Nice Hotel and quiet, good location near to Mall of Istanbul just 10 minutes walking. I just not happy with stuff of room cleaning. I think if they have more regulations it will be better

Rooms are dirty. Even after pointing it out to the staff, they said they'll do deep cleaning, but the dust remained untouched. Too expensive for the conditions.

Second answer: It is unbelievable that the hotel manager keeps lying that unscrupulously, still supporting illegal activities from the taxi driver and is letting his own staff at the reception to call illegal taxi drivers. The invoices I've sent to him came all out of the taxi driver's credit card device and yes, it states that it would be from a restaurant but it was still the credit card device from the taxi driver. All 4 receipts are dated on 22nd of September, at 10:14, 10:27, 10:36 and 10:40. The hotel manager still thinks that I went four times to a restaurant in-between half an hour. Furthermore the 320 TRY were exactly the amount of the taxi ride. AND: all four transactions were taken from my bank account, I've even sent the statement of accounts to the hotel manager but he doesn't care at all. First answer: The answer of the hotel manager below my review is so ridiculous that it is hard to believe. The hotel DOES work together with illegal taxi drivers as the staff at the reception told my parents that they call a reliable taxi driver with who they work together for a long time. The biggest joke is that the hotel manager stated that I have sent him credit card invoices of a restaurant although on all 4 invoices a taxi company is clearly stated. The hotel and the hotel manager is lying in every conversation hold with them! Review: Worst hotel in my family's life. Room was not clean, breakfast low quality ... but the most impudent issue was that the hotel seems to work togehter with illegal taxi drivers. The reception called a taxi for my parents and the taxi driver tried to scam my parents three times and forced them to pay two times per credit card and one more time in cash. Altogether he put pressure on them to pay more than 100€ for a 15€ drive to the airport. The hotel doesn't respond to any messages and calls after they told me that it is my problem!

I didn't like the service I tried to make tea but the water kettle was rusty when I asked for new one he took it cleaned it 50% then said it's OK now Even the breakfast wasn't so good I have concern about the hygiene

Love the hotel, location is perfect as its facing the Mall of Istanbul and staff speaks good English. Usd is accepted for room and the rooms are clean and beautiful. The only hotel I've been to that let me check in in the morning and still had breakfast that morning.

The location is very good and close to mall of Istanbul - walking distance . The breakfast is good and with variety of options. The staff are the most friendly In Istanbul We met Jame in the reception who was very decent and friendly and Kenan who always met us with friendly smile & offered to help. Would always come back here whenever we are in Istanbul.

Love the clean hotel and hot shower. The location is great for an overnight stay before heading to Istanbul airport. Mall of Istanbul is just opposite with lots stores and food options available.

Exceptional service. All staff met our needs Very polite always wanting to help. Breakfast was fantastic A very good hostess by the name of Sude always had a smile on her face when requesting any kind of help. Front desk was excellent as well. I would return

The hotel is very good, very clean and pleasant service. I don't recommend the spa, it's expensive and I didn't have something of quality and when I showed my dissatisfaction the attendant just ignored me. :(

Nice Hotel with big and clean rooms. Is in a good location between the airport and the city centre. The Mall of Istanbul is in 5min walking distance away. Staff is very friendly and does the maximum to help their guests. Nice experience!

Decent location in terms of getting a taxi in & out to the east side of Istanbul (Grand Bazaar area etc) about 20min journey and cheap. Service was THE BEST I’ve ever experienced from hotel staff. Kenan, Çem and team went the extra mile and helped us with sooo many things. They were so pleasant and deserve a pay rise for the genuine friendliness, hard work and doing extra to make our stay feel more special. I truly loved my stay here and it’s all thanks to Kenan and Çem, they are an asset to you Ramada. Look after them well. Until we meet again friends. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR STAY SO SPECIAL STAFF.

Absolutely loved staying here. The staff is really nice. Room service was the best. I am highly recommend this place and if possible ask for a view facing the mall, it’s really pretty. It’s also class to the mall and the airport.

Everything was as expected and even better. Brrakfast was excellent and i had one of the best coffees in Istanbul. I really experienced turkish hospitality thanks to a very helpful employee, Mehmet. Next stay in Istanbul will be here again.

I came to write a review just to thank the exceptional stuff of hotel Ramada for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone was very polite and helpful, from reception to the lobby boys, to the waters/waitresses. The food was yummy too.

Very nice and comfortable hotel for business trips! It's located 30 minutes outside the ancient walls, so not the best for tourism. Ideal for trips to nearby industrial or commercial area. Rooms and structure are nice, personnel very friendly and helpful, good breakfast. Unfortunately rooms on the front road are noisy, ask for a quiet room. The surroundings are not very nice so it's not recommended to walk around alone.

We booked presidential suit. Which has 2 rooms 1 toilet. With a small balcony.

The front desk staff were excellent and really helpful. They were also extremely nice. The room was cleaned well and it had a good view outside. It was also close to the Mall of Istanbul which made food close by.

This place was amazing 👏. Amazing and clean rooms, guest service is excellent at all times. They helped us to plan our trip arround the city as well. Their buffet is so good, we loved having our breakfast there. When we go back to Istambul, we will definitely stay at the hotel Again !!!!

The hotel is so good .. location is perfect near mall of Istanbul .. the the place is quite.. the staff and reseption so friendly.. and I'm specially want to thank the house keeping ismim gulsen she was so friendly and take care of everything in the room even when I'm not asking... Thank you again

Staff is so friendly and very helpful. We received a free upgrade last year in October 2021. Also the breakfast was free if we wrote a good review. That’s why I’m writing this now. It is also near the mall. We did get sick there and it was covid. It is not the hotel fault because we also could have it from another place since we were travelling across Istanbul at different hotels. The room was a bit dirty and old. Also the housekeepers did not clean that great. Further on the staff was very kind also the breakfast is a bit basic.

The hotel is convinience, closed by MOI but the rooms is a little but natrow as 3 stars. Not so much parking lot, so better come by private transportation.

Room was adequate but the staff seem lacking in enthusiasm to even welcome paying customers or even make effort in answering questions. The walk to the Istanbul mall was not too bad, quite fast actually.

I do not recommend at all! 1. Big price for what the hotel offers-60€ 2.bad location 3. Very very noisy room, thin walls and the windows didn’t close well 4. Breakfast poor 5. Reception staff very rude- i reserved a standard room that was very very small and right next to the elevator room or on the last floor on the roof, it was a stormy night and very strong wind, i got scared when i got there up as the roof is made with glass! I pay extra money to get a decent room where the noise was terrible! Conclusion- you can find better hotels for this money and worth it!

Good staff. Clean rooms. Vale parking. We only wished we could get joined rooms as our booking specified. Breakfast buffet should be improved.

The lighting in the room kept going ON/OFF and no one fixed till late in the night when we got fed up and complained. Someone finally came and explained that the room card holder requires 2 cards in the slot to stop the lights from going ON and OFF intermittently. This being a case of a known issue, why did they issue only 1 key card at check in?
