I would never recommend this hotel! My wife went to check in while I was in surgery, they were extremely rude to her during check in, tried to make her pay an extra 50euro per night for an extra ROLL OUT BED for our daughter that was already paid for and charged on my credit card. Water was running dirty in our room, had two room changes, dirty and smelly, smokey hallways, rude staff and couldn't even help with taking down our luggage after requested three times. We checked out early and went back to our original hotel even though this one is free with the hair transplant clinic. It really says something about a hotel when it's truly that bad that we decided to pay out of pocket to get away from this place.

I've stayed at Windsor hotel for 5 nights of tourism/hair transplant and enjoyed my stay. The staff at front desk//reception Leyla & Berkay &Ockay were excellent providing customer services. The hotel is super clean, the housekeeping comes to your room everyday to nicely make up your room. The morning breakfast had so many choices and the food was delicious. I also frequently used the cafe on the 1st floor and the food and service was excellent as well. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Istanbul and would also recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you for the awesome hospitality !!

Although the hotel is not in a very good neighbourhood, the experience inside is top notch! Rooms are very nice, there is a good pool and spa and the best part is the gym. Since I love to workout everyday I was so happy to see fully equipped gym and fitness studios with trampoline. And it is opened practically all day long.

Pleased with the hotel. Our stay was quiet good, all facilities are fantastic. Clean and friendly environment. Reception staff ordered us food every day using their app account. Mr Eren helped us with our checkout and was so friendly and helpful. Well done guys keep it up 👍🏻

We stayed at Windsor Hotel for 4 nights. Overall good facilities, especially considering the pool and spa. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Duvets are quite small for double beds. Reception was kind and welcoming. The restaurant was the worst part. The service was poorly and very unprofessional. It felt staff were hiding most of the time. Our first dinner, considering that was only two tables occupied at the restaurant it took long time to have our orders taken, had to ask the staff for our second course as they seemed to have forgotten, Spoon Salad came without a spoon. Fries were forgotten. Tomato soup was cold. Two tickets were issued when we asked for the bill. The waiter answered a cellphone call while we were paying so we had to wait for the call to finish. That was on Friday, late night on 24/11/2013. On another occasion, asked for jam or butter for the croissant ordered and we were just ignored (Wednesday afternoon 29/11/23). When ordering room service, half of the dishes were just bland and poor. The pastries ordered are simply not good. Communication is a huge issue as most staff can't speak any English, which makes extremely difficult to make any request. Overall it feels like a good 3 stars hotel. Definitely not a five stars one. Which is a shame. This review was done by my partner and I as we felt that we should leave our feedback as through communication it seems difficult.

We had a wonderful experience at Windsor hotel The best stay ever. Gorgeous building, high quality rooms, high quality service & delicious food. The environment was pleasant and welcoming, every staff member we encountered, from the valet to check-in to cleaning staff to the managers were delightful, friendly & eager to help, they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Windsor hotel for anyone visiting Istanbool.

1- Laundry picked up yesterday with promise to have it delivered in evening. Had to remind again this morning then it was delivered. Came from bazaar to find no toilet paper . Contacted front desk to send some plus 4 bottles of water as we did not get any yesterday or today. Finally 2 rolls were delivered but no water. Probably 5-star hotels your size only provide rum but I only drink water even if you want to charge me

The breakfast was really good and the hotel room was nice. However, you may need to clarify the if you need to open the window cause some rooms don't have any open window. The check-in time was so longgggggggggg and I don't know why, you need to aware of this especially after long haul flight.

