Excellent location! Get the gulf side rooms, amazing view! Right on the beach. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish the restaurant/bar had been open for our week stay but it’s the off season and totally understandable. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

I frequent this hotel monthly for meetings in Pensacola for my work and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff are always courteous and when you walk in it smells wonderful in the lobby. The rooms are always very clean and the breakfast is wonderful. Remember to thank the breakfast staff, they get up extra early to take care of you! 💛

Nice property. No restaurant on property but has free breakfast. The room layout is nice. It is located with two other Marriott properties next door.

After checking in, I went to room 128 and pulled the sheets back to take a nap. I noticed the sheets were very wrinkled and thin. I looked underneath and there was no mattress pad. The mattress was stained and ratty. We went to the front desk to ask for a room change. While the desk clerk and the housekeeper involved were very nice, we got moved to room 125. When we went in that room, the mattress had a pad on it so I assumed the mattress was better. It was still pretty uncomfortable but I didn’t want to ask to move again. This morning, I took the sheets off the bed nd to my horror, the mattress was urine stained and dirty. I can’t believe that a Marriott accepts this type of mattress quality. We stay in many Marriotts as we travel and this may be our last. I do not recommend this hotel until they make complete mattress changes. I can’t believe we paid $150 to sleep on a urine mattress. A very nice hotel. The hot breakfast is great. My only issue is a small roach in the dresser drawer. I didn't see another one but I hope they keep up with the pest spray schedule.

Second time here. Checked us into a room with clean towels BUT soap dish was covered in dry soap. Someone's used bar soap and shampoo bottle in there. Shower Bench not wiped. Beds were wrinkled like sheets weren't changed. Changed rooms but just didn't feel relaxed because wondered what else was skipped. We got 5k points supposedly but have not shown up yet Breakfast sausage was dried out, overcooked,some black, eggs soso. So disappointing for Marriot chain.

Um, definitely not worth almost $300. Room ok and clean. Breakfast, not impressed. Maybe staff was shorthanded? Ok for just a last minute stay before heading out of town. Just doesn't really compare to another Springhill we had just stayed at.

MY FIRST STAY (MARCH19-20;$270) I CHECKED OUT WITHIN AN HOUR OF CHECKING IN. You walk in to this beautiful room and you’re loving it. I go to get comfortable and there’s hair and debris in the shower from a previous guest. I myself!! Got it out and showered. Shortly after showing I go to use the restroom and there’s URINE all over the toilet. I then collected my items and checked out, like that’s nasty! It was already late so most other rooms were already at capacity. TERRIBLE NIGHT MOVING ON TO MY NEXT (NO)STAY (MARCH 31-APRIL1;$201) Family was coming into town, something happened to where they were no longer coming, I tried to cancel my reservation THE SITE NEVER GOT A RESPONSE FROM THE PROPERTY, My card was charged , I contacted the booking site and the property. The booking site again tried to request a cancellation (2 days later STILL WAITING) Called property Thursday and Friday left voicemails, left messages through the booking site, Which still haven’t been returned. I finally get a manager on the phone today (Saturday) , whose customer service skills were poor to say the least. She had a very nonchalant attitude, There was no “I understand your concerns, but etc is the policy “ It was “yea I see you were charged, we don’t do cash back for no shows” SO AT THE PROPERTY’S EXPENSE BECAUSE THEY OBVIOUSLY CHOOSE WHEN THEY WANT TO DO THEIR JOB, I WAS CHARGED FOR A ROOM I NEVER CHECKED INTO, There’s a way to handle every situation, even if she couldn’t refund the money. THE AUDACITY FOR HER TO BE RUDE WITH ME LIKE I CHARGED HER CARD IS UNACCEPTABLE . And this was “the manager” whom I spoke with, never got a name. But From the recent reviews I’ve read and my personal experience I won’t be back

I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS HOTEL FOR OVER 5 YEARS, AND HAVE SPENT IN EXCESS OF 100 PLUS NIGHTS, THE HOTEL IS IN NEED OF AN UPDATE TO THE ROOMS. ON MY LAST VISIT THIS WEEK, THERE WAS A BANGING NOISE AT NIGHT, I WAS TOLD IT WAS THE WATER PIPES. THEY DID ASK IF I WANTED TO CHANGE MY ROOM, BUT I HAD ALREADY UNPACKED SO THATS ON ME THERE WAS NO FRIDGE IN THE ROOM, THEY DID PUT ONE IN THE FOLLOWING DAY, AFTER I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION. THE REMOTE WAS NOT WORKING, BUT WAS REPLACED.IF NOT FOR JACK AT THE FRONT DESK AND THE LOVELY LADY WHO MAKES BREAKFAST I WOUD STOP COMING HERE. BOTH OF THESE INDIVIDUALS GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ENSURE EVERYTHING IS OK WITH MY ROOM, FOOD ETC. MY SINCERE THANKS TO BOTH OF YOU, MARRIOTT AND SPRINGHILL SHOULD BE THANKFUL FOR EMPLOYEES LIKE YOU.

