    Cen the a absolute legend the best bellman ever so helpful and really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable so welcoming he is the epitome of what turkish hospitality should be like thank you… The reason for the poor review is I have never being spoken to rudely before by anyone in the hospitality industry… a situation occurred that someone had to stay in my room the hotel charged this person 40 American to stay in my room. The receptionist Tarif and his manger Gurkan were very rude and arrogant.

    Eleganz...👌 A BiG relief upon d 1st 'steppin-in' d lobby... after a hectic actvties in d cold freezing weather + cold gusts gushing wilds prior to arrivals.. Rooms.. so well kept clean & tidy + modern fittings.

    The hotel is nice, but there is no consistency for the staff: one day you can pay the restaurant bill in euro, the other day you can’t, one day they open the gym earlier for you, the other day they can’t. The service depends on the staff that is working on the day. That makes the experience not so good

    Very clean hotel, nice staff,they gave me a free spa day😍, only your Starbucks needs plant milk like(soy, Almond….) my airpod fell in the sink in the spa and the whole staff came to help me and made sure it still works 😍.

    Hotel is nice and clean inside. There is a subway station and many bus stops right in front of the hotel. I was impressed by the breakfast, lots of delicious food. The location is not the best, the view from the window is not nice and it takes at least 30 Minutes to get to the city center. Many clients of this hotel are visitors of clinics nearby. Either some surgery or i.e. a hair transplantation.

    We've had a very good experience staying here for 10 days. The breakfast buffet was amazing, fresh, lots of variety and kid friendly. The staff was amazing and helpful esp ECE & YASIN. The customer service is on point. I would 100% recommend to stay here with family

    This is a great hotel. Very close to metro to get around the city. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Can(bellcaptain) borrowed me his metro card during my stay. I lost my phone in a taxi during my stay. Can(the Bellcaptain) came to my rescue. He was able to connect with the taxi driver and got taxi driver to bring my phone. Can and Ece were a joy to see during my stay. I have friends whenever I come back. Highly recommend this for your stay.

    Service is very bad. Staff is very unprofessional and rude. Haven’t heard any other hotel that have their security policy. You can’t have anyone come up to your room except yourself. Was trying to help my guests get to their room and make sure everything is good and they wouldn’t let me.

    Especially the staff is very professional, polite and friendly. When I asked for an additional pillow, they have brought it immediately. The receptionists were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

    Good prove and good location between City center and Airport. Rooms were very clean and personnel is really hospitable, especially Mr.Can. I would recommend this hotel.

    I stayed in this hotel for a couple of days and it’s was by far the best experience I have ever had staying in a hotel. Everything was outrageously good and especially one of the hotel employees out stood everyone there, his name is Enes, in my eyes an outstanding man. He did is job perfectly. I would choose to stay over and over again.

    Amazing experience from the start with my receptionist ECE, she was very welcoming and efficient! We were also helped by ALPER who was also a big help. Last but not least we were helped by CAN the bellcaptan who was very helpful the entire stay!

    After the incident last Sunday, Tarik the receptionist made sure that a note is given to the next shift to transfer me in a non smoking room and Cansu the guest relation officer upgraded my room and Can the concierge is also very helpful. Tomorrow I will be checking out but so far my stay has been great. Definitely will recommend this hotel to my other colleagues that will be visiting Istanbul. Service and integrity is very important to me as a traveler and I always give credit to the one who deserved it. I’m here to learn about Turkey and its culture as we will be expanding our business here. Since they remedy they mistake and well made up for it, I’m giving them 5 stars

    It is a good hotel. I liked the room, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. My only gripe is that I couldn’t get an invoice during check out - fortunately, it was emailed to me the next day.

    Neat, clean hotel at a good location. Rooms are clean (although I think they don't really have non-smoking ones). Cleaning service every day, staff is really trying to please guests, although language sometimes is a challenge. Restaurant is decent, although selection is somewhat limited. Plenty of neighborhood restaurants and stores within walking distance.

