I must say that this hotel was the worse Hotel I ever stayed in.This hotel does not deserve a three star at all as bed’s blanket we’re so bad along with the floor it had proper bumps on the ground and you can slip and hurt yourself the Wallpaper of the place was falling apart along with the Bathroom which was in a disgusting position.

The best budget option if you have missed your bus and have to wait till tomorrow. The rooms however are dirty and worn down. There is a lot noise coming from the bus station but you get what you pay for. I have stayed in this hotel several times and would stay again just because its convenient for people transfering tru Istanbul by bus.

This hotel is garbage! One of the receptionists is rude and impolite. The rooms are dirty, old, smelly, there are holes in the wooden floor, neatly covered with an old and dusty carpet. Wi fi is present in the rooms, and barely in the lobby, so if you wanna sit there and have a drink, there is no wi fi for you. The location of the hotel is awful, it is on the central station, therefore it's nosy until 00:00 and rhe smell is vile. Don't go to this hotel, it was really an unpleasant experience.

Upon arrival , we were greeted by a very friendly staff. During our stay the staff was very accommodating, friendly and there to assist with anything. Great location of the hotel, located at the bus station, very convenient for travelers with connecting trips, who need to rest between journeys, from here you will be able to buy a ticket to any city in Turkey. The hotel has recently been renovated. There is everything you need to relax TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a comfortable bed, as well as window soundproofing, which will allow you to relax comfortably. Additionally, hotel has a lounge area, a bar. Don't forget to make time for having turkish coffee here. Breakfast was delicious, which included local and fresh ingredients. Additionally, I would like to let you know that you can reach with in 15-20 minutes by walk the areas with a developed infrastructure, where you can have a walk, eat, shop around. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

It is the hotel located inside the bus station - otogar. If you only need a room and few hours is sleep, it will get the job done, but don’t have higher expectations. I am told that it is better than the other hotel in the bus station.

The receptionist lied about price and tried to take more money from us, the room was so dirty and the room has beetle 🪲 . The hotel is not worth to stay for one hour .

Very well located if coming with bus and leaving to airport or another city. It's in the center of all connections: airport shuttle, metro and buses to different cities

It is very old it should be renovated. Despitethat, the location is very strategic since it is found within the bus station. For frequent travelers, this is a perfect place to stay.

200 tkl for a dirty and noisy double room from 13 to 20, just to sleep a bit and take a shower, no other hotel close to coach station, shame. I have no words enough to describe, sorry.

I can't comment on the service and the rooms since I was only visiting, but the location is very convenient
