This hotel is a 4 stare hotel in Isfahan. The location is good and it is placed near to lots of sightseeing in the city. The quality of services is OK and their staffs are politr very much. Also the prices is in the mid range of other hotels.

If you want know about the negative things of this country just come here. Unlike most of Iranian people, people working here are cold and not helpful. they don't help me book bus ticket just ask me go travel agency. When I ask about can we check out one hour later to wait the driver they ask me to pay. The room is dirty, nobody clean the table even. No free water, no working hair dryer, the light can't be turn off, the say they have swimming pool but is only available when you make a private reservation. Most ridiculous things is the lobby guy try to sell me non alcohol beer for almost 10 dollar, I give him 100 rile, he don't give me so called beer and I can't ask the money back. Nothing make people feel satisfied here.

This used to be the hotel I always stayed at when in Ispahan. I was very much disappointed this time. This 3 star hotel has become worn out due to lack of maintenance and refurbishment. Reception had forgotten about our booking (3 rooms) and we were assigned shoe box sized rooms which I immediately refused. After complaining, we got decent sized rooms. Unfortunately quality is not there anymore especially due to a sharp cut in headcount (there used to be 2 receptionists, now there is only 1). I will never stay at this hotel again.

Nice quite area even though walking distance from Zayandeh Roud river and other site seeing. Nice rooms, looks like they have been recently renovated (2015). Wonderful breakfast with verities of food and friendly staff. Reception is not as friendly though. Clean and comfortable.

It's a comfortable and good hotel. The personnel are also good. Breakfast and food are good. The only problem is its parking.

It's a quiet hotel especially in winter. The room design and aservice is really good. I Love the stuff they're so friendly and Understand.

Reasonable price and service

Good location.. clean.. nice staff . Parking situation a bit bad and small .. Breakfast was great .. its rare to find hotels with good breakfasts .. . Bed is comfortable too

Very good location. Good quality price relationship. Ridiculously they made us to pay for a bottle of water and two teabags!!!!!! Esfahanians🤷

The price is ok. The room was clean and the personel were friendly. Not a luxury resort, good for businesses or vacation.
