Had the awesome chance to come and Help out in this community garden. It's full of wonderfully taken care of plants and the people are very nice even if they are shy. I got to help reorganize and clean the tool shed with some friends and got to explore the garden afterwards. Definitely a place to come and check out. Pic-The squad.

This is the best garden around. The guy who runs the place is a awesome person. Ask him to tell you his story about what he found on the bus and how it changed his life if or when you go visit. Just a remarkable man that has turned a desolate piece of land into a garden of riches that helps feed the community. I worked there through a veterans work program and I'm a amputee in a wheelchair. This man didn't, one time, doubt my ability to work there. All he said was " I guess if you can't do something. You will tell me, instead of being stubborn and try to do it, right?". God Bless this man for that one simple question. It told me pretty much all I needed to see what this mans character was to be like. Thank you sir for allowing me the honor or working in your glorious garden and the honor of working for you. It was a pleasure. Sincerely, Rebecca Carpenter

My team here at GetGo volunteered our time to work in their garden. Great facility and they are doing great things for the community. Their gardens are self sustainable and provide organic veggies and eggs to the food pantries in the Valley. I urge anyone looking to help out an org to reach out. You will be doing your community and the less fortunate a big solid. They are very greatfull and appreciate your time.

Over the past few years, perhaps the most important thing is that when I need to be alone a peaceful place to be relaxed and atmosphere where you are not disturbed.

This place does excellent work for people who are down on their luck, I have at several times doing volunteer work for them, handing out food boxes.

An awesome community center with a ton of activities for the kids. Swimming, basketball, summer camps, indoor soccer and more. Many resources and very reasonably priced.
