I was here in 2013 and 2023 and they did very solid job about renovation. Rooms r very nice and food was for dinner very delicious,i had 4 dinners. Juje kebab was awesome.Stuff was very kind. Only think i would put one star down was man hairs inside the bed sheets, they probably didnt change the bed sheet.. Fortunately i was without wife,so i took it easy, otherwise we would be forced to change the room :)) Location is great, near to the Naqshe jahan square. So i definitely recommend this great hotel

A solid hotel near the main square of Isfahan This was a good hotel, with helpful staff and a great location. The rooms were clean and well-furbished and our stay here was pleasant.

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. It's very close to Naqshe Jahan Square. Staff speaks good English and was very friendly. The breakfest (included) was nice. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. We used the laundry service which was nicely done. On last morning when we overslept and missed the breakfest, they sent breakfest to our room and didn't charge for it. When i needed to buy bus ticket to Yazd, they tried to buy ticket online for me (i don't have iranian credit card, obviously), unfortunately the company's site wasn't working so that i had to go to the bus terminal to buy ticket. They let our bags stay in the hotel after we checked out, since there was 5-6 hours to our bus' departure. Downsides: 1) The first room that we stayed in had very noisy A/C. When i complained about it, one receptionist said they would fix it, but they didn't. The next day they changed our room. 2) I couldn't log in to the wifi. I didn't mentioned about this to the staff since i had mobile internet and it was too late. So maybe they would fix it. 3) Maybe a little bit expensive (3.3 million riyals per night for a double room) Overall i would stay in this hotel again.

i hated it. they gave me a room which was like a storage with a window to the inner storage as well.i could not open it for fresh air.it was just the storage. and the toilet was so smelly i had to close the door as soon as i left it, it was horrible, room was small and when i told them to change my room they said there isnt any available.they did not even apologized for that

Hotels caters mostly for large groups. Room a bit small , dirty carpet , needs refreshing. Breakfast is ok but almost no fruits altough bazaar is full of fruits. Strong wifi . Friendly staff.
