A potentially good day was spoiled by their staff. When we interested the gates this morning, two staff members approached us, to take our picture. I told them no thanks. They then told me I HAVE TO take a photo, for security reasons. I didn't wanted to start an argument. After they took our photo, they said we can buy these pictures at the end. This striked me as strange, if this was a security measure, why then sell it to us. So after thinking about this, I went back to confront them. This then turned into a long argument..with me nearly shouting at them by the end of it. Instead of saying, yes, we lied, sorry, we will delete it... the staff both turned on me. The younger one pretended to delete our photo, but I'm still not even certain he did. Even when walking away, they continued to continue giving me attitude arguing on. I told them I will complain, and they mocked me by saying I am welcome to try. I didn't want my photo taken, for privacy reasons, and because I have been to places where they post these visitor pictures on their website. I politely said no at the start, but they then lied to us. All they had to do was just delete the photo. To say sorry. I would not have thought anything after that. Instead they teamed up on me, dragged out the argument in front of other visitors, they mocked. This is the type of behavior I would accept in a low class bar in Taksim, NOT when I just paid hundreds of TL, to see some fish. If they did not mock me, and continued to argue, if they didn't lie, I would not rant here, but it was not a good experience. That said...after I chilled out a bit...it is a nice aquarium.. definitely worth a visit... Just don't let the staff bs you.

Amazing place… is worth all time to go there and good food in mall The aquarium is amazing and not so expansive… after a visit you can go to rent a bike and ride alog of bosphorus side 😈 Visit this place is amazing

There is only 2 sign as guidance which is not enough at all, if u wanna check the map u gotta search 5 min to find it ! Other than that everything else is okay
