Seriously, it was the best Italian pasta I have ever had in a restaurant before. The flavors are huge! From my understanding, they use organic ingredients, and make their own cheese and meat. This is a must-visit restaurant in Bacolod!

Total accident, but a truly incredible farm to table experience. My favorite restaurant in the Philippines, and I have been here for a month. Fresh ingredients left to speak for themselves with classic cooking techniques. Interesting chutney and pickling techniques. Perfectly cooked beef. So many flavors. Also, the service is great and very friendly. Thanks.

Amazing brick-oven pizzas and they serve authentic Italian carbonara too! They produce their own cheese with lots of variety to choose from. Most notably, the pizzas were very affordable for the quality you get. Their indoor seating capacity is very small but thankfully you can also dine al fresco as they have outdoor seating as well. Overall, it's a fine choice to try Italian food!

One of the most hospitable places I’ve been to. Food was great and service was superb. Will definitely recommend and will be back next time I’m in town.

Service and food are worse. I took them almost 50 minutes to prepare a pizza. Coke zero comes in a 180 ml can. They serve food in a very poor way. We are 7 friends been there at lunch time with advance reservation and nothing was close to average! Even to place orders was a challenge!

Natural Food made from scratch, included daily Artisan Bread. They make their own Ham, smoked Bacon, their own Cheese etc. No soft drinks only fresh juices. Every week there are new Specials on the menu, fresh from the Markets. All the dishes are based on the Classic International Kitchen, made from local products, as available Organic, with a Filipino twist. You can have lunch or dinner in the Phinma Galery in The Negros Museum or at the terrace under the old trees...

(Translated by Google) A nice and highly recommended restaurant. Great food menu with well-served drinks. You can't miss it, it's located at the museum. (Original) Een mooi en zeer aan te bevelen restaurant. Geweldige eetkaart met goed geserveerde dranken. Je kunt het niet missen, het is gelegen aan het museum.

One of the best Farm to Table experience in Negros Island, featuring dishes made from scratch and highlighting what is in season from local farmers. A must try to complete that organic experience.

Best cafe I had been to in Bacolod City where service, staff, food, and price blend perfectly. Had the best Kanlaon organic coffee. They have fresh vegetables and ingredients displayed which the staff would gladly explain to customers. A good stop place after your visit to the city museum. The outside door area is beautifully set up with very old wooden furnitures and plants.

Staff are really friendly and make useful menu recommendations. Huge variety of food choices as well. Will definitely return and make the effort to try the rest of the food and beverages available as their menu apparently changes with the seasons which is a great way to always serve fresh and support local producers.

The menu is great and the food does not disappoint. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The place has gotten smaller with the Negros Museum renovation but it's still an okay space. I would rate it 5 stars if only it had air conditioning or at least better air circulation as the place can get really hot on a sunny day.

Namit gd! Their Malagos cake is divine! It's made with Davao's world famous and awarded chocolate. It melts in your mouth. You can taste it's richness filling your mouth with delight.

👍👍 Namit gid! I prefer Carmen's Stall than Aida's or Nena's since their chicken doesn't have that sweetish marinade.

👍 Bacolod City is such a sugarland, and Calea is one strong proof of that. Cakes, coffee, and comfort—all in one beautiful place. Just be ready for instant saccharine rush. My first pecan pie experience was here and it’s glorious in the mouth!
