Stone depot has enough space for their yard display of granite stones. It has variety of stones to choose to suit your architectural needs. The crews are very accomodating to orient you of d best selling products in the market and also their services. Very accessible. Reasonable price. They offer warranty on workmanship for installation.

I requested a quotation and indeed this company does call you back within 24 hours. That is the first star deserved. The next 4 stars are not given, because this company does not have anything on stock. When asked when there would be stock again, then answer was “I don’t know”. Luckily we could order the granite for our countertops. However the minimum required quantity is 100 sqm!!! Personally I have never seen a residential kitchen with a 100 sqm countertop. To me this company is not taking their customers seriously and therefor it deserves 1 star. Supplement: the reply sounds nice and diplomatic. However I was assured that there was no stock. We briefly talked about Quartz, but again, no stock. The advise was to buy 100 sqm.

After a negative experience with a local supplier/installer, we decided to do the bathrooms ourselves, but the kitchen was just too big and too complicated. After recommendations from friends in Bohol, we got in contact with Stone Depot in Cebu. The initial email correspondence was promising: quick and effective replies to our questions. So we made the trip to Cebu and found the team there very knowledgeable and understanding. Eventually we agreed on a very different option from our first choice, we were lucky that the advice on the many options was to the point, no-nonsense and very much focused on our concerns. An engineering enhancement was proposed and even though it sounded daring to me, Stone Depot was confident they could do it. The price was right, so we agreed on the schedule and the mode of transport (as 4 ferry rides were involved). On the agreed day, the materials and the team appeared as promised. The slabs were cut accurately, installed and finished with professional care, speed and accuracy. The engineering enhancement worked flawlessly and made it look much better than even we hoped. Thanks Aileen, Manuel and team. You guys delivered a great product for a reasonable price and made us a very happy customer.
