I felt going abroad for and medical procedure was not be been taken likely, but Dr Nuri and his team certainly put my mind at rest. BAC was one of the first companies I shortlisted as a potential when carrying out my research. I liked the fact that they had positive reviews as well as some that were not so good. I think you can tell a lot from the negative ones; they were all about person’s possible personality clashes with staff and nothing to the service and professionalism when conducting the procedures. I found everybody employed by Dr Nuri pleasant and professional, some had better English than others and potentially this could have led to the afore mentioned bad reviews. I did not find this a problem, when having my hair transplant, they would gently move my head or gesture to get the point across but most actually had very good English. Prior to going I had several consultations with other companies, who often just had an admin staff contact you for price process ect. But after initially contacting Ritta at BAC via WhatsApp and sending photos in, it was suggested to have a consultation with Dr Nuri himself. Dr Nuri really put my mind at ease over the video call, he further inspected my transplant and donor area offering me advice and details on the procedure. We also discussed eye surgery (Blepharoplasty) and the process/price for this, I originally not thought to get this procedure done but so glad I have. After agreeing all of the detail with Dr Nuri I was in constant dialog with the team at BAC and Dr Nuri, all my details were quickly sent through as soon as I booked my flight. No deposit for BAC was required, just confirmation of the flight booking details. Details of the 5 Start Hotel with a promise of an upgrade come through, I can confirm I received this and the room with view was fantastic. The day of the flight over I was collected from the airport and taken to my Hotel, the next day I was taken to Dr Nuri clinic where the Hair Transplant took place. This was a long day, but I was very well looked after with lunch provided. The next day I was at the Hospital for the eye surgery which required a general anastatic. Dr Nuri took me there after first his team washed and inspecting my hair transplant. I was kept in overnight in the Hospital but really felt at ease with Dr Nuri checking up on me and sorting out all of my medication which came as part of the price. The next few days were my own to explore Istanbul before coming back a 4 days later to have my stiches removed at the Hospital. The stitches were removed with no issues, the same day I also had my teeth whitened in another of Dr Nuri clinics as well. Before going back to my Hotel purchased the aftercare kit; it was a very good price and was unable to find it anywhere any cheaper online. I am now a week in after the procedure and it is all looking great so far. I would thoroughly recommend BAC and Dr Nuri, both on price, service and professionalism. I could not fault my experience at all. Very justified 5 starts.

Dr. Nuri and his staff have another very satisfied client from the USA. From the airport pickup to the 5-star hotel Dr. Nuri was in constant communication about everything. The procedure was flawless, comfortable and professional with personalized attention that I hadn’t received from my first transplant done at a different clinic. Thumbs up to BAC! What an experience. Made to feel at ease in a different country. Every aspect of the trip, operation and after care was taken care of and made easy by the BAC clinic team.