    Dear Team! The Hotel is clean and new. The Reception was friendly and helpful! Rooms are also new clean and Quiet. Breakfast was perfect with fresh Food. Gym is also very clean and all the Equipments are from Technogym and new. Thanks a lot for your Service! Hope to see you soon again:)

    Reception / Guest Relation: I would like to make speacial thanks to Cansu, Tarik and Can. They really gave kind, welcoming and caring service. They individually assisted me for different requests and were always smiling and helpful. They made everything easy and smooth, for example, assistance with booking extra nights, changing money and writing directions to certain areas for local taxi to take me and bring me back. Breakfast and Service staff: Again excellent The variety of breakfast choices were good and fresh. Service staff were wonderful and were kind and smiling. Special thanks to Mert Can, Jusuf and the other names i didnt catch, though all were friendly and professional. Room Attendants Thank you ladies ! Very clean rooms and wonderfully kind & thorough. Management: I want to give a special thankyou to Manager Erman. This man is an excellent leader. During my 1 week stay, i observed his attentiveness to his staff, guests and facilities. His management style exemplary and shines a bright light to the staff and guests. Overall, beautiful rooms, super comfy beds, great cafe / restaurant and a wonderful Ramada team to uphold their great standard. Thank you again for a wonderful stay at your hotel. 5 stars!

    The service here was the worst. When we asked for a towel it didnt arrive so after 15 min we called again. They said the room service “didn’t answer “ like how much effort do these people put after calling for a second time they finnaly brought the towels. The room was also horrible the ac didnt even cool and it was so hot in the room i was sweating. And they have this dumb policy were if your name isnt registered for the room you cant go to your room. Like if your friend wants to go up w you they couldnt w/out paying like 40 euros. And the worst part is the wifi didnt even work so trashy .This is probably one of the worst hotels ive been to

    Perfect location if you need access to main roads around Istanbul 15-20 minutes to the new airport nice rooms, good breakfast, very professional personel

    Worst staff, they couldn't even cross check in their system that we have extended the stay for another day and the staff had the audacity to remove our luggage from the rooms when we were gone out for lunch. And the worst part is these stupid people are showing us attitude and there was no regret or apology from the staff

    The room smells strongly of cigarette smoke, and it's pretty darn noisy. If someone walks down the hall, someone speaks outside, or something falls down on the floor above, then it is immediately very loud to hear. When I ask for a cleaner and quieter room at the front desk, they say that there are no more rooms available. However, Internet search engines tell me that rooms are still available. The service is catastrophic. Definitely not recommended. Tomorrow I check out.

    I can’t recommend this place enough! The beautiful Cansu went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was meant to check out today but I extended my stay as I simply did not want to leave. Thank you for the fruit platter and breakfast.. Also Thank you Cansu for making my stay that much better 🙏 💯 will be back just for the staff & 7th floor luxury suit 😍 FYI the cafe lobby for drinks is EPIC 🙌

    I want to share my experience regarding this hotel that I am visiting it for the 1st time. First of all, quiet and very pretty hotel at a very location in Istanbul. very clean rooms Service and employee too professional and at your service. I would like to thank gulçan enormously, she was very kind to me, kind and smiling, too, arfet super nice. Congratulations for them and for their professional level and motivation. I thank everyone for this exceptional stay.

    I have never experience prejudice behavior so severe as I experienced at this hotel it was horrible the people point blank look at you in a nasty hate filled way. They don’t help you, don’t service you & every time you have to communicate with them it’s not a good. Especially the restaurant people I was treated disgustingly. I was subjected to constant nasty looks, they don’t do anything for you like they did for there non black customers. I was not offered juice or greeted from no one. The experienced here was horrible and I would never ever go back there again and if you are American especially a black American do not go to the hotel. The only person at that hotel who showed me kindness was the hotel cleaning lady. Her name is marva. They ruined my trip to Istanbul and will never be back. And my cigarettes smoking in the room are horrible. I hate cigarettes and my room smelled like it because of the allowance of smoking in rooms.

    I went to ask for rooms and the lady at the front desk told me they only had ONE room available on the whole property and it was 300 Euros. I checked online, found several rooms available. I made a reservation online, for WAY cheaper. I know hotel people lie but by a solid 200 Euro up charge is insane. So, I finally check in, and I go up to the room, dirty (see below pic). I go down, tell them. They offer me another room, because it turns out there’s other rooms available, contrary to what I’d been told. The ladies at the front desk and the reservation lady then began to accuse me of not paying, I did. The whole check in process took over an hour. Horrible. Do not recommend for people traveling from outside.
