The
service
here
is
not
up
to
the
standard.
The
resort
canceled
our
buffet
breakfast
and
their
explanation
is
that
because
other
guests(not
with
us)
that
booked
thru
their
online
booking(agoda)
didn’t
make
it
to
their
reservations
last
night,
so
they
cancelled
the
buffet
breakfast.
-which
doesn’t
make
sense,
one
of
the
reasons
why
we
choose
this
resort
is
because
of
the
buffet
breakfast
and
traveling
with
a
big
group(13adults
2kids)
is
a
must.
And
it
doesn’t
make
sense
for
the
Resort
to
cancel
the
buffet
for
everyone
else
that’s
staying
here,
just
because
some
guests
that
booked
thru
their
online
booking
did
not
make
it.
It’s
not
fair
for
everyone
else
that
was
promised
a
buffet
breakfast
and
already
paid.
Make
it
make
sense!!
Rooms
are
also
not
up
to
date,
so
many
broken
things
that
is
poorly
fixed.
My
advice
to
you
if
you
are
staying
here
for
the
first
time,
is
to
be
careful
when
you
use
their
things.
You
know
what
they
say
“you
break
it,
you
pay
for
it.”
Everything
is
a
one
star
but
I
wish
I
could
give
zero.
The
location
is
very
nice
and
that’s
why
it’s
a
3
star
but
I
wouldn’t
recommend
it
here,
the
view
is
not
worth
it
enough
to
stay
here
because
of
the
service.
There
are
so
much
better
places
with
nice
a
nice
view
and
better
service.
