I paid for economy room but it's not written that this room don't have windows and all walls was with tiles. I felt like I'm in tomb 🥺.Тhere was mold everywhere 🤢 I can not breath probably. The door of the hotel room was not locked and the bathroom door was not closed. The WiFi was very bad in -2 floor. 😵The floor was not clean and bathroom too.🙄 In wardrobe smelling awfully. Not have daily cleaning only clean the bin in room and bathroom. I was lucky that I stayed only 2 night. I will never come back, don't recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the hotel since it was designated as one of the hotels for a conference that I was attending. At first I thought that I made a mistake given that it was not on the main street. But I was surprised and extremely pleased when I saw the room which was not only clean but also stylishly decorated. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Later I realized that it was actually better for the hotel to be placed on the quieter part of the street. There is a nice place (Vefa Cafe) to get a nice and reasonably priced breakfast close by. It takes 5 minutes to get on the metro station. On the overall, it's a real bargain for the price I've paid. I strongly recommend it.

I have stayed 3 nights at the hotel. I am very grateful for all the support and kindness provided by the owner Mr.Haki and his colleague Mr.Ali. They have assisted us whenever needed in regards of the location of the touristic places and tours in the boat. Yes the room is small but cozy and super clean! Besides the price is affordable and the location of the hotel provides you with easy access to the metro station .

Main point you should know about this hotel is that they deliberately deceive clients. They sell rooms with wrong photo and wrong description. I've booked economy room and on the photo there was chair, table and so on but on the fact it was 6sq m room only with bed. When I speak to reception, they said that they know about wrong photos but they wouldn't change them and do not solve my problem. People were impolite and quite aggressive. I strongly do not recommend to support this scammers and stay at their hotel.

Everything is perfect except the internet is a little bit slow and the heater takes time to get warm Perfect price and location

They did not give us the booked room and gave us a room in the basement that stank of sewage and had water leaks all over the ceiling. When we told them this wasn't what we booked they said that's what they had left and in the morning the manager would reimburse us, the manager was extremely rude and impolite and refused to reimburse us. We spent the whole night struggling to sleep from the smell. The bathroom was also tiny and the sink was broken. We were just glad to leave in the morning

Nice and cozy. This hotel provides all essential services (Water, Wi-Fi, Temperature System, Cleaning Service etc..), but I would recommend it for short-term stay (Max a week).
