We found more than 10 bed fleas on bed when we were about to sleep. We went to the reception and requested for the room change. The male receptionist at night rejected our request, he said all rooms were booked! We needed to stay in a bed with bed fleas for the whole night, we can't sleep at all! The next day we went to the reception again, the lady receptionist checked the room availability once again, we saw their hotel record and found over 50% empty rooms in this non-peak season! We were told all rooms were booked is a lie! We were forced to stay in a room with bed fleas for whole night, the hotel didn't change the room for us even they got so many empty rooms!

Beautiful rooms and hotel. But had many problems. We were unlucky with our cooler which didnt work so it got reaally hot. Then we also had problem with the elevator a few times. The breakfast wasnt bad but the green "drink" was more of a poison haha. Best thing is the rooftop cafe, that though when we were there neither had fruitdrinks nor icecream left(which was on the menu)

We were at this hotel for the New Year holidays in Iran (called Nowruz). Hotel had hituated in the central part of Isfahan, within easy reach of sightseeing and tourist attractions. It is only five minutes to the NAQSH-E-JAHAN square. Restaurant of hotel is on the minus one floor with a traditional style, mirror and painting environment, which is very beautiful. The hotel staff are all from one family (I think), mother, father and all childrens, that is Interesting in its kind! The hotel environment is calm and cozy. Live music is played at nights when serve dinner, which is romantic. Overall the hotel is very comfortable and stylish. The only downside note about Parking! Because there is no private parking and if you have a car you should leave it in the parking lot on the street behind of the hotel within 3 minutes walking. But other things are all okay, Recomended.

Fine hotel. Friendly staf. Rooms are basic. Close to the historical center and decent breakfast. Alittle more expensive than the rest of Iran, but than again you are in the most popular city.

This hotel serves breakfast and has wifi (but does not have a kettle in the room or toothbrushes/tooth paste f.y.i) and all the staff are friendly. The price is decent (at least due to booking through Snapp [a taxi app] and the hotel is in an ideal location for tourists - many coffee shops near by, Naqsh e Jahan, Hasht Behisht, Chehl sotoon, siose pol (bridge), Vank Cathedral, etc. Overall, a good experience here over the last 4 nights.

Our family of four stayed in a quad room here in December (2019). There was a partition wall with sliding door separating the sleeping area in half and it worked out very well. Staff was super friendly and nice, room rate very reasonable, and the breakfast was fantastic (lots of choose from). Not the most modern facility but everything worked fine and the facility was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, as far as walking to interesting sites or catching a cab. We would stay here again.

The walls and the environment of this hotel are filled with beautiful and charming designs, mesmerizing you at first glance. This hotel has good access to the cityā€™s tourist attractions as well as the shopping centers. Through a ten-minute walk in the beautiful city of Isfahan, you will reach Hasht Behesht Garden, Chahar Baq Boulevard, Khaju Boulevard, etc. Besides, medical centers are in close proximity to you as well, and in case of any unpleasant accidents, you may reach these places with no difficulty. for booking this hotel you can use online booking platform such as pintapin

The location is perfect for walking in the city and visiting famous cites. The room was beautiful and the breakfast items were diverse and delicious. It took one hour to prepare the room after we checked in (at 1 PM), but the other services was good.

Despite the pictures, this is a normal city hotel more than a traditional house. Besides that, it's really well located, rather clean and the price is more than fair. It can be recommended for any traveller staying in Isfahan for 2 or 3 nights.