I had stayed there for 10 days. They have modern building with extra facilities like swimming pool and gym. But I am not satisfied with their services mostly because of staff. They don’t know english very well so made it hard to communicate with them. In some cases they were really rude and mean to me. For some room issues, I called many times and ask them to fix it but they ignored it! At the end I physically went to reception desk and asked them to send somebody! At the end I won’t suggest this accommodation to stay

Despite requesting a double bed, it seems the staff had difficulty converting the twin beds into a double bed. Furthermore, I was given a duvet meant for a single bed even after the beds were merged. This oversight was quite frustrating and affected the overall comfort of my stay. In summary, the Windsor Hotel & Convention Center offers a decent stay with some notable drawbacks. It may not fully live up to its 5-star status, and improvements are needed in various areas, especially in terms of staff attitude and language proficiency. I have been here in this hotel for 10 days, honestly I feel like that I am at home, friendly humble kind, really this is not 5 star hotel but I can give them 7 Star hotel, thank you so much for welcoming me and my family, and for your hospitality and birthday cake for my daughter, I am highly appreciated for Ms Tusam, for your kindly support and hospitality. They have also sky lounge and perfect swimming pool indoors and outdoors and wellness, please I advise all of you to try it, it is really worth. ❤️

Most of the reviews here are fake Very disappointed! I've stayed 7 nights in this terrible place I don't know how they call It 5 stars hotel!! The double bed is uncomfortable and small. The facility is old. The breakfast is terrible. It's also far away from the attractions points. I regret every piaster I've paid. I tried to cancel but the online booking was nonrefundable.

The breakfast buffet was moderate but it noted the signature of Turkish food which was a plus. The hotel location is at a distance of no more than 5 minutes drive from great restaurants in the area. I definitely recommend.

This hotel in nice, the employees are excellent when trying to ask for taxi, very efficient service, and it was clean. However the breakfast could have been better.

The Windsor hotel in turkey where we stayed was excellent service worth it to stay. We had unforgettable moments. The staffs are so kind and useful. Specially the boy called (Can)Jan who looked after each individual guests in best way and we are very happy from him.

Great hotel with a great service staff. They really take care of you here and try to make sure you are happy. Good breakfast included too. The location isn't the best, away from the main tourist locations, but it worked for me and where I needed to be.

We spent 2 separate nights here in this hotel. Location is really out of town in an industrial area. Nothing else around it. 1st night service was good and we got a good spacious room. When we returned, the concierge helped us with our bags from the bus, but from the lobby to our room, our bags took more than 1 hour. After 3 calls and walking down to the lobby- twice, only then they took note that I was pushing the trolley myself to the lift to get my bags. This is really unacceptable, given the fact that our bags were left in the lobby for that entire duration without any supervision. Please do better!

Lovely hotel, really nice staff. Food in restaurant was just ok. Coffee at breakfast wasn't great and couldn't get an orange juice on the Saturday morning which was disappointing. Location is quite far from downtown but it was easy enough to walk to the metro then get the tram from topkapi. Stayed here as I was having a procedure at a clinic nearby so it was convenient for that. If I visited Istanbul again I would definitely stay closer to the area where the blue mosque is.

Everything was perfect in the hotel. Welcoming staff. Wide variety of Mediterranean food for breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. It is worth the 5 stars it has. Thanks #Fevzi for your help during our stay! Istanbul is a Capital of cultures from thousands of years. If you want to see most of the historic places and modern attractions you need to spend at least a week there. City transportation is well organized, but we preferred taxis, which are cheap and relatively fast from point to point. Opt for buying your sweets, treats and gifts away from the main tourist attractions, where you will find them several times cheaper. When shopping, do spend your money in Malls instead of the street shops, because the prices and quality there are better.

This hotel was also known as Titanic world business hotel but recently they change the name to Windsor. Hotel is nice and interiors are also very nice. Food was really very good, you have plenty of options for breakfast. Location is also okay you get to see panoramic view of city if you book sea facing side rooms. Interior of hotel is made to look like you are actually inside a ship. Everything was amazing but their worst thing is room services. We tried to call for water they never showed up. My bathtubs drain was not working I called 2 times but no one came to check and repair. Also we've seen reception guy misbehaving with some other visitors. So they definitely need to improve on services rest everything was wonderful.

