A good place to visit up north if you want escape the city. Because of typhoon Odette their services are limited. The pool is still being renovated, the parking area is limited, lights in the porch facing the sea is not fully functional. The staff are very accommodating, they are proactive and helpful. The owner was also there when we stayed and even offered us some cake for a midnight snack. I did not expect the room setup to be honest. It is smaller than I expected. I have to request to change the beddings because there were stains. The housekeeper explained that those were just rust, but it doesn’t look like one. The CR is not very good. It is small and not well cleaned, they only offered a sachet of shampoo and a small soap. I just feel like there room rate is too much for that type of accommodation. Maybe those things were because of the typhoon and I totally understand that. I hope they can improve soon.

Spent holy weekend here with friends. We had a blast. Cool place to chill and relax. The view was nice, food was great and the service was excellent. They also have 2 humongous labadors (jack and andy) to keep the guests company.

2 years ago: The staff were very welcoming, the food was a little bit pricy, the room was much more than we expected for a day use, a good view, the place was unique. Now: As usual, staff are very welcoming. The place has already been renovated and way more presentable now. Our room was beach overlooking and is only for Php800 for 3 hours. The pool is very clean. The place feels very exclusive.

Nice resort, we went there on weekdays so no one was roaming around. It was peaceful and relaxing. The food is also good.

Neat room. Verry nice ambiance. I suggest you check in on a weekday. The sea water is clean but I am looking forward for the pool with bar (still underconstruction). My 3rd time to visit here was exceptional! I would definitely be back when the pool is ready for the guests. Kudos πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

I enjoyed every moment of my 26th birthday celebrating in the resort. The owner made it more special when they surprised and served us a whole cake when we're eating our dinner. The thoughtfulness makes my birthday complete 🫢. Plus service staffs are kind! And you'll love their food too!

Nice sea view, very good location if you want to visit Safari Cebu, can stay here and no need to travel very long. Nice and peace beach , can have best Sun raise view on early morning. Wifi was damage, but maybe not bad things, we spent more time on nature not cellphone. Very creative design. Night time also have different felling, I really like the music they play on pool site.

l went to these resort about 10 years ago it was very relaxing and food was good at reasonable prices. Now the resort has pool looking over the ocean makes this 5 star in my book . Owner was extremely nice gave us marshmallow to cook over the bbq . Gf had never done that before kinda funny. I was delighted with my stay at the Huna Huna Cliff resort. From the main road, it's hard to see the hotel's layout, but once you're inside, it's an impressive place. If looks and feels more like a resort in Italy or Greece than anything else, with picturesque, plant-lined buildings and walkways, and a elevated dining area that overlooks the the Cebu Strait. The owner is extremely attentive. Cleanliness, A/C, WiFi, security, and facility upkeep were all excellent. The food is basic, but includes pleasant surprises like good coffee served a french press. I highly recommend a stay at this charming resort for anyone traveling in the northern Cebu. (Location is in Catmon, slightly above Carmen).

Food- very pricey and bland Extra person - 500, excluded on the free breakfast, when extra bed is not even that comfy and looking cheap not worth the price Rooms - great and clean Breakfast - very limited option Receptionist- the rest of the people are great except for main receptionist, lady with long hair and has missing front tooth. She has very bad PR and unsmiling face. Always frowning. Barks at customers. Doesn't acknowledge concerns hut brushes them off. She should not be assigned to handle customers directly. Nanays who cleans the ground and rooms are angels! Rating would have been better even the bad experience if the reception is nice. We wouldn't mind traveling to reach Huna Huna and paying the pricey cost if she was accommodating.

One of the best hotel room I've had in the Philippines. Great view. Nice pool. Food is good. But.... If you have mobility problems, then forget this place. It is nothing but steep stairs. Can't watch TV if the internet is down! They have no telephone to contact the staff. You're forced to walk up the hill to find someone! The bidet has almost no water pressure. Hole in the door from rotting wood!

Huna Huna Cliff Resort has the best views and rooms in Catmon, Cebu. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here for a relaxing night of drinks and rest. The morning sunrise alone is breathtaking.

The rooms and the views were really amazing however the beach is not very nice. So do not expect white sandy shores. I was surprised with the quality of the rooms. The mattress and linens were 4-star hotel quality. We were given the room that faces the water and got treated to one of the beautiful sunsets we've seen so far. The food was good for the price. We ordered their American breakfast and coffe was decent and strong. We also tried the Indian food and it was surprisingly good. It's not the best but it's impressive to find a good Indian cuisine this part of Cebu. We went to the water the following morning and it's rocky. We swam deeper until we reached the buoy, it's all sea grass down there. Nonetheless, the water is clean, clear and really relaxing. I think this is great for couples or a group of friends to a break, not ideal for family with children.

It is right along the Cebu Northern highway and it has a Santorini feel to it as the resort is on the side of a cliff. The place is not that big, and feels intimate, which is good. The downside is that the staff it seems are not well-trained in customer service. And the food that you can order from their kitchen doesn't impress me that much, even the portions is a bit less of what you would expect.

I actually went to this place about 4 years ago and it was great. Trying to make it work this time and we are being told we need get an entire extra room for our Yaya, not very family friendly.

Visited last January 2022 (post Odette). The pool is not available. The lower rooms were destroyed due to Odette. Hence, they only have few rooms. The available seaview rooms are way better than the villa rooms. Also due to the Odette, the parking is also limited as of now.
