BALAY Kauswagan (Friendly Budget Venue) Our wedding Venue!

A great place for budget travelers. Perfect for backpackers seeking a place to sleep for the night while they tour the province all day. I highly recommend that you bring your own food and utensils as well because they do not prepare meals.

Clean pool. The hotel rooms were also good (I haven't slept in it, I only saw it when I visited my friend who've stayed there). The place is nice though. Also, you can buy Fresh Milk at the lobby.

Simple and nice. Affordable rooms with good wifi and TVs. Friendly staff that cares about your stay. My daughter made a mess of one of the beds and they didn't try to charge extra or get more money out of us like places have done many times before. Respectful, honest, good staff, affordable nice rooms and overall the best place to stay in Sagay in my opinion! We were very happy with Balay Kauswagan and will stay again in the future! : )

Good place if you like quiet and calm environment. They have a pool as well but its only open monday to saturday

Balay Kauswagan is only adjacent to Sagay City Government Center where it caters all your needs like parties like birthday,wedding or any occasions you want to celebrate,conferences/meetings etc. A very nice place,air conditioned rooms. There is also swimming pool for your recreation. Children enjoyed much swimming in that clean pool.

If you want to have a good rest while staying in Sagay. You should give this place a visit. A quick drive to Old Sagay to get to Carbin Reef and other spots. Rooms are clean and with swimming pool. Prices are affordable too. Would recommend to friends.

A place to be when you want to celebrate occassions outside your home. Rooms are okay - Value for your money. Friendly staff. Wish they have a cafe where we can chill near the pool in the evenings.

A good place for parties or any other occasions. Wide and clean area. Clean and tidy washrooms which i like the most. A five minutes walk to the flower garden. No coffee shop (wish they would have) however there are some coffee shops and fast foods close to this area.

Great place for its price. Pool is well-maintained though if you want to swim the pool is only open from 9am to 7pm. Room features are reasonable for its price also.

Very nice place although the building is a little bit old but the accommodation is very nice.
