Room was terrible: not comfortable, smelly, sand on the floor, extremely loud A/C and the shower had no head, just a pipe... The curtains were not long enough to cover properly the sliding patio doors. Really bad for privacy, especially since it was on the ground floor in front of the swimming pool, and also during the night, as there is light on. On the second night the power went down two times during almost all night and we could not sleep without the fan due to the heat. There is no space for you to store your stuff, no drawers. Our dinner (pizza) and breakfast (toast + eggs) almost took 1 hour to get served when there was no customers, and with missing items. What is the point of toast if you don't have the jam that goes with it? They still serve it to you without any apologies hoping you won't say anything... We did not get any housekeeping during our 2 nights stay, maybe it is upon request, who knows, we did not get any information upon checkin, just the keys and voila.

False advertisement. The pictures make it look good, but once you get there it's pretty run down. Within 10 minutes of getting there and seeing the room I went back to the front desk to try to tell them I changed my mind, and the owner said I was forced to pay still. So I paid just to go to a different hotel. Also the location is terrible; there's not a beach or "water view" like the advertisement claimed. Terrible place, terrible owner. GET OUT.

The place was really the same as the pictures posted. Their room was okay, good for a night stay. The bed and pillows are not soft. They have a restaurant and bar, Jacuzzi and 7ft-deep-pool, airconditioned room but very small considering the size of the room, wifi (but doesn't reach the rooms), and no cellular reception (very hassle if you need to contact the driver for the tour), no rugs/mat inside, their towels were very thin, no generator knowing that they normally encounter power interruption. Overall stay was average.

Arrogant owner and over priced food. He argued with his partner in front of us because she thought we received to good a price (we received the same price my friend received from agoda booking). His response to her in front of us was well its okay because I'm giving them the bad rooms, and he wasn't kidding. No wifi, junk pillows, wasn't clean. Hard pass just for the attitude of the owner.

The owner was very approachable he personally entertain and guide us when we check in the resort. We booked an apartment type room, it had a large space the could accommodate 14 people. We even have veranda to enjoy the view of the sea and the swimming pool.

Worst hotel in the world! The room is dirty and especially the bathroom that has a lot of cockroaches. The airconditioner isn’t working properly. The beachfront is dirty and has a pile of garbage. There are outsiders coming in because they are friends with the people who works there which compromise our safety.

Resort is nice and clean but there were some issues. First A/C was too small and didn't cool enough. Next was no toilet paper in room. Television too small and remotes did not work. Bed was too hard. Good location and nice pool. Relaxed atmosphere.

Im very disappointed with how our issue was handled. They dont have the audicity to acknowledge the issue and response is vague. We have booked with you online, upon booking we have received an error that reservation is not successful. I knew too well that you didnt received confirmation that it is successful on the same night we have made the reservation because you have verified that you have not received any reservation. We tried to reach out to them on the same night of reservation to verify but guess what, the phone number provided is invalid number where in we are unable to reach out 639499975707 and 639999970701. we have no choice but to walk in to a different resort because it was late evening.The hotel didnt even informed us through Text or called us about our confirmed booking even my contact number was provided . We were unable to reach out to them online or get help with booking. Com but the signal in the area is bad to reach out online. When we reach out to them after knowing that payment is being processed without receiving confirmation from them they have informed us to reach booking. Com to ask for refund because they havent received any payment nor any reservation from us. So we have no choice but to reach booking.com for resolution but was informed that they wont and that you refuse to cancel the reservation because it happened in the past even when our reservation is not advance booking, its supposedly on the same night. and mind you, theyre like hiding from us, theyre not replying anymore in booking.com. Guilty?

We went at this restaurant twice. The first time, staff has been welcoming. Foods and drinks are a little bit expensive but we enjoyed the food. We came back again , and it wasn’t the same staff, they just didn’t care about us. We waited more than an hour to have what we asked for (a pizza and a Greek salad) and we were alone! It missed 3 condiments on my salad, I brought it back and they just put some oil (I told them that it was written “herbs, carpes, and vinegar” and I didn’t have it). We have been at the swimming pool during our wait (long wait)and at the end they bring us the bill and they said we had to pay because we used the swimming pool. Very expensive. No recommended at
