Probably the best best hostel I've stayed during my trip in Iran. All thanks to Fatima who was a great host and helped me big time with all my questions and logistics for my upcoming destination. Hostel is clean, warm, amazing location and nothing really to complain about. Totally recommend it it. šŸ™

The Hostel is just incredible. I will miss hearing the birds while sitting in the quiet and colorful garden. The beds are comfortable and cozy, but most important I got along with the staff so well! They treat their guests more like friends, so welcoming and warm-hearted. They even helped us in the hospital and also to arrange a bus for later. In a long journey, this was one of the most calming and refreshing places and at the same time perfectly located to reach the top places of Isfahan easily. Thank you!

My stay in Mahbibi Hostel was extremely agreeable and good for my travelers soul to relax. The staff is super helpful and I quickly became good friends with Mina, one of the staff. Also, I liked that the hostel wasnā€™t too big which made sure that you can have your private space without loid noises. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and makes you feel like being in an oasis. Only that at the same time you are in the middle of the city, very close to all attractions. I can fully recommend this place! :)

We stayed four days at this wonderful hostel and had a great time. This is a true hidden gem in Isfahan city center : when you are in the cozy courtyard, sitted by the pool, you feel very peaceful. We needed time to relax after hot cycling days and this was the perfect place to do so. Great rooms, clean kitchen and showers. The staff makes you feel very welcome, is always willing to help and chat, and the breakfast is delicious ! If you go to Isfahan, go here, you won't regret it !

I planned to stay for only 3 nights, but at the end I stood for 10 nights. And later I came back again for 10 days or so. I loved the Hostel so much. šŸ˜ I felt like home. The staff are like friends and family. Everyone is super friendly. And because of this good vibe every guest is also in good mood and interested in conversation. The beds are comfortable, the rooms and the showers are clean and modern. The breakfast is delicious and the dinner is amazing. I will miss it to sit on my divan under the fig tree. I hope to come back soon

The best hostel in Iran so far. Dorm is spacious and clean, bathrooms as well. You can chill during the day inside at their garden. Breakfast is classy and staff very helpful. Recommend.

Everything in this hotel is perfect. The location (between the bridges and main sq), the decoration, breakfast, bed, sheets, bathroom but specially the people and the vibe. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful and it felt like home. A highlight of my 3-week trip in Iran. Ask for room 1, its beautiful.

Perfect location in the city, you can easily walk to Midan naqsh jahan. The room has a nice high ceiling and beautiful decorations. I just didn't like that it has no window, to have some fresh air in the room you need to leave the door open which is not optimal. The crew is nice. Breakfast is ok.

Mahbibi is the epitome of Iranian hospitality. The location is unbeatable - central walking distance to must see tourist sights. Coffee shop next door, multiple supermarkets at your doorstep and you are certainly spoilt for choice to endulge in local cuisine. The hostel is a tranquil oasis amogest this vibrant city. Authentic fixtures and fittings demonstrate the quality of Iranian handcraft and overall Persian style. The staff are genuinely exceptional, English speaking friendly to assist with a multitude of tourist requirements. Walking tours, money exchange, food ordering, private car travel and shopping needs. The breakfast is in my humble opinion better than any hotel buffet. Mahbibi is the ONLY choice for your Isfahan accommodation.

I stayed at Mahbibi hostel for two nights and I cannot imagine a better place in Isfahan to stay. The room was great, hot shower and really good breakfast. The ambient is really nice, but the best part is the staff. Amin's team; rye staff, is amazing. they are the best representation of Iranian hospitality. They help you whenever you have any trouble and thanks to them I got to know a bit more about Iran, it's history and their people

Had a great time at Isfahan and the hostel was part of that. Beautiful room, good breakfast and last but not least very friendly and helpful staff. They helped with everything, ordering food/bus tickets, tips for restaurants and advice on what dishes to taste. Exchanging money was also possible. Also a very good city walk, 4 hours. And they also made time for a good conversations. Thanks ladies!

One of the best hostel in Iran, with friendly personals, suitable price and more important is located near historical places of Esfahan. I was there 2 nights and enjoy more than I imagined.

Mahbibi Hostel in Isfahan left an indelible mark on me. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel at home. Their insightful recommendations and local knowledge enhanced my exploration of the city. The cozy rooms at Mahbibi Hostel provided a peaceful retreat, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The vibrant and inviting communal areas created a friendly atmosphere, fostering connections with fellow travelers from around the world. Located near the city center, Mahbibi Hostel offered convenient access to Isfahan's iconic attractions, saving me valuable time and transportation costs. The affordability of the hostel was an added bonus, providing exceptional value for the quality of the accommodations.

I was a guest in this hostel in June 2023. I slept there for three nights. Good location close from the Naqsh-e Jahan Square. The rooms were clean and good, the bed was very comfortable with private lockers, the breakfast was great, the garden was beautiful and quiet like an island in the middle of the noisy city. A peaceful place where come back after whole day walking and descovering that amazing city. All these things are amazing, but the most incredible things of this place are the people who work there. AMAZING people. Warm, kind, nice, friendly and helpful. Although I was really far from my home, more than 4000 km, I felt like home. Like I would have there a part of my family, friends or some angels that they take care of me all the time. I only can recommend to stay there and enjoy the people and the city. You will not regret it. Thanks for the good, funny and unforgetable moments. I will have never forget my time in this hostel.

Nice place, clean, quiet, has all you need and it is a good value for money. The girls at the reception really did their best to help us organise anything we asked them.

Mahbibi is an excellent place in the heart of Isfahan and is perfect if you want to explore the city. The spacious courtyard is beautiful and invites you to linger. We highly recommend the Free Walking Tour that starts at the hostel! We were also able to do laundry easily and had a large and clean room. For a delicious cappuccino, we went to the associated Sarf Hostel (150m away). The staff are very accommodating and were happy to help us.

I've been travelling to many countries and staying in many hostels so far and that was probably the best hostel I've ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, all the girls work really hard to make you feel like you're part of the family and Hameed is making sure the place is spotless while serving us delicious tea. The location is perfect, beds are comfortable and there's an amazing super cosy area where everyone can relax and bond together. Special thanks to lovely Mina!

We spent two nights at Mahbibi, and we even came back on our way up to the north of Iran as we liked it so much ;) the staff is super friendly and helpful, the hostel is like a little oasis in the city and it is really close by the Khaju bridge, where it is lovely to walk in the evening. And the breakfast is of course great! The place was recommended to us by a fellow traveller and we would certainly recommend it as well.

I've stayed at this hostel for 3 nights and it's simply amazing. That cozy green garden, nice and helpful staff. Fatima, Mina and Hajar are so welcoming as you feel right at home from the very first moment. I loved the atmosphere and vibe. Peaceful and relaxing with clean rooms and bathroom. Good location make it possible to reach most of the places so easily. Definitely my first choice in the city.

šŸ‘šŸ‘ It was my first time visiting Isfahan actually and I was so shocked when I saw the prices of hotels. After searching thoroughly I came a cross a dorm named Rag Rug. The name was amazing enough and after seeing the photos of the place and the price I said that's it. After staying for three days here...

šŸ‘šŸ‘ Stayed at Chilla Hostel for couple of days - the place is amazing, clean and convenient. It's near to most of Isfahan's must visits. Hamid, the owner-manager, was awesome. šŸ«¤ This hostel is still overpriced in regard of what it offers. Private rooms can barely fit a bed, are noisy and cigarette smoke from downstairs reaches the rooms.
