One star because there is no posibility for zero stars! Even confirmed in written way by email, they cancel a reservation probably due to overbooking without any discution. We discovered the fact in the night-even if late arrival was confirmed too, and just to understand, they call police instead of searcing solution, 3 families, including 3 infants affected. Horible atitude of the staff, without empaty or thinking about consequences. It was 2 end holiday in Turkiye this year, this is not representative for turkish hospitality, this bussines must be segregated and closed because have nothing to do with the country image! Not recomanded! There are several hundreds choices availables!

Actually I don't understand the 5 stars in the name. It's possible to hear the neighbors fully and clear through the wall.

If you don't smoke cigarettes this hotel is not for you I got really sick myself from inhaling the smoke coming from other rooms and the corridor. The staff and the front desk very nice and kind and helpful. They have very nice breakfast and many other great services. If smoking doesn't bother you it is recommended.

I was there last week, but I'm not very happy with the staff because someone had entered the room and stole money, I DO NOT SUGGESTION!

One of the worst and terrible hotel I have ever seen. Very very dirty,noisy. I stayed there for one night and was one of the the longest nights in my life. There’s no door for the shower ,dirty towels,too much crowded on the street side. They had one of the dirtiest breakfast and food in Istanbul. I decided to leave the hotel and asked them to call a taxi for me but they told me because you have 3 luggage,you have to pay $150 Turkish money for that when I refused and told them no I am going to get a taxi outside. They came outside with me then when i took a taxi outside and spoke with the cup the i have 3 bags with me to see if you have any issue with that,he said not it’s totally fine and he didn’t ask for extra money,but the hotel guys came and spoke with the taxi driver by Turkish which I didn’t understand them probably but I understood that they were talking about my luggage. When I arrived my destination.the taxi driver asked me to give him extra money for my luggage. Never ever go back to that hotel and it’s not worth even one stars. I would recommend Uranus hotel which is only 8 minutes far from there.

Nice hotel, room was spacious, clean and has privet bathroom, it is old but clean and in very good conditions. Also staff was very friendly and kind. Location was great in the center where every thing is close to us, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops and much more. Also close to many tourist locations in Madrid City centre old city, like Sol the most visited location and also many shopping shops.

Terrible hotel! Pool is cold, jakuzi doesen't work. Bad location. Dirty. Don't choose this hotel if you want to be turist in Istanbul.

The hotel is comfortable and clean and the water is hot,the staff are so friendly, the breakfast is amazing and the location is great

Very nice and kind staff, Also it is near to biggest textile bazaar of İstanbul. Has Good view and comfortable hotel in Merter. Also it is like an ancient structure. Owners investing to the hotel service and quality.

This Hotel has a great location especially for the people who are up to wholesale shopping. The rooms are super clean and the breakfast is very good and tasty. Also the staff in the Hotel are very respectful and especially Samih who helped me with everything ,also the receptionist Behtiyar who was very kind from the second I arrived. I really recommend this Hotel to everyone because its more than amazing !❤️

The hotel looks luxurious, but that’s it! It just looks like that, it is not very clean. Rooms were too hot in the middle of the summer, the air conditioning didn’t work the whole time I stayed there. I complained about it a few times, they told me they’d send the technician. Technician came, he just pressed some buttons that didn’t change a thing and I gave up! I couldn’t wait to leave this hotel, it wasn’t in a great location, it is quite in the suburbs. Absolute nightmare, I don’t recommend this hotel!

everything was fine, but I first saw a jacuzzi in this hotel because it was cold, so I voted 4 stars

Tiny rooms that don't deserve even 1 star are managed with a mentality that tries to extort money because of high price valet services, non-speaking staff who do not accept responsibility if something happens to your car, which takes the keys by force, but tasteless saltless, tasteless, overpriced food, and because you dirty the towel at the exit. I definitely do not recommend

Definitely does not worth for the price. The pool was not working. As well as the room was not clean. Wouldn't recommend. Could not use the pool because noone knows the business hrs. The reception said it close at 11 pm. We went before 10 pm the lady in the pool said it is closed already. So much frustration
