The place is usually full. It’s location is very accessible. They’re not a bit pwd friendly in terms of space, but they have outdoor seating. The meals have big servings making them a bit more affordable. The staff are very nice and friendly and they are very attentive in refilling water and servicing diners. The food is authentic and tastes very delicious.

When a restaurant has a well cared plant to greet guests, it's a good sign the owner/manager emphasizes fresh and pretty presentation of its entrées. The bathroom is immaculate and decors have a colorful Vietnamese theme. It has an exhibition kitchen so guests can watch every detail the kitchen crew does. Staff are always on their toes to wait.

I have been going here for more than 3 years already. Even when the pandemic came, I ordered via food delivery from this restaurant. I must say, the food is always fresh and non pretentious. What u see is what you get. I am a fan of vietnamese cuisine and this restaurant is included among my recommendations. The salad, spring rolls, beef pho all freshly prepared. The service crew are approachable, always with a smile on their faces and the ambience at night felt alive with their in house entertainment.

Wonderful nice place, great food and service. Will come back again! We also ordered takeout for later which we cant wait to devour. We ate pho with beef and had sticky rice with mango for desert, it was delicious.

There are no words to describe how I feel, it’s so delicious! 😆 Both the environment and the meals are full of Vietnamese color. The portions of the meals are large and very satisfying. I am very happy to come to this restaurant to taste Vietnamese food.👍

What can I say other than I love this place. For me, it's pretty authentic... And if your vegetarian, there's plenty of awesome choices.... Cabbage Dalad with Beef,Beef Stew, Marinated Chicken Thighs and Fresh Shrimp Rolls are always excellent.

Troi Oi might just be the best Vietnamese Restaurant in the nation. It's as authentic as it can get. Pho was well made and portions were really big. Service was really great too!

The interior of the restaurant is themed well. It has a touch of past and modern Vietnam. The food is just absolutely delicious. They serve quality food. The price is a bit affordable and the hospitality of the staff is just amazing. They really tend to their customers' needs. 10/10 I'll eat here again. It is also recommended that you visit their bathroom. They have a lot of lessons written on the walls. It could really give you a lot of wisdom. 😂

If you're looking for an authentic Vietnamese resto in the city, Troi Oi is the best place for you. Their signature rice noodle soup will bring Vietnam closer than ever before. They start accepting orders at 11 am sharp.

Everything is pretty good except for the pho. It's like they've only been to Vietnam once. Nice try though.

Troi Oi is slowly becoming my fave resto in the city. Everything is just so flavorful and healthy. Definitely no grease and all looks appetizing. The pricing may be a little higher than other food places but all worthy for your money. My personal favorites are the pho, pork skewers and fresh spring rolls. The rest on the menu are all worth the try.

Thanks for the one who is taking our orders who recommend cause we really don’t know what dish from Vietnam we want to order. It was a blast even if I don’t really like some of the dish hehehe… It was a great experience. By the way you will have a complimentary Hand Spray with Alcohol on it because of there 5th year anniversary.

Found this while looking for a place that would still be open until 11pm. We went here around 9pm. Fast and friendly service overall, reasonable prices, and good Vietnamese food. Located at Riverside Boardwalk, it's highly accessible and has nice parking spaces. I would recommend their fresh spring rolls, Vietnamese crispy pancake with vegetarian filling, and beef pho. If you're vegetarian - or you just want to try something healthy for a change, I would suggest this place.

Authentic Vietnamese Food ( also very delicious) and the prices are very reasonable. The place is also very clean, the washroom is voted as one of the best !!

Took lunch there and were pleasantly surprised. Friendly service and good Vietnamese food, the only reason it does not get five stars is that the spices have been dialled down a bit for Philippine taste.

This place has become one of our favorite places for dates and to take guests. It doesn't matter what we order it's always scrumptious. So nice to find authentic Vietnamese food in Iloilo. Must tries, Pork vermicelli, spring rolls, sandwich. It's all good !

Great dining experience. Al fresco during pandemic is definitely desired! Savory food and excellent service. There was live music inside but could still be heard at the outdoor seating area. The only setback is the early closure of their kitchen. Last order is at 7:30pm which is quite early for friends dining after work :-)

Very nice ambience and even better food. The pho and the pomelo salad are signature taste dishes. Only Troi Oi makes the caramelized chicken wings Vietnamese style a must order item. With very attentive wait staff, a terrific place to bring guests. Too bad, cant linger, the times limit the restaurant opening to 8p.

We were glad to accidentally discover the place this pandemic. We were supposed to go to another restaurant but waze led us here. This by far one of my favorite restaurants here in Iloilo. I never felt guilty eating a lot in this restaurant because all the food looks and taste very nice and healthy especially the vermicelli which is my favorite dish.
