Not enough parking space, AC not workong, tv not working, low quality equipments in the room, old stuff in the bathroom. Polite staff, normal hygiene

Rooms are nice ok but not perfectly clean (lots of dust under the bed, some of the drawers were not cleaned on the bottom) and the bathroom is on the low mediocre quality. The hotel's restaurant is very slow in serving and the food quality is very mediocre. Meat is often overcooked. The friendly staff, and the overall niceness of the rooms and the hotel make it up for the defects.

A very well-located hotel with a perfect breakfast and an excellent room. You only need to walk 15 minutes to reach Imam Square, a beautiful attraction of Isfahan.

Despite the fact that we were charged 500,000 Toman just for ironing, this hotel was one of the bests I've ever experienced. The staff were quite friendly, the atmosphere in lobby was majestic, room service was perfectly done every day, and if you choose this hotel, I suggest you to order their Vanilla cake in the lobby and taste a piece of heaven!!

I was there for a night with my family. In the second month of the solar year. The behavior of the staff was excellent. Coffee was well behaved. The building and other things were satisfactory. The price and quality of the food was good and the breakfast was free.

Breakfast selection and quality was not good . Cleanliness in the rooms should improve. Check in procedure was decent - but it took more than 40 minutes for the luggage to arrive due to a lot of check-ins at that time and too few staff to handle the work. The hotel is centrally located. WiFi was free and stable

I never stayed here but I came to the coffee shop to get coffee here three times. The reasons are the nice atmosphere in the courtyard, the super friendly staff, the large number of different coffee varieties that are available there and the great taste. The only reason I'm not there right now, in fact, is that the flight would take too long.

I was there for taking my IELTS exam. So I just saw the lobby and examination room. Related Facilities were good enough, and hotel stuff were friendly.

Comfortable hotel, 15 minutes walk from main sights

Very hospitable, clean, quite hotel. Rooms are good size and bathrooms are upgraded and very clean. Breakfast is offered generously with many varieties of good food. They also offer a good parking if you are traveling with your car like we did. Rates are great if you reserve through SnappTrip. Make sure to tip the personnel for their hard work. We would most definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit when we are visiting Iran again.

Positive: Normal choice. Good breakfast. Normal room size. Normal facilities. Normal interior in the room. Negatives : -Toilet doesn't comfortable because it located close to the wall and the hygienic tap so you couldn't sit on it easily. -The Hand washing tap not possible to use because it is so small . - Curtains in bathroom were not clean.

Air conditioning systems are terribly noisy. We were there at the beginning of October so it was no problem to turn them off, but summer times this can be real tough. Overall it was clean but the bathroom in my room didn't have shower cabinet or curtain so when I had a shower all around was wet in bathroom. Wifi internet was weak.

The rooms and beds are comfortable and large. Excellent service, rich breakfast although the restaurant was a bit cramped. Our motorcycles could be parked safely in the underground parking garage.

The location of the hotel is great, ten minutes walk to Imam Square and about 200 meters from the subway. The online downside is the lousy internet which is only available in the lobby about 70% of the time.
