I've stayed here for one night after the Turkish Airlines flight delay. It's 4 star hotel and 5 star as was promised. Also it was said that hotel was located at the city center but it's way far from it. The rooms are very big and I would say even uncomfortable because of it. Breakfast was very usual, I've expected for more. There is a big mall upward and a theme park close. I've checked the prices and I though that the hotel wasn't worth it's price

Got free night here because Turkish Airlines overbooked plane (shame how they handled it). We were told dinner till 23 o'clock. Was closed 21.30 already. Rooms are spacious but you can already see that all is ageing. Not sure about the price for staying, but I would not book here on my own.

Turkish Airlines sent us here for out layover. Strange city location next to a theme park under construction, oddly cavernous room with ashtrays and dark scratched woods, strong smoke smell, rock hard bed,, buzzing sound near door like a bad fluorescent light but wasnt, placed us right next to the loud busy kitchen with a thin wall. Front desk wanted to hold our passports on check in, finally agreed to hand them back. 3 stars to the staff only because after going around with reception several times at 130 am thinking our complaint was that we wanted room service (language barrier), a chef came down and politely and pleasantly listened and translated to the front desk it was noise from the kitchen that was the problem, and he firmly said to get us a different room which they did. Still had a almost humorously rock hard bed (could that be cultural?) but less smoke smell and no buzzing. The bathroom was very nice.

Far outside the old town (40 min by cab). Stayed here one night as we missed a connecting flight with turkish business. Room was okay, still a little dirty. The food offered was more like dogfood and we couldn't hardly eat it. Everything came out of cans and tasted terrible. The only advantage of the location is, that u can access the mall directly thru the hotel- the mall has a great food floor. Except of a missed flight I would never stay here. Sorry to say. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was really spacious and nice, but the services are not as good as should be and the staff is not very friendly Breakfast is the worst, very repetitive throughout our 2 weeks stay (we couldnt leave due to business plans) the food is not good at all, also our friends checked out moments before us they charged them for things from the mini bar that they haven’t touched at all! We asked them to call us a taxi and they refused , saying it’s the weekend and wont be able to find us any! (We easily got one by ourselves after)! Overall experience was not good and we will not be returning to the VIALAND PALACE HOTEL again

Stayed here due to Turkish Airlines flight cancellation. Firstly, I was informed that this was a 5 Star hotel when, in actual fact, it's 4 Star rated. However, it was free accommodation and for one night only, so the star rating wasn't that important. What was extremely irritating was the overhead noise in my room, from 12am until 01.30am there was constant loud movement noise from the floor above. It turns out that there is a mall above the room, and the noise came from the cleaners working. What I can't understand that which designer in their infinite 'wisdom' would put a mall above a room instead of below it? To its credit, there is a theme park next to the hotel, which I'm sure families could enjoy although I didn't see a single child in the hotel. The rooms are very spacious with a a few english speaking channels on the TV. The breakfast and lunch buffet were quite good.

Got a suite here as a compliment from an airline. The room was so spacious, you can hold short-distance running competition in it. Very clean, of course. The bed was comfy. The trade center gives you a variety of cafes and shops.

A grand Hotel and luxurious. Unfortunately, lack of maintenance. Air conditioning not working, peeling wallpaper all over the room.

Great hotel if you want to spend more than a day at the park. Having the convenience is worth it. The hotel itself is pretty good. Staff are professional and friendly. Hot water takes forever, apart from that it's a very good experience.

After visiting nearby theme-park we’ve ordered taxi to to the hotel. Waiting the taxi we had a seat on bench near the enter to the hotel. Bellboy immediately came out and asked us to leave saying “It is private property of the hotel, reserved for the guests”. :-D That is funny… Exterior of the hotel is beautiful. Wasn’t able to view it from inside. :-)

Amazing hotel... super spacious and one of my favourite hotel so far. Yes it may far from old city and Taksim Square but their massive room size are more to served you. Attach with shopping mall where you don't have to go to another area. Besides this hotel is also attach with the great theme park might busy in weekends and full of local people and tourist. Best to stay with family and friends as you may have spacious room, theme park to enjoy and shopping to do at only next door. The front office is simple and just at the entrance. Very efficient and fast service. Grand lobby for big groups and on the upper restaurants served great breakfast and dinner too. For me the best hotel in Istanbul Turkey Was here again on 18 - 20 March 2022
