Atmosphere and location is great. Food not very good. But for me the deal killer was that it was too noisy. Even the air conditioning was noisy. When it comes to rooms, your choices are: 1) a room without windows and a door opening onto a staircase over the kitchen (so you can't keep it open) 2) a room without windows but with doors that open onto the courtyard (so you can't keep them open, and you can hear people talking in the courtyard until late at night) 3) a room slightly removed from the courtyard and with windows that look over a street between the mosque and the hotel that is a favourite passage for noisy little motor bikes. Even if you keep the windows shut in this hotel, the noise comes in through the gaps. The best room is the one above room 1 - it's a bit away from the courtyard and because you're upstairs you're slightly removed from the motorbike noise. But it'll still be noisy. They should 1) insulate windows and doors properly 2) install air conditioning that isn't noisy.

Clean rooms. The only thing we didn’t like and made us leave the hotel earlier was the breakfast. They have very limited options and you need to choose only one meal (no fruits or veggie options). If you wanna have more than one drink or one plate for breakfast you have to pay for it. It’s not hospitable and you never see such thing in any other hotel.

The only good point is the LOCATION. The breakfast service is awful, with limited options to choose, and no option to refill the drinks. The hotel service was weak; they made us wait for breakfast for at least twenty minutes each day. Although I had reserved the room two weeks ahead with fully paid at the reservation time, the hotel receptionist forced me to pay an extra amount for breakfast!!! With this excuse that the prices have gone high recently! Noisy place. Most of the room doors are open in the hotel's tiny yard, where the hotel serves food to hotel guests and the people coming to use the hotel restaurant. The crowd noise is intolerable, especially in the early morning and afternoons. Overall, if you don't care about environmental sound and a good breakfast, Keryas would be a good choice in Isfahan. You could enjoy roaming around Naghsh-e-Jahan square anytime during the day, just three minute's walk from the hotel.

It is a beautiful hotel located next to the historical Naghsh-e-Jahan square. The breakfast was great and the service was wonderful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Isfahan.

The building of this boutique hotel is extremely beautiful and peaceful. It is one of the first cafes and restaurants that are always chosen by me and my friends. Excellent quality of very tasty food and trained and specialized staff The arrangement of the rooms is wonderful and gives a good feeling to the guest. I have introduced many friends to this hotel and all of them are satisfied with their stay. The quality of breakfast is excellent Thank you for everything I definitely recommend it

We had a 2-night stay at Keryas hotel's most basic room, which is called the nightingale. It was in the middle of July, which is probably the hottest possible time to visit Isfahan. I really enjoyed the aesthetic and the simplicity of room, and I was a huge fan of the AC which was more than good. The room had a king-size bed, and a 40 inch TV with 5 or 6 international news channels and all the domestic channels, as well as different English programs and guides to visiting Isfahan. Everything was shiny clean, and the staff were really friendly and caring and did all they could for the guests. The breakfast was really good, with a mixture of dairy, sweets, and hot food but nothing very special and out of normal. I had two complaints. One, that the water went out for a couple hours, and I was lucky that I had finished my bath. Second, that the very small minibar/fridge was just not a cooler, but a showcase. I asked them and they said they are repairing each fridge in each room, so hopefully this won't be an issue in the future. Overall, I couldn't wait to come back to hotel and escape from the heat outside to enjoy the comfort and the coziness of my room. I would highly recommend Keryas hotel, and would surely go back if I ever visited Isfahan again.

One of the best, this cosy boutique hotel is located at the historical heart of Isfahan and gives you a convenient access to Naqsh-e Jahan Square (less than five minutes). It is very clean with great service and its authentic design provides an excellent place to chill and rest. There is an open air eating area where you have a great view to the famous Imam (Abbasi) mosque. The kitchen menu has a variety of tasty items for each meal course. Wifi and parking are also provided.

Cozy hotel, great terrace (they have a restaurant), very good breakfast with lots of choices. Rooms clean and with all facilities (fridge, water provided daily, tv, wifi working ok). Location in city center. The room was close to restaurant and was a little bit noisy. We stayed in nightingale room. For us was no problem but maybe for others might be. We liked it very much and definetly would recommend.

Just book this new hotel & enjoy a new hotel with traditional appearance, lovely staff with 3 minutes walk to the Naghsh-e-Jahan Squre (the 2nd biggest squre in the world). Pleasant environment with traditional Isfahanian food. As a tour guide strongly recommend this hotel.
