Worst customer service I try to help my uncle who is old to move his bags from the his room but they refused and disrespect us very bad treatment Please choose another hotel

Not far from tramway station and historic city center, busy noisy street, clean small rooms nice bathroom, good variety breakfast, lobby with Cafe, a bit pricey, overall it is recommended

Bad experience, not recommended We were freezing and asking to switch on the condition, they were saying yes but doing nothing, asked to get additional blanket and they did the same. Cleaning is not enough, sheets smell bad. Water is provided only the first day then is charged. Overall bad experience...

I liked it. They gave breakfast which was good. They had air conditioning and basically everything you need. They also have bidets and service was good.

I do recommend to all of Turkish visitors to stop at this hotel because the customers service 100% cleanliness 100% I have such great time during my visit they resolve my problems supporting helping For honesty very honest Mr. Ahmed T he’s was amazing Ahmad D. He was so great full on all kind of customer service. I will come back on my second vacation . definitely.♥️❤️♥️❤️♥️❤️

Good rooms but a bit small Clean , quiet Close to everything Lovely reception staff Good for staying for 1 or 2 nights No place enough of you have a lot of luggage Recommended Will go there again if needed