Very Clean Hotel with pleasant staff. Room was a bit larger than other hotels i have stayed at which is a plus. The free breakfast was hot and on time. I don't drink Coffee but a friend said it was good when he tried it. Cleaning staff was quick and only replaced what was needed. Highly recommended.

Room was basic but good. I didn't find bar soap in the room but there were body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Buffet breakfast was good as well. Front desk and dining staff was very pleasant.

Good hotel for a short stay. It is close to the airport and some good local food. Not a far drive to some nice beaches. The staff was very nice and breakfast was included and good. Our only complaint was that the toilet in the room was not separated in its own room like other Springhill Suites we have stayed in. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

The only hotel I will stay in Pensacola when my dog isn't with me. (Pet free hotel). Every time we come here, it is quick service, close to lots of restaurants and things to do in the area, and also close enough to the base without feeling like I am about to go into work. The staff are all super friendly, free breakfast in the mornings, and a nice lounge area in the hotel and out by the pool. Rooms are super comfortable and bathrooms are super nice. We love it here!

We were in town for a club soccer tournament 2/11-13. This was the cleanest and friendliest staff we’ve encountered of any hotels we’ve stayed at at this price point. The cleanliness I could compare to many of the high end hotels and resorts we have stayed at. The staff was friendly and receptive. Great place

Best customer service ever! I believe his name was Vance. He was amazing. Super helpful and kind. When I go back I will definitely be staying here again. Was very clean. The breakfast was good. Normal hotel breakfast. Close to hospital and plenty restaurants near by. Felt safe there also.

The rooms were very spacious and very clean. But I can’t give Chelsea enough kudos. After a long day at the hospital with my father and mother, and disappointing news, we arrived at 8 PM. Chelsea provided my father with a wheelchair, found a pharmacy that was open, and found a restaurant that served fish (my Dads request) and was open and did take out. Great customer service. Five stars all the way around.

Jack at the front desk was wonderful! So friendly and informative! The hotel was very nice. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was at the end of the hall away from the elevators and very quiet. Breakfast was good but very busy. The location of the hotel is ideal. There are plenty of gas stations and restaurants on the main road and the beach is about 20 minutes away. We drove down to see it after we got checked in. Will stay again!

First time I've stayed here and was very pleased with the room. Bed was extremely comfortable, had everything we needed, from work area with desk and chair, sitting area with comfortable couch. Shower had the most wonderful brand of shampoo, conditioner and body wash which I wish I could find and purchase. Will definitely stay here again!

The weekend of Nov 3-6 2023 your hotel hosted a 30 reunion for the USS Enterprise. Your desk employee, Kim, was outstanding. She ensured the our stay, social time and all if the request we had was meet. She was very warm welcoming and friendly. She made this weekend a stress free and enjoyable reunion. Thank you

After a terrible experience at another hotel in another town, my family stopped at Springhill Suites Pensacola to stay overnight before heading to PCB the next day! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are so big and clean, which we appreciated very much! Beds were comfortable. Again, the front desk staff was fantastic! It's rare these days to receive GREAT customer service! Jack and Jordan were 10/10! Keep up the good work! My family will definitely be back next year!

This is a great hotel. I travel a lot for work and stay in sorts of places: from posh hotels to roach motels. This place, while not expensive, is immaculate. It’s crazy clean. There is no dust and everything is buttoned up. The pool is blue with no debris, despite being outside. The room is perfect and the AC gets ice cold. What’s more, the staff is courteous and professional. I’m definitely staying here again when I work in Pensacola.

Having once lived in Pensacola, I am very familiar with N. Davis Hwy and Creighton Road so when we were invited down for a surprise birthday party; I started my research! Google did not disappoint with reviews, all expectations were met and exceeded. Jack lived up to his reputation as being an amazing all around first impression for the hotel. The entire staff were efficient and courteous. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with plenty of space available for us to spread out. I would like to add that my husband is a certified pool operator so the first thing he did was check the pool......passed with flying colors! We will make this our go to when coming to Pensacola in the future.

King suite was laid out well and allowed plenty of space for work, sleep and preparing for the day. Downside was the noise from the floor above and lots of traffic noise. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Variety and supply of breakfast items left me a little disappointed. I was hoping walking to locations nearby would be easier than it was due to traffic and layout. Overall, the hotel was ok for a few days of solo business travel.

Have been staying here for work and it's been pretty good. Everything wasn't perfect but Mamie went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled. Great customer service 👏. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I only come back here because of this lady.

The property is located in a very convenient place. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and gas stations around. Also right off the interstate. Property was very nice and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Only issue I had was that the pull out couch was dirty in the inside. Otherwise very nice.

Very beautiful hotel!!! Excellent customer service. Room was very spacious and comfortable. I recently lost my father... they gave condolences and asked if there was anything they could do.

