The room had a damp smell, no accessories were placed in the bathroom, it was not clean, the blanket was not on the bed, they bring a travel blanket after 30 min even without a cover!!! Terribleeeee

Room is clean, and cleaning is very good. Not every receptionist know English and could help. Breakfast are pure. But terrace is amazing, especially at night.

Though the hotel is good but have some draw backs too... In its suits they don't have basic things like toiletries etc. and rooms are too small...

Vor Ort mussten wir das doppelte Zahlen, weil das Hotel Veränderungen vorgenommen hätte. Im Zimmer angekommen mussten wir feststellen, dass in den Zimmern geraucht wird. Nachdem wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen haben funktionierte leider wie auch im anderen Zimmer die Klimaanlage nicht. Fehlende Toilettenpapier, obwohl das Zimmer neu sauber gemacht wurde. Wir sind total entsetzt!
