The AC is not working and they said they have internet its not even working.We rented the family suite for one week its not worth it for that price. Entrance fee is over priced for swimming. I would not recommend this place to my friends and family.

Nice place, clean and spacious room. Thera are more amenities still under construction. A bit disappointed because the beach area not swimmable.

Every meal we had here was delightful. The staff are kind and fast to address our concerns. The rooms are a bit expensive. There is nothing much to do here. It's hard to get here if you are a commuter.

We had a late check-in because we never planned to stay here, but thankfully we were able to book online. Everything went well except for the one incident which left me shaking and baffled. Pros: -the place is spacious; the yard, garden, restaurant, and the room! Very family-friendly. -the entire place is very clean and well maintained, except for the pathway leading to their fishpens (had lots of dog poop) but it's already away from the resort -the room is well designed to guests needs (i.e. their bathroom is connected to the walk-in closet, which only has one door for privacy) Cons: -When we headed to our room after dinner, we were surprised to find that another family had settled in to our room. Housekeeping told us that they weren't even finished cleaning the room when said people decided to occupy the room. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that this was an honest mistake, but I had WALKED IN on the other family because I had the room key. This is the part that shook me. I hope the resort management can device a way to ensure that guests have reached their correct room or ensure there is a staff present before guests enter the room/s

My most favorite in Hagnaya, San Remigio. Their pizza is a must try. The pool is wide and they have this eco park great for destressing

If you want a place of relaxation, this is not the place for you. Their function hall/area is insensitively loud! We had expected it to end at 9pm but it is still blasting up to this very hour! The front desk did not even have the initiative to inform us that there was a band/karaoke playing and of all the available rooms, she had to place us right across where the noise is! They don't have a phone even though they put a note "dial 0 for assistance", there's no reception at this hour or front desk or admin to talk to even though they have a very disturbing event on-going. We were only able to speak with a guard sleeping on duty who cannot be talked to sensibly. This experience has been very awful. The noise is making the place feel very cheap. I highly DO NOT recommend this place!

We had the hottest room ever! AC was set to max and still nothing. The temperature outside our room was colder. We thought that leaving the AC on for hours would resolve it but it sadly didn't. I did enjoy the live band and the meal. We had grilled fish and it was perfectly match with out beers. Breakfast was less appealing but we had to have one for our long trip.

Food are overpriced and mediocre. Not even that good. Not worth the price they’re selling it for.

Spacious. Large pool. Don’t go there for the beach. Room is ok with hot and cold shower. Breakfast is ok. Complimentary bottled water would have been nice.

Cebu is a great place to visit. Hagnaya beach resort is one of the best here to stay for a vacation. Good foods and service you'll be satisfied.

Good for an affordable outing the area is huge with lots of amenities, bar, convenience store, pool basketball court...im sure with the size of the place you can find many more activities to do.

This is our third visit. We always enjoy our stay because it is peaceful, very clean, and kid-friendly.

2nd time and yet still Epic moment with my family. Relaxing and chilling has captured our expectations. Safe rooms, friendly and accommodating crew. Bed space and linens are all new,smells fresh and clean. Food in the restaurant is affordable and taste good. View is breathtaking.

Hagnaya is a Fantastic Resort!! I go there a couple of times a month. The rooms are great. Big, clean, showers have a lot of pressure. Bed are very comfortable. Pillows etc. TV signal is a bit weak but it is the area not the resort. The pool is very clean, big, slide, kiddy pool. Shaded shallow pool for relaxing with a nice drink. Bar is great. Huge selection. Live music Saturdays. Lots of room for dancing. Very clean. The food !!! It is the best food for any resort I have been to. I can not say enough about the Food. They have the best chefs. You will eat every last bite!!! The price is average for a resort but the food you Will Not get Better anywhere. I travel a lot. Hagnaya is the best. I strongly suggest you go there. Bring the whole family. I do. Everyone has a great time. Everyone. From the kids to the elders. Pool side rooms. Other rooms are very close too. I love Hagnaya!!! Book a room and enjoy. You will not regret it. The staff is Wonderful!! They will take care of your every need. If you do not see it.. just ask. They will take care of you. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️✌️😁👍

This resort is best for family outing & barkadahan, events. They have big swimming pool, beautiful park for relaxation. While drinking beer you can enjoy listening nightly live band. They have plenty of rooms to choose. You can go fishing if you want fresh fish. But you have to pay your catch per kilo then thier chef will cook what potahi you want.

Very nice place. Good food and clean area. But the receptionist is rude for no reason. Always treat your customers with smile and happy not grumpy.

Neat, clean and very peaceful place good for family vacation, it is expensive but worth it, i was having fun fishing those big fish called pogapo or lapulapu

Cool place, great view, good food, nice staff. We just ate at the restaurant for now thought. The guard at the gate was very nice.

The hotel are very good. A place where you can relax and enjoy. A very good place. Recommended for all people who want to relax.

- The room is clean. It smells good. But the phone is not working. - The area was huge and spacious. It is relaxing in the park beside the restaurant. If you are just looking for a pool, then pool is nice. You/ Your kids would enjoy. Unfortunately if you are a beach person this area is not for you. The beach is muddy and dirty. - They are pet friendly. - In the evening around 8:30 P.M. after a long day we wanted a massage. The phone in our room is NOT WORKING, useless. Thus we had to go out and ask or find a staff to inquire. In front of our room was the restaurant and there we asked an employee told them the phone in the room is not working and if they could help call the front desk with our concern because the area is big. a call to the front desk would be a great help. They said they will do so and so we stand by in our room. We did wait but it was already 9:30-10 pm, we look and saw the restaurant's lights are off and they are closed. Nobody came :( We let it go and just sleep. - The next morning, accidentally the glass broke and shattered to to the floor and again we reached out to the staff at the restaurant since the phone is not working, they said they would come. We waited about 3-5 minutes until I could not anymore and I walked outside and saw someone swiping the dried leaves. It was him who helped us. By the way nobody came, nor help from the restaurant or nobody called from the restaurant to address the situation. - We had a free breakfast at the restaurant but our parents are senior citizens and having a hard time to walk they stayed in the room. We ask if it is possible to bring the food to the accommodation. They are considerate and thoughtful enough to prepare the plates full of food and wrapped it. -During this visit there is an ongoing project, they said an additional swimming pool.

Had lunch here and some pizza for snack. The resort is good for kids, they can enjoy and have fun since its huge and they are even adding some more features/amenities! Fun for family outing

Nice pool, good food prices, very open and clean place, suite rooms were average size however, but good and wifi was week..overall good place with reasonable.prices to stay with kids and relax.

Entrance fee 🤔 we didn’t pay one because we were not checking in. Came here for the liquor 🥃 joke…dalgona coffee and pizza lang. So if the same purpose you can tell the guard that you are heading to the resto. Delicious 👍 Price is average because this is a resort and by the way, I highly suggest you bring your car/motor or rent your transpo for convenience. Malayo siya and walang masyadong masakyan papasok. The place to dine is fronting the ocean but this open bar place is more refreshing. We requested for the pizza to be sent here. The staff are great. Medyo busy because they are working on an expansion. We enjoyed the billiards 🎱 (100/hr). Would love to go back next time 🤗
