Small but clean port. People here are approachable. All passengers will need to purchase a ferry ticket to Santa Fe Port (Bantayan Island). There are two ferry companies that travel to Santa Fe from Hagnaya. One is Island Shipping and the other is Super Shuttle Ferry.

Just okay type, they are benches for seating and some local eating stalls. The place is very crowded during peak summer season and during holidays and extended weekends. It's advisable to start your trip from Cebu as early as midnight or 1am from the North terminal bus stop if you are planning to go by bus.

Alright port with regular ferry to Island, you don't need to have direct bus you can go do Bogo/Hagnaya Port and catch tricycle on other side.

The boarding area/terminal is just enough and has the tendency to be overcrowded, but it is clean and fairly new.

Operational even during the pandemic. Going to Bantayan island, the fare is 205php for regular, and 164php for students. It has all the necessities a port should have but I think it's still undergoing construction seeing that there seems to be unfinished parts here and there.

Its disappointing. Doesnt even deserve a star. that we as a tourist arrived @ 3am and was prohibited to go inside without a ticket. And ticket sales outlet doesnt bother to answer a question and even slept fronting the passengers. They dont sell the tickets as well. We understand that u dont want any bystanders to go inside but atleast sell as the ticket so we can go in. If not ticket, then a terminal fee would be fine. The government of Hagnaya should do something on this as to not implicate or make the tourists and or residents make a bad impression and will just skip going to bantayan. Tourism is what makes the place live. But if this kind of experience they experienced then id skip Bantayan and go somewhere else.

Decent enough port. You can get tickets for you or bring your car along also. No need to reserve in advance. They have a couple snacl vendors inside the terminal. Cost to bantayan is 305 peso including 25 p3ao port fee. Be there early then prepare to wait. We boarded on time for departure then waited 75 min for them to complete loading the vehicles.....

The port was in its worst state when we got there. Itโ€™s probably the dirtiest port Iโ€™ve ever seen. No coordinated lines or queues during boarding. They donโ€™t even use megaphones to announce anything. It was pure chaos.

The end side of the xray is weirdly too short haha. Workers here are kind and accommodating, make sure to have a set payment(how much it costs) or is it free or not before allowing anyone to assist you closely. โ€”nov 2023 edit (from 4 stars to 3 stars) I was with my cousin who is both a german and Philippine passport holder and is still a student whos been here in ph for some months now. Shuttle company did not allow it because they โ€œcouldnโ€™t understand what was writtenโ€ as they were in german. The thing is, on our last visit, which was june 2023 island shipping accepted it without a doubt although we saw an ate who was incharged take a photo of it. It wouldโ€™ve been ok to pay the full price but What bothers me is their reasoning of not understanding it, the ate even went inside to act (we dunno if she really asked) as if asking their higher up if they would accept such ID and then she gave us THE reason. If you can wait, just take the island shipping boat. I find them more accommodating and welcoming unlike shuttle. Not only is SHUTTLE unreasonably priced but straight up a joke ๐Ÿ™„ the more expensive rate doesnโ€™t even equate to better or fast ride going to the island. Thankssss

Not much to see but this is the gateway to Bantayan Island. Facilities are not stellar but most of the staff were nice and helpful. Ferries were okay, nothing much to expect. Expect a 1 hour travel time to Bantayan Island. Plus points for the ferries leaving on time.

The port improved a lot since the last time I visited with an adjacent port managed by San Remegio LGU.

Took my motorcycle to Sta. Fe, Bantayan Island through ro-ro ferry. Only sent 680php for freight. My fare as driver was free. Ferry followed the ETD.

Itโ€™s quite easy to jump on a boat as the schedule is hourly to Bantayan.

This is an ordinary port, nothing special. But what stood out for me was the fact that they really reinforced and strictly implemented the No Smoking Policy. Violators will be fined for 1,500php when apprehended. Nevertheless, there is a designated smoking area where smokers can still smoke. Your travel experience here will be straightforward. There are no annoying porters coming after you bugging and begging to bring your things, unlike in other ports. Only canvassers for parking areas will be the ones bugging you to park your car or bike to their parking areas. Most of the pay parking areas start at 150php per night. The port area is clean and well maintained. The passenger terminal is not air-conditioned, though. The CRs could be better and needs a little more touch of spick and spun. It was an ordinary day that we were here so there was not a lot of fuss and buss, but expect heavy traffic of passengers towards Holy Week Season as that is Bantayan Island's busiest season due to their fiestas.

No issues from me. A few convenient stores, a cafe, TV, aircon (although doesn't work that well), bathrooms. Area is clean and organized. Arrived at 8:30am and will wait an hour til the 9:30am ferry. Overall good experience.

It's good, lots of people to help you get your tickets and do paperwork for your motorcycle. It's actually pretty simple at this port and you don't need much help so don't succumb to the pressure by all the overly helpful people .. it's kinda too much in my opinion. If you have no idea what to do, they are all very helpful..