I had an excellent stay at the Windsor Hotel. Thanks to the attendants, especially “Can” for his excellent work. He was super attentive all the time, always participating in all the jokes with a big smile on his face, giving us peace of mind and making us feel safe. Big thanks to Can and everyone else.

Not a great location as far as being amidst all the best that Istanbul has to offer, but a kind gracious kind staff that makes you feel right at home, and a really awesome breakfast spread. I did see a couple ants in my room, but it really wants a big deal considering how pretty the room was.

Stayed for 4 nights. Highlight for me about this hotel is how spacious and peaceful it is. Large open area inside the hotel nezt to pool area for safe walking and generally large rooms and areas. Service was great. Food was just ok.. Nothing great..decent breakfast..wholesome.. Highly recommend the place if you want to stay for a peaceful and quiet stay..

We recently had a 6-night stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we had an issue with the air conditioning that lasted for half a day, which was quite uncomfortable. However, the management promptly fixed the issue by upgrading us to a different room, which was a nice gesture. In terms of dining, the breakfast was just satisfactory. Unfortunately, it didn't quite meet the expectations one would have from a 5-star hotel. The juices seemed artificial and the quality of coffee and tea was poor, both of which were quite disappointing. Regarding room cleanliness, this is an area that certainly needs improvement. The housekeeping seemed to overlook certain areas, as we found dirty cups on a daily basis. Location-wise, the hotel isn't ideally positioned for exploring the city on foot, but it's easily accessible to the city center via bus. Overall, the experience had its highs and lows; there's room for improvement to truly meet the 5-star rating.

This hotel was a great place to stay at, it had all the features needed in a hotel, e.g. sauna, swimming pool, gym, dining hall to order from. My breakfast was included, so buffet was 10/10, having so many choices of food, rooms were a little difficult as we received 2 double beds instead of 4 single beds with AC not too great, but overall, I would definitely recommend to others to come to this hotel as it’s got everything u ask for

It is a very good hotel, it is very comfortable and the food is good, although dinner is not as varied as breakfast. The attention is very good, the rooms are clean and the internet works perfectly. But, it is quite far from basically everything; you can get to eat at several places that are close by walking, but for touristic places you can only move by taxi and the traffic can make a distance of 10 minutes turn into 40.

I had a wonderful stay at the Windsor Hotel in Istanbul. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, close to public transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Big thumbs up for Faruk, who helped me to find my transfers.

Good property, well built well maintained and specious rooms, but staff is not trained properly for hospitality Industry. When we checked in,it was around 00:30 in Istanbul and group of around 30-40 tourist was waiting for checking in and on front desk they had only One person who was struggling to complete check in procedure for all the guests as fast as he could(Though he was very efficient and pretty fast). Bed are bit smaller then normal size. We had to request Iron box atleast 3 to 4times on the next day also I had to call them twice for the same before getting it. When you enter hotel very few people will greet you with smile.Lightning is inadequate especially no lights above pantry table. No dental kit. Overall it is very good property with small glitches which can be fixed overnight. If above concerns are addressed then this property is worth 4.5stars. Again checked in this hotel after 15days of my Turkey tour I got room at 9th floor which was having very good view of the city,sea and Bosphorus strait.

Excellent service, especially from a very well dressed Faruk who was extremely helpful with my bags, and showing me where everything was. The double room was great, with a fridge. Breakfast is a buffet which was really good. I don’t have one bad word about this place. Thank you for the enjoyable stay. :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Windsor. The hotel is modern & clean generally. Staff speak a variety of languages & so it is easy to communicate. They always deliver service with a smile, especially the valet team. Massive thanks to them. Places to improve would be the bathrooms, there is a few noticeable bouts of red mould sadly. This can cause a variety of health issues & is unpleasant to look at. The spa & sauna are accessible & modern. The pool area does not accommodate children which is a problem for us as we travel as a family. Over all a positive experience but room for improvement.

The first day when we arrived at the hotel they give us chocolate welcoming gift we really surprised .We ware spend quality time the room is clean with nice view. and also they have good service and food at the restaurant.
