Queing system is in the 90s era. I wish they would develop an online booking system with incremental updates to their clients so that we don't have to wait physically outside for hours. The place is clean and maximized. No parking space but has a 3rd party parking lot just across their clinic. Overall just fair but could do better with their Queing system.

Worst place ever. It's useless if you will be on time because it is expected that we will assist you're very slowly and its very expensive i mean there's nothing wrong being expensive but at least test service would make sense on how much we paid for and the doctors are just chilling relaxing

They used to have great services but now is declining. How can you operate a clinic with 1 doctor with so many patients. You cannot even call in for appointments. You're unlucky if you come from far places.

so far their accommodation to me is nice I like the veterinary doctor assigned to us for my puppy. But the prize there for the medical services are high but then again it's okay and well recommended because they have a clean clinic and they are open until sunday.

Doctors are really good. Especially doc Jackie. She has been our go to vet eversince these pups were born.

Doctors and staff are very friendly and accommodating. If you choose to have your pet check in CVD just make sure to go there 745am since they will open 8am so you can be prioritized.Sometimes it can take so long if you go there late, becauae they have a lot of clients/customers. 🐶🐕🦮 God Speed!

We had no problems with this place as we get their services for our pet's health and even lodging stay when we traveled some time ago. But tonight my daughter brought our dog here and was so sure they got there before 1am (their posted closing time) and I guess their clock is in a different time zone. They're closed!!! Praying very hard our dog makes it 'till tomorrow. Watch out for a 24/7 vet clinic and you might be losing some business.

Average waiting time 3-4 hours each time we visit. We don't like their queueing system. They don't have online booking system, no booking of slots via call. You have to physically wait and waste your time here. They only work from 08:00-17:00 but they do not accept walk-in after 12:00. And most of the times, they only have 1 or at most, 2 vets on duty. They also don't require big dogs to be muzzled or wear diapers. Not everyone is a fan of big scary-looking dogs! There was one time one of the dogs in the clinic peed on the floor and it was very messy! Staff had to clean. Their aircon doesn't do so much work. Also, your pet can see different vet each visit so it can be difficult to assess physical improvements of your pet, though they have electronic records.

Absolute worst vet to bring your pet too! If I can give 0 stars I would. These people don't care about your pets they only care about your money. DO not I repeat do NOT bring your per here if you love them or be warned you may not even see your pet alive after brining them here.

The staff and doctors were very accommodating. 10/10 for the service. Will definitely bring back our pets here someday.

The veterinarian Dr. Ayessa Hernandez was very pleasant and thorough in the care/ treatment of my dog. She always update me on his condition. The service provided was great.

This is our go to place for our pets and rescue kittens. There is usually a queue here.

People here are experts on what they do... Friendly staff... My cat, Drudner didn't experience any anxiety though it was his 1st time...

My dog had her successful amputation and was healing so quickly. The vet owner was kind and professional, he thoroughly explained every details on what could be done before the surgery. He's the most approachable vet I have ever met. I thank to all the other staff who accomodated us. I have a happy dog now.

Turned a friends sick dog away at 3pm because of "Cut off". Brought dog back the next day as they suggested and it died same day. 6 Months old. I'd take my business elsewhere.
