NAPUD UG PRECRIPTION NGA E NEBULIZED NLNG PUD KUNO BALIK FOR 5 DAYS. SERIOUSLY?!! AND TAKE NOTE SAIYANG XRAY NAA NA CYAY MINOR PNEUMONIA. KUNG WA PKO MO REKLAMO D PKO HATAGAN UG ANTIBIOTIC. I HAVE HIGH RESPECT TO OUR PHYSICIANS PERO MANGAMBOT NLNG KO SA INGANI NGA EXPERIENCED DHA SAINYONG CLINIC

    VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & WASTE OF TIME! I waited for almost 2hrs, but the Doctor did not arrive yet. Later on, the security guard approached us and said that the Doctor would be coming in late. They should inform us before his schedule. Yet, the waiting area is terrible like hell. Better get LOA and visit other clinic

    Do not come here. Service is sluggish. Doctor is so slow no respect of scheduled patients. Taking his/her own good time.10am schedule and until now 12:30am I have still yet to get consultation. I am not sure if this is normal here but make sure you have the full day if you come here because people here has 0 respect of your time!!! They can’t even tell me where are we in the queue!!! They will just ask to wait and wait and wait!!!

    Yesterday, I requested your customer rep to schedule me on a morning appointment for an ENT doctor. I rushed to the clinic assigned and surprisingly, I was scheduled at 7:30PM. Receptionist advised me to come back at 1PM for a different doctor and without any notification (text or email), doctor cancelled his schedule for the week. I raised the concern to the receptionist if there’s any way they can notify clients via text for convenience but he seemingly pushed back on my suggestion as its not within the current system’s capability. I then called your customer service again and requested for a supervisor. Sup reserved me for a 9AM & 11AM rsvp today and was able to pacify my concern by giving assurance that feedback will be provided to the right dept. Now, I’m at your Cebu Business Park clinic and same as yesterday, I was informed even with a 9AM reservation, all ENT doctors only do first come, first serve basis. So what’s the use of your hotline reservations if this doesn’t guarantee me a slot on my preferred time? I don’t have all the time to get a doctor’s appointment and have myself checked. I’ve wasted my time and money when in fact your mission/vision should in fact prioritize your client’s ease in availing the service. Why not have the option to notify through text (ahead of time) when your doctors are not available??? Why offer the option for an rsvp when it doesn’t serve its purpose??? I’m paying for a service that requires a lot of my effort.

    My son had a cough for 1 week, they give a medicine which is not work after a week we came back The Pedia gave again another different cough medicine but still did not work we came back again but this time they had to x-ray the lungs of my 3 year old son and found out he have Pneumonia but again they gave strong medicine if the Pedia doctor says if this will not work he has to admit to the hospital. I was so scare because the Pedia didn't know what he is doing and instead of giving us hope he give us an option that if the medicine will not work he will be admitted to the hospital. Luckily it did work. The Pedia needs more experiment and I will never comeback to this provider
