The entrance fee for Banyan Spring Resort in Tabogon, Cebu is 150 pesos for adults and 100 pesos for children. There is an additional charge for tables and chairs. Check for alternate routes going to the place as there are currently road works done on the Maslog Provincial Road.

A bit pricey considering it is very far from the city. Entrance fee for adult is 150, child is 75, and a parking fee for a motorcycle is 30. Much better if they have a free-of-charge parking space. The place is nice, nothing exceptional. Staff not so friendly. There is a store inside but better bring your own. Lifeguard is observing the swimmers.

They're accepting walk in. Water is refreshing a little pricy for adult its 150 and kids for 100 maybe for maintenance? Place is clean but not budget friendly for regular spender. All in all it was okay just make sure u go there early cause it might get crowded and u can't enjoy 😅.

One of the top hidden nature gems here in Cebu, Guiwanon is also known as Banyan Cold Spring. The crystal clear flowing freshwater spring is just several meters from the mangroved coast. I hope the owners of the property just maintains it as is and not overdevelop it. It is worth the trip that's about 2-3 hours from North Bus Terminal /SM (if leaving early in the morning). Do bring food since the nearest eatery is in the town center that's +1km away. Easily one of the easiest natural springs to access. Entrance fee as of Feb. 2022 is P150 for adults. Then you'd have to rent a table with 4 chairs for P150. Pets are not allowed. Depth of pools are 7ft for the upper pool and approx. 4-6ft in the lower pool.

Very pleasant experience as always. The natural cold spring is still as beautiful and refreshing as ever. They have developed the banks lightly for accessibility and safety, but other than that the spring's beauty remains largely natural. The water is very clear and cold. The spring is also flowing (not stagnant water) and the big trees around the pool provide shade for swimmers. The pool water ranges from approximately 4ft to 7ft. There is a barrier that separates the 7-ft swimming area for safety. There is also ample parking area. Sadly, pets are not allowed. So I would discourage bringing your dog, because they won't even allow them into the parking area.

    >>Accessible by bus(from north bus terminal) because its just along the main road and it have its own parking lot. >>Intrance fee is affordable (P150/adult P100/child as of june 2023 prior to change in the future). table and cottages are ranged from P200-P500. >>You can bring your own food to cook, there is a grilling area. >>Have a separate changing room area and toilet for male and female. >>They have a store upon entrance so they have corkage on softdrinks and liquor you bring from outside but if you can hide it, its ok.they are not so strick.hahaha >>They dont have lifeguard yet, so watch out if you or your kids dont know how to swim. But they have water floaters(salbabida)for rent for kids. >>They have a pool seperated on 3 parts(6-7ft deep,4-5ft deep and a jacuzi type mini pool) and a mini waterfall at the bottom(sea part level area). >>Its like a spring and sea mix so water is a little salty but its a flowing water so its a good thing for me.and most of the area is covered in huge trees so its cool and relaxing just find a good spot. >>Best time to visit is in the morning. If you want to enjoy the place before many people arrives at noon. >>Resort open until 5pm so enjoy. >>p.s....this resort is still on improvements so dont expect too much to avoid disappointments.[

Banyan Springs Resort is a sight to behold. Visitors are greeted with wonderfully clear spring waters that create a fairytale-like ambiance. The entire resort looks like it came from a magical land, thanks to the clear and enticing springs. The resort is surrounded by abundant greens, such as plants and trees, providing shade and adding a beautiful and magical effect to the location. Banyan Springs Resort is the perfect place to experience an enchanted lagoon atmosphere. With its picturesque location, the magical and beautiful place will take your Insta-photo game to the next level. You can sit by the rocks and miniature falls, or even float around the spring pools as you capture that perfect shot.

Great and cool place to take a quick dip. Place is clean and orderly. No noise pollution like karaoke. Downside is no restaurant inside so you will have to bring food.

I wonderful place for a hot summer. The staffs were approachable and the lifeguards are doing a good job for keeping an eye at everyone.

They lack tables and chairs for more guests. Our group of 16 had to find other ways to enjoy lunch and put our belongings where it won't get wet. The same goes for some of the other groups that showed up between 11am and 2pm. Also wear your slippers because the rocks and pathways are pointy. Update 07-23-2023: they have more tables and chairs to accommodate more people now. Still best to arrive here between 7am and 9am Lots of people started coming in by 9am and it got crowded by 10am

It's one of those places where how you see it in the photos is exactly what it is when you get there. Water is so clear and fresh, you can even see fishes swimming under. Area is spacious, surrounded by greeneries and a view of the sea. Pretty good price for both small and big groups. No corkage. Can rent life jackets and floaters for kids. Clean shower and comfort rooms. Spacious parking. Only con is they don't allow pets inside.

Guiwanon Cold Spring is a beautiful private resort that features cold springs that run through to the ocean. They have three pools. They are all very clean and clear, much like the Enchanted River in Mindanao. There are small fishes in all the pools. It was so refreshing to stay here and enjoy swimming and the cold water. The resort is also known for the tides. In the morning, about 9am, the water starts to overflow and fill the whole resort with water up to to the waist and will progressively recede in the afternoon. You can buy tickets from the entrance and no reservations are needed. I recommend trying this out with your family or friends. Make sure to visit during weekdays because it could get a bit crowded.

Very nice place. Clear and clean water. We did enjoy staying. But I think the entrance fee is a little too high, plus with parking fee.. it should be free parking for the guest.

I visited here in weekend. It's nice place on mountain. The water is very clean here. There 3 part here. 1) up to 4 ft. for who don't know much swimming. 2) up to 6 ft who know basic swimming 3) more then 6 ft. Fon pro swimmer 🤪 I enjoyed on all the part. I spent almost 6-7 hour in side water. It was really nice experience. There are not so many shop available here for food. You need to bring your own food. Also you need to pay fees for book table. You can spent some time with the pure nature in this busy life which one of the best thing. Life guard is also available just in case you fall down.

The management is disrespectful; they shouted at their customers and even made us pay for the salbabida, even if we didn't use it. They are strict and have no manners. The guy in the first picture was the one who shouted at my mom. Anyways, the water is clean, and the place is peaceful.

Place is nice if not too crowded. Went last Dec 25, 2023. Entrance fee is 150.00 + another 20.00 for environmental fee. Will not recommend the place. Reasons: 1. Place is too far from the highway and needs private vehicle to get there. Public transport is not recommended for families for the road is not wide and curvy. 2. Fees too expensive for a spring only with no proper setting. 3. Cigarettes smokes are everywhere. Can harm other non-smokers and not good for children. 4. Dog stool everywhere. 5. Place is too crowded plus tents near the water. 6. Bathrooms are too open and other cubicles doors has no locker especially for women. No lights as well. 7. We saw phlegm in the water and other stuffs floating in the surface. 8. Not hygienic enough. Still, we enjoyed the stay for hours. It went beautiful with less crowd.
