Don't waste your money, this resort looks like a haunted place if there wasn't some staff around. The facilities haven't seen proper care in years. Not safe for children to play, as most doors to technical rooms are unlocked or just left open. Play place straight out of a horror movie, everything rusted. The beach is clean, however you can't go for a swim, the water is just knee deep, even 500meters off shore. Rooms have loose outlets and tiny bathrooms, spring beds. No water cooker nor anything else, not even a smoke detector. The restaurant was empty when we arrived around 1pm. Had to ask twice to even get drinks. Staff was loudly chatting in the kitchen while we waited 45min for food. There was no manager but only a young unprofessional supervisor, just saying sorry, who doesn't really listen to what you have to say. Food was okay, the chicken sandwich wasn't toasted neither was chicken in there but just a spread. They took the plates away while one person was still eating and said it is their service to do so. There was no lettuce available for a clubhouse sandwich that's why they gave it for free. Beach towels were as big as hand towels and you had to pay 50pesos extra. I'll let the pictures speak, or I'll never finish writing. Only pro, it was cheap.....

Beach was murky, food was bad, no wifi in the rooms, water pressure was low that i'm just a feet of the wall while taking a shower. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. If it wasnt for them would have rated this place as 1 star.

The place is nice however their room is not that good. Toilet flush is not working. Lights are not good -- seems to be dark especially inside the comfort room. Cafe Gloria's staff and food are great.

We stopped past for lunch only and we were very impressed. From the security guard at the gate to the waitress at the restraunt it was all top notch. Everyone was so polite and it had a very comfortable atmosphere. We will definitely be a returning customer.

Dont bother to visit, its a regular below par resort. We went as walk in for coffee & refreshment.. the place is nice. HOWEVER, services in their restaurant is ABHORABLE as if they dont want to serve costumers. Look at the coffee they just delirevered.. there are coffee marks in the cup. COSTUMER SERVICE is ZERO star.

Food: The resort offered a variety of food choices for our group. We had our stomachs filled with delicious menu ranging from chicken, pork, beef, vegetable and fish menu. There was free flowing coffee for everyone during our activity which was held in their function room. Rating: 9/10 Function room: Nowadays, having a LED wall is a must. Unfortunately, the resort did not have this feature. Rating 7/10 Rooms where we checked in: Mosquitoes easily get inside the room. Our group managed to borrow a mosquito killer swatter to exterminate all mosquitoes inside our room. Rating 7/10 Overall rating: 4/5

On Sunday evening around 6 pm Everything was dark in the evening. Since there were only 2 guests in that evening, they did not open the pool, probably saving electricity? Lol.Sports equipments and the style of their standard rooms are quite obsolete too. The place is very beautiful during daytime though. I must also mention, The Chef and their Service Crews are outstanding.

Rooms for 4 start because no screen door and window flies and mosquitoes are sharing it too. Services 4 star because they forget to put floor mat between the toilet and the ROOM Location is 4 star because the road in under construction going to the place, if the road is well constructed then I will give 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 they have another amazement activities too.