My daughter and her fam just spent a night here during Hurricane Ida to escape Louisiana. She said it was their favorite hotel of the 4 she stayed in! Friendly staff, well designed rooms with a large walk-in closet and a built in desk that her hubby could use for work zoom meetings! She said the food was good also!!

Beautiful hotel, super friendly and helpful staff (they could answer literally every question we threw at them), rooms are sparkling clean and well stocked/supplied. Coffeemaker in room runs on a diskette manufactured strictly for hotels,, so do not bring k-cups because they don't work with this maker. Pictures of complimentary breakfast bar are below. They were still setting it up as I was snapping pics, so more could be offered than what is shown. Every department has staff on duty 24/7. Highly recommend!

Great hotel. Fantastic shower. Very happy about the microwave and the sitting area. However, the refrigerator makes noise that sounds like someone is breaking your hotel door down at 3am. But that's not the worst part. Like I said, the shower was great but the body towels provided are too small for a child under ten, let alone a full grown adult. It's basically a big hand towel that is as thin as tissue paper. I'd definitely stay here again. I'll just ask for extra towels next time.

The room was very comfortable with two beds and a sofa bed . Unfortunately there were no sheets for sofa bed. There was an extra down blanket in closet so I used one of the top sheets from a bed. Johnny’s and Vervetta were very nice ladies attending to the breakfast area , Johnnie was very nice always smiling! And Zae was very nice attending to our needs of towels for the pool. The breakfast is awesome especially the potatoes! Coffee good too! The beds were very comfortable! I just wish we had our towels on our room replaced! We stayed in 220!!

Just checked in and there is hair all over the bathroom floor I took pics. Walking into the room it was beautiful but the bathroom disgusted me. Do they not sweep? The hotel has an excellent rating but they need to find out who cleaned this room 120 September 26th and reprimand them. Horrible! Says you can upload pics but it wouldn't let me. I understand why..

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am on the arrival day . We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The front desk employee ( Zee or Za ) went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here.

This hotel has a fantastic staff. Check in with quick and very efficient. The hotel is clean and in my opinion very safe. The hotel location offers good access to local restaurants and highways. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely plan a return visit.

I really thought this place would be better than it was considering I paid 680.00 for two nights! The check in person was good. However, the “snack” store was wiped out. No bottle water at all and they do not have any vending machines. I was told by the front desk there was a “Dollar Tree” down the road! Are you serious!? I took my very first shower the first night at 11pm and there was NO HOT water at all. It was barely even warm and the water pressure was non existent! Come on Marriott. The Navy Lodge I stayed at the night before was HOT and pressure was excellent. I am so disappointed and afraid I will be taking another terrible shower tomorrow. SMH.

Walked in the doors and immediately smelled wonderful! The gentleman checked us in fast and friendly! Room was modern and spotless. Hope we get to stop back by in our future travels.

Highly recommend for families! We have an infant and a toddler. The bathroom / tub room are split so they’re basically two rooms that a pack and play would fit in. We made sure we weren’t gonna shower for the night and put our sons pack n play into that room and closed the door for the night and we still had access to the bathroom. Then the trundle bed was perfect for our toddler. In the past we’ve made a partition with a blanket from that area too. Sooo nice to have had this space and be able to sleep all in one room without being awake all night.

Overall really nice hotel, enough sleeps for 5 adults. The room was spacious and clean enough, the only thing is there was only 1 bath towel, but we easily got the rest from the front desk.

The hotel was in a good location - 20ish minutes from the beaches and very close to dining and stores. The rooms were very large and clean. The free breakfast was very good as well. The staff were very helpful and kind.

I have to travel down to FL for work, and hands down this is the place to go. The entire staff works to keep this place clean, are professional and the free breakfast is a bonus for the price. The location is walking distance to banks, fastfood, and sit down restaurant. While everyone was great at Springhill, two folks stood out at my last stay as outstanding. The front desk Ghania and the breakfast lady Vertie or Bertie. They both added an unexpected warmth and kindness to a work trip. Highly recommend for any type of stay including family.

Asked for water, was told they couldn’t bring it to me. Minutes later, same staff came to the 4th floor to tell me to move my car (had been there 10-15 mins). Just lazy people in general. Will be staying at a Hilton property next week.

This hotel is wonderful check in was easy and fast even though we arrived after midnight Eddie at front desk has EXCELLENT costumer service please adknowlege him he made our stay above and beyond ...the room was clean and our housekeeper was exceptionally great I am a executive housekeeper in Jacksonville Florida and we will return here again me and my granddaughter would like for you to know how impressed we were with your hotel oh and let's not forget the breakfast lady was wonderful always smiling and provided a wonderful breakfast each morning

Only stayed one night, but this place did not disappoint with nice sizable rooms and very comfortable beds. Within 10-15 minutes of the airport, the location is excellent for those with early or late flights. You will definitely get your money's worth here
