disappointed
with
how
our
issue
was
handled.
They
dont
have
the
audicity
to
acknowledge
the
issue
and
response
is
vague.
We
have
booked
with
you
online,
upon
booking
we
have
received
an
error
that
reservation
is
not
successful.
I
knew
too
well
that
you
didnt
received
confirmation
that
it
is
successful
on
the
same
night
we
have
made
the
reservation
because
you
have
verified
that
you
have
not
received
any
reservation.
We
tried
to
reach
out
to
them
on
the
same
night
of
reservation
to
verify
but
guess
what,
the
phone
number
provided
is
invalid
number
where
in
we
are
unable
to
reach
out
639499975707
and
639999970701.
we
have
no
choice
but
to
walk
in
to
a
different
resort
because
it
was
late
evening.The
hotel
didnt
even
informed
us
through
Text
or
called
us
about
our
confirmed
booking
even
my
contact
number
was
provided
.
We
were
unable
to
reach
out
to
them
online
or
get
help
with
booking.
Com
but
the
signal
in
the
area
is
bad
to
reach
out
online.
When
we
reach
out
to
them
after
knowing
that
payment
is
being
processed
without
receiving
confirmation
from
them
they
have
informed
us
to
reach
booking.
Com
to
ask
for
refund
because
they
havent
received
any
payment
nor
any
reservation
from
us.
So
we
have
no
choice
but
to
reach
booking.com
for
resolution
but
was
informed
that
they
wont
and
that
you
refuse
to
cancel
the
reservation
because
it
happened
in
the
past
even
when
our
reservation
is
not
advance
booking,
its
supposedly
on
the
same
night.
and
mind
you,
theyre
like
hiding
from
us,
theyre
not
replying
anymore
in
booking.com.
